Diese von Designern eingerichtete Unterkunft im Island Princess auf Okaloosa Island verfügt über Kabel-Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player in jedem Zimmer (39-Zoll-Fernseher in LR- und 32-Zoll-Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern) sowie WLAN-Internetzugang. Perfekt gelegen gegen Ende der 1. Etage für einen ruhigen Abend auf der Terrasse und nur wenige Schritte zum Pool, Whirlpool und Strand ... keine Wartezeiten für Aufzüge. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme von März bis Oktober. Pool (im Winter beheizt), Whirlpool, überdachter Parkplatz und Fitnessraum vor Ort. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen neuen Geräten für 2018, neuer Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Es verfügt über Granitoberflächen und eine Frühstückstheke mit vier Barhockern, die viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Essbereich bieten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad; Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das mittlere Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das "kinderfreundliche" Zimmer mit Surfmotiven und Kunstwerken (es verfügt über Etagenbetten mit einem Twin-Top, einem großen Boden und einem Ausziehbett für vier Personen). Pillow-Top-Matratzen in jedem Zimmer. Sie werden jedes Jahr in diese gehobene Wohnung an den spektakulären, weichen, weißen Sandstränden der 'Emerald Coast' zurückkehren wollen !!

The size of the condo was great for our family and the proximity to the beach and pool was wonderful. The condo could definitely use a "refresh" as far as deep cleaning and updating. CD players didn't work, some electrical outlets didn't work, but we weren't there for the condo we were there for the beach - which was beautiful! Property manager was quick to respond and tried to help. We had small children so we were in the unit more than others probably would have been. Couldn't ask for a better location.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here with afew exceptions and only one of them was property issue. Neighbors above us were noisy all night long but that's not the property owner's fault. They could use a new cleaning service since we found cheerios in the bedrooms and other living areas, it needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The guest room with bunkers needs some new slats or something since the mattress fell through one night and we had to put it back together at 4am. Other than that it was very well supplied and an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it to someone.

Great visit
The property manager was great answering any questions we had. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sliding glass doors are a little hard to open which I didn't mind having a little one with us. She couldn't get out. We would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Condo
Enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very nice to be on the ground floor. Only downside to that was that we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, but we were steps away from the pool and beach. No waiting for the elevator. Loved having access to the beach chairs too.

Family Vacation
Very nice complex and the room was awesome! Very spacious! We had a problem with one of the beds and it was replaced in a day! Parking was plentiful and access to the beach was great! Keri was our contact and she was totally responsive whenever we needed anything! We actually left a fairly valuable item at the condo and it was found and being returned to us! Nothing but good things to say about our stay!

Condo was 1st floor no stairs or elevators. Right by the parking lot but no view of ocean. Take the good with the bad. Great location to the pool and hot tub and beach access. Love the location.

Great family vacation
The property manager was great to work with and very accomodating. The kitchen tools/appliances were very basic, but the rooms were spacious enough to fit our family of 7 well. We knew we were sacrificing the ocean view with a 1st floor condo, but we loved the walkout patio and used it often. We also loved the convenience of being close to the pool and beach walkway.

Somewhat disappointed
The condo itself was nice but the bed in the middle bedroom had a busted box spring and the slats in the bunks was a terrible set up.
The kitchen sink leaked and we had to put a bowl under the garbage disposal and had to empty it 3-4 times a day. My husband even slide and almost fell because the mat in front of the sink was soaking wet from the leak.
I emailed the owner and never received any response at all! This was not the only time communication wasn’t good. I had to email the owner on the Thursday before we were to check in (Saturday) just to get check in info. This was the worst communication I’ve ever had in staying in a condo. When you pay the kind of money you pay for a weeks stay I feel like beds should be comfortable! One other issue we had was the ice maker would not dispense ice through the door. You had to get the ice out with your hands. In the pictures it shows a regular washer and dryer but it was actually an apartment size all in one.
Like I stated before, we did like the condo and I like the convenience of it being on the first floor. Just disappointed in the issues we did have.

Enjoyed wk but some repairs are needed. Bunk room bathroom fan doesn’t work, ice maker won’t disperse from the door, the bath towels, hand and washcloths all were thin and dingy gray and master and queen mattresses sag in middle and should. be replaced.

Family friendly
Nice place. Just as the pictures show. Excellent owner/management who were very responsive. Easy access to the pool/beach/parking. The kitchen had all you could need. We enjoyed our stay, all seven of us, including the teens. We would book this again. Only suggestion is that more seating in the living area would be nice.

Perfect Place for a Family of 8
From the time I booked until our checkout, this was a very enjoyable vacation place to stay. We were arriving the same day as a tropical storm and the place was immaculate upon arrival. The communications were very easy and quick responses whether it was text or email. The place was perfect for our family of 8 to stay in. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Vacation
The check in process was extremely easy and timely. The condo was in excellent condition and ready to live in for the week. We've stayed in Island Princess Condos for several years and this was one of our favorite stays. We love by the pool, but our children are older and this suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Amazing
Great condo. The location of the unit is very convenient (groumd floor) especially in a COVID world. The unit has all the modern amenities to make tour stay pleasurable. We really like the way the unit was decorated. Bed are very comfortable. The people who work for the property are very nice and helpfull. The location of the building is very convenient, stores and many activities are less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend this conso for an unforgettable family vacation (or friends).

Overall wonderful place to stay with family
Beautiful beach. White sugar sand, a lot of waves because of offshore storm system. Nice breeze in afternoon with some thunderstorms. Pool was great, not too crowded, plenty of chairs to layout on. Caught some big Redfish right off the beach each day. My only issues were not enough blankets. Only had sheets because of Covid. Need some thicker blankets for at night a maybe a few more bath towels.

Great 1st floor 3 Br unit
From booking the condo to canceling due to covid concerns and then rebooking for the same week when Florida lifted the ban on rentals, I cant speak highly enough of Keri and how accommodating she was. The condo was super clean. Instructions on check in and check out were easy to follow. Best of all this is a very roomy condo. The description of the rooms was very accurate. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. As with most ground floor condos there isnt much of a view but with having young kids, we didnt have to worry about a balcony and falls. There is a nice patio and just through a couple of gates, you are at the pool and the steps to the beach. love Okaloosa!

We had a minor issue when we first arrived with the cable box but Keri was on top of it all and very helpful in getting everything fixed. The condo was very convenient to the pool and beach. We loved our stay!
