ازعاج السيارات يصل لغرف الفندق ، الراوائح مزعجة لا يوجد خدمات في الفندق , المطعم مغلق طوال الوقت لا يوجد خدمات غرف . مواقف الفندق مضحكة ، الدخول والخروج من المواقف كارثي " على زقاق صغير ومزدحم دائما ز الاجراء مضحك " افتحوا لي اابدخل افتحوا لي ابخرج "

The receptionists and security employees are collaborative and kind. The parking is suitable. You can reach Al-Haram by taking the free public bus or a 10-minute taxi ride. There are also some restaurants located nearby.

Nothing serious, only the beds are too soft.

Rooms are wide and the furniture was not bad

The place was poor with services, for example we asked for blates and spoons but they said not available The location was a bit tricky because it’s very close to the train station but to go the the hotel you have to make a long trip as it is at the corner of the street

bed sheets is not new or clean ! bathroom needs to be repaired ! AC is damaged ! it’s cold but there’s a very strong annoying noise coming from it.

Calm. Staff is good only one woman who is with glasses and tatto she was rude

The woman who is with glasses and tatto she was rude twice i told her good morning she didn t answer when i ask for something she react with rude way i saw her rude even with another customer I spent 2 nights no one come to clean the room and put water It is far from haram to go you have to take 2 buses and for the return it is hard for me to return i walked for 1.5km to reach bus station after perform umrah and it was very hot

perfect location with fast food and markets close by. train station is not too far. free buses to haram
