This was our 4th attempt to come due to Covid shutting down our other 3 attempts. The owner went above and beyond letting us reschedule and we cannot thank her enough! Even though it was HOT, we still had an absolute wonderful time and this property was great! We are from the US so the exchange rate was unfortunate (very costly here), but the people are amazingly friendly and welcoming. The Marriott is right next door so you have the best of both worlds with the condo experience but hotel amenities available (tiki bar, restaurant * check out the Sunday Brunch at Marriott - need reservation!)

Great stay in this beautiful condo. Short walk to beach. Great view of ocean. We will not hesitate to come back to this condo. Great communication with host.

Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom condo with an ocean and pool view. Couldn’t ask for anything more from the unit and the owner was efficient communicating with us on our last minute booking. There is a nice sandy beach and the water is incredible for going for a dip right in front of the property. Plenty of good eats right across the street. Stay here!!!

Returned to the island with my hubby and family/friends and our condo was perfect! The view was out of this world. One would think I paid extra for this particular unit because the view is front and center and perfect! The unit was stocked with towels (including beach towels), a W/D, Internet for those that need to stay connected, plenty of comfortable places to sleep including a pull out couch which worked perfectly! You can’t beat this location either. It’s central to just about everything on SMB. Close to a brand new grocery store and lots of great places within a very short walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My mom is originally from the island so I’ve been here many, many times and I will continue to stay here when I return. The host was readily available to answer a couple of questions before I arrived as well. A+ stay

We had another wonderful trip to Regal Beach Club! This unit was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. Thankful for a washer and dryer and we used it daily to refresh our beach and bath towels both of which are stocked for you in the condo. Quick walk to the pool and beach. I’m a beach girl all the way so we grabbed chairs with umbrellas almost every day on the little strip of beach. The weather has taken away some of the beach - yes it is very narrow (fits one row of chairs), but It was perfect for us and the light crowd there. We snorkeled right off the shore at Regal Beach and saw probably a dozen different kinds of fish as well as a sting ray! Recommend packing your own snorkel gear (our new cheap gear from Walmart worked great!!) since that’s something I wouldn’t want Used even if it was there for me. We also packed some floats for the ocean which we loved having. There were some floats in the closet but we had our own so we didn’t pull them out. This unit is very well stocked! I was amazed at all of the cookware, kitchen gear! And there were even basics like S&P, cooking oil, seasonings. You’re at the mercy of whatever previous renters leave behind so just check it out before you go to the store. We left behind all sorts of goodies! Sharing is caring! If you are picky about everything being brand new - bathrooms, furnishings, etc, this might not be your place. We couldn’t have cared less. It’s clean and we go for the Sun not the condo! The owner/manager is easy to communicate with though we didn’t need a thing. Check in is a piece of cake - here’s the door code and you’re in! Door was easy to lock and unlock with no key needed. We liked having a safe in the room for our passports and such. The location of Regal Beach is ideal!! You will love how many places you can walk to from there!! We had a rental car as well and glad we did, but be careful if you are not used to driving on the left. It can be a little stressful. :) Buy the extra car insurance! Love this place and we’ll be back!

This was a great location on Seven Mile Beach. There has been beach erosion, but there is still some beach in front of the resort, and a short walk (though some may want water shoes) takes you to a wider beach area. The condo was great for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a car, and had no issues parking at the resort. Some restaurants in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall nicely furnished but a bit rough with regard to mechanicals. Blinds falling apart, inside of interior door master bath in rough condition, shower bath sliders need a bit more cleaning within rails, no conditioner in shower, one side of slider door inoperable going out to balcony. Island workers in this community are very nice and welcoming.

Beautiful and convenient. The beach was just enough for my kids to enjoy. Perfect place to catch the sunset. Woke up at 6am and caught the moon and it’s reflection over the water. Kitchen was supplied to our needs, and can’t tell you how much we valued having a washer and dryer.

Everything was amazing. Great location, condo was perfect, Carole was a great host. Only very minor thing is the king bed was very firm, but did not detract from our vacation.

Grand Cayman was lovely, and our stay at Regal Beach was great! The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed the lovely restaurants and attractions nearby.

Location perfect. Walk to camana bay. Had a couple of meals at Marriott. While small beach worked out great for us. View from unit very nice. Landscaping of grounds impeccable.

