It’s so comfortable that we felt like we’re home and it’s clean.

Majority of the staff was great and being pet friendly was a plus for us.

The second night we stayed there are new truck was broken into. The police that came out to make the report told us that it’s happened there quit often and they said or mentioned that they would be getting security there but never did apparently. We told a worker there believe to be a manger I believe and he seemed to not care at all. After are stay we received a call from a manger she said that they would reimburse us for one night but that is no where near are $1,000 bills to fix the damage to are vehicle.

Better selection of breakfast options. Our room was nice but the pull out bed in the couch was not cleaned prior to us coming in. There were snack wrappers and dirty sheets. We could not use the bed.

We absolutely loved the pool and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

The breakfast could of been better. Also, we didn’t like how easy it was to hear others walking around above you.

The beds were extremely comfortable. So comfortable we didnt wake up in time for breakfast. Room was modern and roomy. The ac worked really well. My teenage kids enjoyed it.

It was alot pricier than the hotel across the freeway with same square footage.

beautiful property, we stayed for 3 nights for Spring Break and we loved our room. Huge room, very clean and had everything we needed included. free breakfast and free parking included as well. lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. we will definitely be staying at this property again soon

it is a little further away from all the tourists attractions but that wasn’t really an issue for us. the bed was a little too hard for my taste but other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Property is very new and modern.

They lost our Booking.com reservation and did not have a room with the number of beds we had reserved. The television did not work and they were unable to fix it. The shower drain would not drain and water filled the bathroom floor when the shower was used.

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast sandwiches were not edible. Bread to hard because of heating rack. Location good but y’all have an issue with vehicles being stolen off your property and you’re not doing anything to help. Security posted and patrolling would be a great start.

some tenants didn’t pick up after their dog :(, they need security to scold them and make them pick it up

At the time of check in, there was mold in our AC unit, the room smelled , stains in the carpet, on the walls, rust on our AC Vents, room smell was very stale. we checked out as soon as we checked in. We did get a refund.
