The location is quite far from everything but at the same time it is right in the middle between Hurghada and El Gouna making it a good start point for both. There is a small market right at the entrance that gets you the essentials. There is a total of 4 pools (2 small and 2 big) with sunbeds and umbrellas all around them. The pools are cleaned daily and available from 7 AM to 7 PM. The studio was clean, modern and well equipped. We have experienced an excellent level of service and cooperation with the host and his staff. They were polite, professional, welcoming and friendly.

The most amazing thing for this vacation in this apartment was the great and friendly host team ( Raafat & Deborah ). Of course it won’t the last time I will be there 😊🌷🌷

There was problems with in the flat with things not working like the hot water through the kitchen and bathroom and signal with my phone mg family from back home couldn't call me i had to leave early but 4 days and had to pay for somewhere else so I will not be booking there again and it was the Tiba resort problem it was Patrick the lady who looks after did good but not good enough has I always had to wait and I also texted Patrick to get 4 days refund of him and no answer also an other flat in the resort that he had the lady wasn't happy too.

It is so close to Gouna only 5 min drive, it is comfy clean and quiet, so a good option to relax. Also Patrick and Deborah are responsive and helpful. Will definitely go again 👌

The network is really bad, almost no signal in the room. There is a wifi network though. The hidden cleaning fees (25 USD) that I see better be added on the room rate since the overall value is a good deal.