Regal Beach is the perfect location!! A safe walk to more wonderful restaurants than we could even visit in a week. There is a beautiful well lit cut through to Camana Bay which is full of restaurants and boutique shopping. No hesitation about walking back to the condo after dinner. I would suggest reservations at Tillies restaurant for lunch then using their beach afterwards (all beaches in Cayman are public) since there is no beach at Regal. If you do go into the water at Regal or Marriott, it’s very rocky. This, however, did not negatively effect our stay at all! The lovely condo, beautiful grounds and friendly employees made up for the lack of beach. Plus the location cannot be beat. We had the perfect family holiday vacation. Hopefully we will return again and would not change a thing! Carol was also very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Our stay was a pleasant one but unfortunately there is little or no beach in front of the Regal anymore. That really put a damper on our stay. All in all the condo was fine as well as everything that went along with it but without a beach I unfortunately would not come back.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great view of the ocean. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, which was nice since we didn’t have a car. The property was clean and quiet. Please note there is beach erosion along many properties in that area due to recent storms, but I believe there are plans to help get this resolved. Overall we had a great stay!

We enjoyed ourselves very much just a few hiccups with the property but besides that it was fantastic.

This trip was a hold-over from last year due to the COVID shut down. It did not disappoint. The condo was very nice although a bit dated. The owner was very responsive prior to our arrival; however, after going thru most of the drawers, books, etc.... being unable to locate the internet access I contacted her to ask and was advised the information was on the VRBO app, which it was not. Then, even though I had activated international service on my phone, it would not even work to contact her again when we could not locate the internet access for a couple of hours. Finally, the information was found in one of the many notebooks in the condo. It would help if one did not have to search for this info. The only other minor negative is that the beach has eroded due to nature, hurricanes. The pics on the website might be updated as they are misleading. Nothing is mentioned about this unless you read the reviews. Again, it was a minor negative as Grand Cayman is beautiful whether there is a beach or not. The grounds are well kept and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. The condo was also well stocked. It had tongs and a lemon/lime juicer in addition to other items one might need. The condo was close enough we really did not need the car we rented and look forward to returning to 7 Mile Beach soon.

This property is perfect for those looking to explore Grand Cayman. It is conveniently located near numerous shops and restaurants.

We had a great 5 days on the island thanks to this centrally located condo. The location is very ideal. The condo was very clean, the AC was amazing, and we were provided with everything needed to spend a relaxing few days. Luckily my wife and I like to rent a car and explore the island so we hit a handful of pretty nice beaches on the island. Due to the timing the beach directly in front of the condo had serious beach erosion- to the point where there was no sand to lay out on. The water came up to the protective barrier wall. But there were chairs and umbrellas setup on the deck by the pool so it was still really nice. Carol was very responsive and catered to our needs, despite having to change our plans several times due to Covid travel restrictions, and pregnancy travel limitations. Sunsets from the pool deck were really nice. It is important to note that one cannot see the sun during the sunset from the screened in balcony of the unit we rented. Whether the earth shifts during other parts of the year to the point where one can see it, I cannot say. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend staying at this complex!

UNIT in building 5 on second floor. Second time we stayed in this unit. Unit itself is dated which was not a problem until the A/C went out, the microwave stopped working properly, and the clothes dryer does not actually dry clothes. The BIG ISSUE is the beach is completely gone - there is nothing. The owner knew this before we arrived and did not communicate this - if you look at their photos in the ad, the beach looks amazing. DON'T BE FOOLED. There is no beach. Google the property and you'll see the lawsuits and problems with the beach and seawall. Add to that they had known construction in an adjacent unit, yet the failed to alert us prior to staying. We asked for 50% off, and the request was ignored. VRBO does nothing to help either, so be aware of that. This is a deceptive and inaccurate listing and the photos are not accurate. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER. They are responsive when you are onsite, but once you leave forget about it! The fact they offered us nothing in refund when the "Regal Beach Club" has no beach, and four of our eight days were interrupted by jackhammering and demolition show the integrity and professionalism of the owner. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS Owner!

Great pool and sunset viewing!

This condo was a perfect fit for what we wanted on our vacation to Grand Cayman island. Location - right on 7 mile beach with an ocean view. Restaurants within walking distance Amenities - 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, screened in patio, pool floats, beach towels Cleanliness - place was clean upon arrival with extra sheets and towels as needed Plenty of room with the modern comforts of home

We had an excellent experience and stay with Regal Beach Club. Carol was very responsive, and the unit had all that we needed to cook meals, visit the beach and hang out. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the unit was very clean. The outdoor porch was a nice place to watch the ocean and read. The only downside is that there has been a lot of beach erosion, which isn’t apparent from the website pictures. But we had a very nice stay.

The property was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was in a great location.
