Superb and quiet location of bungalows but still an easy 5min bicycle ride to Tam Coc with all the restaurants and activities. Jade is a great host, speaks perfectly English and is very helpful with organizing taxis and transfers. We occupied a family bungalow which was not located right beside the pool but at the entrance of the resort. The room is simple but offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. AC was working fine, pool was maintained well and great for swimming. Surprisingly few moskitos in the main room of the bungalow, despite the construction based on bambus/wood does not seem to be fully tight.

Moskitos in the bathromm due to window / hole in the wall for ventilation without moskito net. Bathroom itself is a bit rundown, however fully functional.

The hosts were super accommodating when two of us got sick. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were well looked after.

Everything! The staff was adorable, with really good breakfast and lively attentions, we felt very welcome and the bungalows were super comfortable! It's also super close to everything (with a scooter) and the location feels secluded and out of a dream!

Lovely staff and AMAZING LOCATION. Free bike rental makes it easy to reach Tam Coc's center. Reading other reviews, it seems that they have improved with the pool. It was perfectly clean and has a stunning view over the hills.

The location is lovely! It is very peacefull and beautiful location. The staff was really helpful! Great stay and we would totally recommend anyone staying in the tam coc valley!

The family that runs the place are very kind. Duc who manages the property is amazing, he helped us with transportation from Hanoi, information and anything we needed. The free bicycles were wonderful and we could use them at anytime and cycle around the area. A beautiful place in the perfect location.

Very friendly and helpful personnel! Nice breakfast included in the price, with menu card and fresh fruits as a "starter" :) Free bikes! Quiet place with lovely surroundings and unique animal noises 😊

There was a weird smell in the bathroom but it may be caused by the animals in a very close neighbourhood :) I don't see it as a big problem, I would definitely choose this place again :)

Great location, a bit far away from the center but so lovely surroundings. Nice, clean bungalows with big beds. Friendly stuff, tasty breakfast. We liked everything there. You can also rent a bike for free.

I had higher expectations for the property. Breakfast is very so-so. Good place but no jaw-dropping.

Staff were very helpful, couldn’t do more. Great location for checking out local hot spots, rented a bike at brilliant price.
