The condo is exactly as described. Very luxurious and emaculate in every detail. There were wonderful goodie bags left for us upon arrival which were amazing after a long haul and the condo was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. The large master bathroom is incredible with a Walk In Tile Shower and Jacuzzi Bath. There are plenty of towels, kitchen accessories and even food items and spices stocked in the pantry. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and top appliances. There was not one thing that we needed that we did not have at the condo. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and umbrellas all in storage without having to bring a thing. The TVs in each room were very nice, great size, and had great channel selection. We made much use of the balcony as it does not receive the direct sun for the entire day so it made a wonderful spot for morning coffee and afternoon lounging. The beach view from the balcony is beautiful. There is a Dollar General directly across the street and the beach access is an easy in and out of the condo. I could not say enough wonderful things about the owner who was not only responsive but extremely kind to reach out to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We travel a great bit and this condo is at the top of the list of the nicest we have stayed.This owner strives for perfection when sharing his home away from home and we would stay again and highly recommend.

What can I say! This place was amazing. What sold me first was that Bill and Shelly provided everything you needed for fun on the beach. The condo is conveniently located. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room. They have thought of everything you might need. The pantry has tons of spices and basics that you need for cooking. They even had snacks and breakfast items waiting for us.The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, lotions, razors, toothpaste, etc that you may have forgotten. We were surprised by our goodie bags left in each room. My kids were especially excited about those. Bill was always a text away and very helpful to suggest places to eat. If we are ever in Daytona again, we will only stay here! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. Prior to arrival, Bill was in communication with me about the details for check in which made things very smooth as well as during the trip, letting us know about the launch from Cape Canaveral. I never felt like I was bothering him if I had a question. The condo was very clean. They were very hospitable and had items on hand that we may have forgotten to pack. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. They made us feel like we were home. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing condo! Everything was perfect. It's spacious, clean, and completely stocked with anything you should need. Beautifully decorated interior and amazing balcony views. We felt right at home. We could not have chosen a better place for a couple's getaway that included a bit of family visitation. So many thoughtful touches within the condo and from the host (Bill) made it extra special! We can't thank you enough for sharing your place with us. This property had everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coffee…….. there was no need to go to the store for the little things. Just sit at the beach and watch the waves roll in. I would definitely stay again. The owner was easy to contact.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived.
The condo is very clean and homey. There is everything you need. There was plenty of beach stuff to use. The view is beautiful. The condo is in a great location there’s stores just minutes from it. And there’s a great selection of restaurants. We have stayed in many condos but this one was amazing. It’s great for a couple on a getaway or a big family vacation. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

This condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed for our annual "Old Girls" trip. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The master room and bath is spacious and very secluded. The kitchen is perfect for a larger family. The other 2 bedrooms and laundry were perfect. Part of our group had to leave due to the Hurricane but a small party stayed and the owner was ALWAYS in constant communication with our party. The Hurricane hit hard and we moved furniture in and the condo held up nicely. The wind pushed rain into the door in the Master (of course it did! It was VERY strong winds and over 10 INCHES OF RAIN!!). Bill was so concerned and communicated with our party ALL WEEK long. We lost partial power and water for bit of time but we were so lucky to stay in this SAFE and BEAUTIFUL condo! The worst week was made all the better by the owner :) We are forever grateful and will be back next year !!

Our family travels a lot. Every summer we visit Florida beaches and 1102 Condo was the best one! The owner, Bill is awesome. We felt we were valued from day one of our stay - gift bags, complete toiletries, and beach essentials. The porch has a beautiful view of the beach and The Congo River. The best part, my children never complained anything about the place.

A Very Nice Condo with a Great Location and Awesome Views
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and offered great views of the ocean and coastal waterway. We spent a lot of time while in the condo on the patio enjoying the view. The beach items offered and access to garage parking were an added bonus. It was also across the street from Dollar General and the Congo River Minature Golf. We will definitely look at reserving this condo in the future when we vacation in Daytona.

My daughter had a cheer competition Thursday/Friday so we were going to be in florida no matter what. We decided an hour drive to Orlando was worth it to miss the crowds and enjoy the beach. Booking this property was fabulous. Check in was completely seamless (no matter how much I travel that always stresses me out). The snack pack provided was perfect after driving 13 hours and honestly makes you feel even more valued even though you already do being able to use someone’s beautiful condo instead of a thoughtless hotel. The condo was absolutely stunning with a stunning view. The condo was clean inside and out. Close to everything you could possibly want to do.

This house is a complete package. Very clean, simply resourceful, with a fully equipped kitchen. The elevators are FAST :) helps a lot when you stay on the 10th floor :) The beach access is neat and all property is gated and safe. The locker room has beach chairs and toys plus 2 adult bikes. That is a cherry on the top.
Now about Bill. He is blazin' fast with communications, text, or call. Very very helpful. Thank you Bill for letting us stay at your property.
