This home away from home was perfect for our family. The wildlife, the lake, the fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious home features. The decor is so welcoming. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

We were in Devils Lake for the ND State Peewee hockey tournament this past weekend. The house was perfect for us. We would like to come back in the summer.

The house has a lot of room and although it’s west about 12 minutes from Devils Lake, it is right off a main highway. We really like the house.

Stunning cabin! My husband and I came to devils lake in the winter to icefish. We were able to set up some tip-ups on the lake and watch them right from the living room! The house and kitchen have everything you need because it’s an actual lived-in cabin. Loved the fireplace, the Traeger grill and being able to use the washer/dryer. The heated garage was also great to park our four wheeler between tip-up checks. It’s a sweet little set up they’ve got! Hope to return again some day!

Beautiful accommodations for our Family Ice Fishing Trip. The house is warm and cozy, especially during the 55-60 below windchill during 1st days of our stay, and it has every amenity that you'd want. George is a great host. We ice fished about 1/2 mile off shore and caught walleye and pike. It was really nice that people could walk to ice fishing spot and come and go as they wanted. We had our own portable ice tents/sleds. The Traeger grill made the back straps (from family deer camp/hunt in Minnesota the previous November) an unexpected and delightful bonus. This place is awesome and we highly Highly HIGHLY recommend it to others.

The property is west of town about 10 miles, but its right on the lake. Everything about it is nice. It is spacious and overall a great place to stay. Parking, sitting, kitching, bedrooms. Its all nice.

Planned a long weekend with family. Fishing wasn’t the best, but the house was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable and all the space we needed. Easy access on and off the lake. I highly recommend this location.

Very easy

This is one beautiful home! It was the perfect headquarters for a our daughter's wedding. So peaceful and so comfortable! 3 bedrooms, 3bath, everyone had space, and privacy when needed. (Our grandson appreciated the toys in the bedroom closet :) Kitchen was so well stocked for meals. George stopped by and even offered the house for a backup if the weather got too bad for our daughter's outdoor wedding! Such a nice man, Thank You, George! We will definitely be back!

From our location near the lake, to the accomodations, everything was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our small group of duck hunters. George and his wife we gracious hosts. Stopped by 1st day to make sure everything was to our liking. It was. We will definitely stay there again.

We joined extended family for a hunting weekend with wives included. The home is very beautiful and spacious, the only inconvenience were the flies inside.

Great house. Very comfortable with leather couch and loveseat downstairs and a leather sofa and chair upstairs. Very well decorated and very clean. Had a fire on the beach one night. It was definitely an A+ property!!!

House is absolutely gorgeous and very roomy. Bedrooms are huge with huge closets with room for air mattresses for more beds. George was incredibly helpful, and the access to the boat launch was amazing for a week of fishing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Devils Lake getaway.

A + as described. Would stay here again and would recommend anyone. We usually go to Canada but with the pandemic and border closed we decided to go to Devils Lake. If you have not been to Devils Lake I recommend you get a guide for your first day so you can see the layout. Our group had seven people and the Walleye bite was excellent. Wind can be a factor so you may have to wait that out. Great experience.

Everything is well kept up and very nice. The house was very clean and has a nice garage for outdoor equipment. Can’t say enough about this property

Beautiful house right on the water. I would stay here again.

The property was nice. The data says sleeps 8. We had five guys for 3 beds. One was a bunk bed. None of us are young enough to go up and down the ladder. Two guys (brothers) slept together and one other slept on the couch. Three of the guys went home a day early (Wednesday) while the other two of us stayed and left early the next day for the 11 hour drive home. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we called with questions.

We absolutely Loved this place and had the time of our lives fishing on Devil's Lake! Great location on the lake, boat ramp virtually right on property, 2 boat docks, fish cleaning station, cabin was VERY well stocked with everything you need - it is beautiful!!! Whether you are staying here with friends or family they will all love it. Playground for the kids, great fishing and handicapped accessible. Nice fire pit, lots of outdoor seating, fireplace, loved the 2 headed showers and comfortable beds.....and our host George was always available for questions. I will definitely rent this again!!!
