Beautiful cruise ship with all facilities onboard! Loved the rooms allocated, the staff was so pleasing and helpful and the overall experience on the cruise was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Wasim for accommodating our request for some changes in the set menu.

Let’s start with good points. I was upgraded to the Presidential suite without any charge. That was great. The lunch was phenomenal, plenty of dishes and the food tasted awesome. Super awesome staff, they make sure that you have been taken care to the best. I specially want to mention Ms. Clera, is Wonder Woman and helped me in the best way possible.
Now coming to the negatives, for dinner please make sure to choose the correct dish from the menu because they are arrogant enough not to change your dish if you have ordered the wrong one. Even if you complain, they are least bothered. Also, for the cooking class, they don’t have a chef for that, it’s their reception staff who conducts the cooking class. If the dinner was taken care, it would have been a phenomenal experience.

Nicely organized. Shuttle service isn't cheap, but very convenient.
They ask you to pay through their preferred payment provider, not through booking.com. Support confirmed it's ok, and everything worked out nicely, but was a bit suspicious at first.
A bit too much time spent on (fabulous!) meals.
Not giving us anything to drink, even water, during the lunch, and forcing us to buy quite expensive drinks was a really cheap move on their side.
That's the only complaint. Everything else was great.

The location and the places the cruise has visited were amazing.
The dinner and lunch were horrible. Limited option to choose and very low standard.
They even do NOT serve free water in dinner and lunch. Everything was expensive. They just took advantage of being in nowhere. They just act like they included everything to price. Especially the kayaking was expensive and they do NOT inform you in advance it was paid.

We enjoyed the cruise and the variety excursions. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Waiting for the shuttle on our way back to HaNoi around 45 minutes. There is nothing around the waiting area.

It was great! good value for your money! The live music was amazing, the woman (July was her name I think) her voice was fantastic! And also the food was really good, my wife is vegetarian and they looked after her really good, thanks :)

Our big group (31pax) have been managed excellent
Days ago they ask me to send them the arrangements and they prepared the twin and double rooms and one triple which we need.
Check in is in big reception with all facilities and when we got there all the rooms key card and the schedule of the activities was ready in pockets and only take less than five minutes
The foods was really great,buffet lunch and great dinner
All the rooms have big trace and big bathroom.
Big jacuzzi with warm water in nights which they change the water daily
Good bar menu and polite staffs
They give us any thing we need even in midnight
Really 5 star cruise with 5 star staffs
