Hotel stiloso e ricercato arredato con quadri, vasi e oggetti d’arte molto belli. La stanza era pulita e ben arredata. La colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Lo staff molto disponibile e cortese, ci hanno aiutato di domenica risolvendovi un problema alla macchina. Super!

清潔感がない ポットがない 駅までの道が汚い。行きは歩いたが帰りはタクシー。 ドアマンの人に手配してもらい、50ディラハムと聞いたが駅に着き支払いの時に1人、50だから100ディラハムだと、ぼってきた。ふざけんじゃないとかなり強く口調で言ったら やっぱり、無理かという態度で謝ってはいましたが。 タクシー運転手の問題だと思うのですがホテル手配の 少し高いタクシーなので気をつけてほしいと思います。 モロッコでは当たり前かもしれませんが。

Alles war sehr gut! Es wurden Wünsche nach einem Zimmer in der oberen Etage erfüllt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich! Sehr gute Betten. Die Lage ist perfekt - Nahe der Medina und auch die Moschee kann man zu Fuß innerhalb von 25 Minuten erreichen

Location, location, location: great if you're working in the Marina area. The staff is always ready and willing to help.

The hotel is comfortable but old, which isn't apparent in the pictures. Although I requested a business invoice during booking, it's been a month and I still haven't received the correct one. To avoid any frustration, I recommend clarifying such details at check-in.

Heel prettig hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Veel is lopend bereikbaar. Goed ontbijt, goede wifi en mooie kamer. Ik zou zeker terugkomen.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the Medina, as well as local restaurants, cafes and other amenities. Room was always kept clean and well maintained. Nice fresh breakfasts on offer

Las habitaciones son cómodas pero en todo el hotel hay un fuerte olor a cigarrillo lo que resulta muy incómodo.

Si bien está en una buena ubicación, está Zona está en proceso de Cambio. Creo que en un par de años será ideal pero hoy es Caótica, polvorienta, llena de obras y con mucha gente viviendo en la Calle

Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station, another 10 minutes walk to Rick's Cafe & Marina Mall, another 5 Minutes walk to Hassan II Mosque & Corniche area all in one direction. 5 Minutes walk to the Market & Medina in an another direction. Good restaurants and money changers close by.

At check in the staff Mr Hussain demanded additional City Tax even though it was clearly shown in the Booking voucher. Was very rude.

Rooms were big and clean but looks aren’t everything

-air con didn’t work so comparable to a 24hr sauna session in an escape room with no ability to open windows. Asked 4 times for technician and left ghosted and on read. Resorted to lying on tiles and questioning life choices for relief -door didn’t shut in bathroom (too big for door frame) so had new boundaries unlocked with friend traveller. I am now minus one friend -staff came into room twice without knocking…luckily boundaries with staff remained intact -staff got taxi for us which tried to scam us and had to resort to using my abilities learnt from the movie taken -breakfast was good but the lasagna in the restaurant would send Garfield into a coma

Erst nach drei Anläufen haben wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer erhalten. Wir haben ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein normales Doppelzimmer. Erste Beschwerde. Dann haben wir eine Junior Suite bekommen. Wir benötigen aber drei Betten. Da wir zu dritt sind. Und die Suite hat auch nur ein Doppelbett. Also zweite Beschwerde. Und erst dann haben wir unser Dreibettzimmer erhalten. Ps. Als Bonus hat jedesmal auch die Türkarte nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt hat der gesamte Check In eine Stunde gedauert.

Стильный современный отель в центре города Касабланка (в пяти минутах пешком от железнодорожной станции Каса Порт), с уютными номерами и хорошей звукоизоляцией. Завтрак "шведский стол" - вкусный и достаточно разнообразный (колбаса и сырная нарезка присутствует). На первом этаже отеля - бар, где можно выпить алкогольные напитки (например, марокканское пиво и вино). Рядом с отелем неплохой выбор кафе и баров. До медины и мечети Хассана также недалеко, прогулка доставит удовольствие. Отличный доброжелательный персонал, готовый помочь.

Perfect location, near the train and bus station,very close to the Medina as well. The staff is very kind and supportive. A very high quality breakfast in a nice ambience completes the picture of quite a pleasant stay

At breakfast, jams are of subpar quality but this detracts nothing from the overall richness and quality of the meal.

Location is perfect, 8 minutes to train by walking. It is in a safe area. Breakfast and workers are nice.

There was no towel and slippers in the room. We asked for them but they should exist in the room.
