The property was immaculate and looked brand new. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a luxury standard, this apartment was comfortable, spacious and close to local amenities and Reading town centre, as well as being close to the M4. Everything was thought of to make our stay easy, including tea, coffee, cereals and milk. We loved it.

Perhaps a bath slip mat could be put in the master bedroom en suite shower in Ivory Lodge?

It would have been really good if there was a stool to put into the ensuit show as my father is disabled and was unable to have a shower as he is very unsteady on his feet

Ground level unit, well equipped kitchen w very new appliances and cupboards, very comfortable beds. Very tastefully decorated and clean

Noise from occupants immediately above us, in the middle of the night. Would have loved some instructions on how to operate oven, it was not clear to us (we are not from UK). Had a lot of trouble (as we did not have mobile phone service) in doumg £200 deposit, was not aware this was reqd (sorry if I missed that detail up front). Unit was very warm, even w thermostats turned down

Service was fantastic and the premium apartment with twin beds was just what we needed. Comfy loving room area, all the rooms were very clean and nicely fitted. Lovely and bright. Felt very looked after.

The original room we booked downstairs smelled strongly of smoke despite no smoking indoors policy, which isn't the fault of the staff. We were able to move apartments with no fuss whatsoever. The same flat also had sheer curtains looking into the public garden space which wasn't great for privacy.

The property was exceptionally clean. It was well located. The property was well equipped.

There were 4 of us but apart from garden with table and benches there was no indoor dining table for 4 of us to sit around. However it hasn't put us off booking again, we have already booked for next month!

Immaculate property with amazing hospitality complete with all the basic facilities for a comfortable stay. We were provided with a lovely welcome pack of milk, cereal, coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper. Nanaki is amazing with all her help to arrange birthday amenities for our daughter’s birthday before our arrival. Nanaki & her team are always very prompt with any support we need during our stay to make sure it’s pleasant. Nanaki also rushed down to provide replacement items when we reached out to her. We won’t hesitate to return & stay at any of their properties in the future. Thank you so much for making everything possible so that we had a pleasant stay! :)

The accommodation was A+ better than we anticipated and we had high expectations. The parking was great and the use of the garden. Much better and higher spec facilities than in most booking.com accommodation. Loved the flexibility of the hosts and as a last minute booking after being let down by booking.com was a significant upgrade.

The deposit was unexpected but on seeing the number of breakables on arrival fully understandable.

Very nice, clean and comfortable flat!

The apartment was nice and comfortable and quiet.

Washing machine said all in one but no instructions. didn’t dry clothes and no dryer to put clothes on. Cooker set smoke alarm off as smokey. Floor heating was told how to work but maintenance was wrong as didn’t work as stated.
