Room was very clean, great amenities, centrally located for activities near Kona. Loved it!

Very comfortable for 1 person Liked the location, T V cable is problem, no matter where you stay in Kona! The condo, is very updated and very nice, living room could use a comfortable chair, like a recliner! Thats the reason I said for one person was very comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Easy walk out (no stairs!) to the pools, patio, and sunset. Large living room with Murphy Bed is a plus, and the walk in shower was perfect at the end of the day. Ronnie was great to work with - would love to stay here again!

The location and condition of the unit was great! Ronny was kind and communicative, even checking in with us when the nearby airport had an issue. I would stay at their other properties.

Comfortable and spacious condo. Salt water pool was a nice feature. Also enjoyed the common area with grills and tables for enjoyable sunset dinners.

My family found and fell in love with this complex back in 2020 this is out third trip. The location in perfect, just minutes away from downtown Kona, markets, stores, restaurants and beaches. We love the saltwater pool and the residents who live there make the place feel like home. Every night residents celebrate the setting of the sun which is extraordinarily beautiful. Although we've had pleasant experiences at other units there, this one had the best mattress by far AND the murphy bed in the livingroom was a stroke of genius! That bed was so much more comfortable for my daughter than the traditional pull out sofas we usually get and we appreciated that we could leave it down and still have enough space to sit together and watch some TV at the end of the day. The owner also provided a few items that made our days out exploring the beaches even more fun including a beach umbrella (a must have) a couple different cooler options, chairs, toys, and finally a really nice snorkle set (worked really well). I also appreciated that the owner leaves some of the essentials behind like seasoning, etc. I know theres no promise of those things so It was a nice surprise. Also, I have to add that the owner was really easy to communicate with and the one inquiry I had was answered almost immediately. Overall, this is a great unit in an amazing complex.Thank you Ronny for sharing your home, hope to come again next year!

Loved our stay here - the sunsets were lovely, location convenient and loved the cooler, beach towels and chairs.

As a solo traveler, safety is really important. Second is beauty of the location. Both were fulfilled and then some! Gorgeous private beach with chairs to watch the ocean in the morning. The kitchen had enough dishes and pots/pans to allow for cooking. And, parking felt safe even late into the evening. (Because it's on the first floor, you can hear people walking upstairs, but it was minimal noise and always quiet by 10am for the rare moments that I was even in the condo.)

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed being right on the coast with the great salt water pool to take a dip in. All the amenities were working and as described. We utilized the grill most nights and was great cooking while looking over the ocean. Same for everything in the condo. appliances and everything all functioned well. The bed was perfect, super comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower.

We stayed for two weeks in September. This is a perfect little condo on Alii Drive. Probably our favorite complex to stay at a wonderful saltwater pool, a Beach area on shore and chlorine pool. Terrific barbecues overlooking the ocean and friendly people. The condo was great, a comfortable bed and a Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely & we loved this location as our home base while vacationing on Hawaii.

Our stay at Ronny’s place surpassed my expectations! The grounds of the condo were immaculate and quiet. The condo was cozy and we really felt at home. And he was a wonderful host. Quick to respond and great communication. The location of the condo was in a wonderful area close to everything and ocean front so we got to enjoy nightly sunsets that were breathtaking.

The place was actually bigger than the pictures show, which was a very nice surprise. The remodeled shower was wonderful and my daughter loved the pools.

This condo was in a great location. Close to all the beach excursions we tried. Highly recommend night snorkeling with the manta rays! We enjoyed sitting at the beach under the palm trees just a few steps from our condo. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The condo was great. Very clean and neat. Everything you you need to cook, do laundry and relax are there for use. Things for pool and beach are available. Nice setting and very safe. Would absolutely recommend to anybody

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great home base from which to explore the island. It had everything we needed. Parking was probably the trickiest thing but we made it work.

Nice condo, good location, clean, organized, lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. There was a minor problem with the shades and Ronny took care of it for us immediately! We highly recommend this vacation property!

Super easy and clear instructions

Everything was quiet, smooth and place was fantastic. Local neighbors great. Pools and accommodations clean and working. Much better than staying in crowded old buildings and traffic in Kona.

Clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Very nice closed gate complex, on the water with a great salt water pool. Occupants are renters and owners. Owners are friendly with renters. Great sunset and sunset calibration every night.

We had such a great experience renting with Ronny. He was so helpful answering any questions he had and allowed us an early entry. I love the Casa and have stayed here on all my trips to ironman.

Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the pools and beach area. Property was well cared for and staff was attentive. Would definitely book again!

There was only a minor glitch upon arrive in entering the property. However, Ronny, responded immediately and was able to provide all necessary information needed to obtain entry to the property. The condo was clean and the temperature was cool upon entry which was a pleasure with the outside temperature approaching 90. The amenities of the location were excellent and provided a quiet and comfortable base of operations to explore Kona and the vicinity. The condo was completely outfitted with everything necessary for a beach vacation.

The condo was spacious and met expectations. The only issues were was that the washer didn't fill up with enough water to properly our clothes. There is no setting for the water level, so it auto filled with water, but with not enough water. I had another issue the last night of my 10 night stay with someone squirting sun tan lotion all over my rental vehicle which was parked inside of the gate. The location is a long walk into town, but since I had a rental car, it wasn't an issue for me to get around. I definitely would rent the condo again if I ever return to the Big Island. Hopefully next time the A-hole who squirted sun tan lotion on my rental vehicle wont' do it again!

Recently renovated so up to date fixtures, appliances, fresh paint, nice decor, everything you need. Great location. Sunset views

The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is coffee served in the pavilion every morning, we enjoyed getting a cup and sitting by the water watching the waves crash in on the wall. The condo was well equipped and clean, and In a great location. Enjoyed our stay!
