Estructura bonita con un jardín lleno de plantas , muy guapo. Está bien ubicado, muy cerca de las calles del centro, La señora Isabella y el señor en recepción nos dieron consejos sobre alquiler de motos y coches y sitios para visitar , y el día del check-out nos permitieron dejar las mochilas ahí para no ir cargados las horas que nos quedaban en la isla, fueron muy amables. Zona silenciosa y segura.

El precio es caro para el estado de las instalaciones en la habitación. Reservamos la habitación superior/king , la que sale en Booking, pero en realidad no respectaba la realidad. La habitación es muy húmeda, hay que dejar la puerta abierta más tiempo posible porqué el olor de humedad es super fuerte, pero así van a entrar muchos mosquitos porqué no hay mosquitera. El design de la ducha muy guapo, con techo en cristal y decoraciones , pero los agujeros de la ducha estaban llenos de cal y el agua salía solamente desde una pequeña esquina. El baño en cuanto paredes y piso muy poco cuidado Está bien y es muy tranquilo dormir ahí, pero habría que solucionar el problema de humedad y las partes viejas.

Super hôtel, proche du centre (près de l'embarcadère de ferry). Chambre très spacieuse et lit très confortable. Personnel très aimable.

La ambientación del lugar era increíble, estaba súper cerca del centro y habían restaurantes muy muy cerca, así como un Oxxo.

El deterioro de las instalaciones, se sentía un poco viejo lugar y al ser una "casa" se sentía incómodo llegar a lo hora que quieras. Sentías que se escuchaba todo.

Excelente hospedaje

The location is good, walking distance to the ferry. And it’s very quiet. The rooms face a courtyard and there seemed to be some nice common areas although I only stayed one night so didn’t explore much. The room was also quite large. The man who ran the property was very kind although we had a language barrier. There’s also a cute dog.

The garden and house seemed to be a bit unkempt. I found the price high for what I got, especially considering it didn’t include breakfast (I mistakenly thought it did when I booked.) I slept well and my room was comfortable but considering the price and lack of amenities I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I also would have appreciated being able to check in a little early as a courtesy (I think I arrived from the ferry about an hour ahead of checkin) although at least I could store my bag.

The best part of Casa Isabella was its location. Really close to the city center, ferry and main shops, bars and restaurants. The place is really beautiful with a big front patio and back one with a small pool.

There were not any water pressure or heat. Personal was a little bit rude and we have a problem with the taxes, they were charging us extra fees that did not appear in my booking.

The property was quiet. The location was very good. The room was large

Located in the middle of the city, but still quiet. We had a separate room which was cozy. Airco worked well. Friendly staff.

Wifi was not always working. There was no night light in the room to read a book in the evening. Only the big light. Pool was clean but it’ more a refreshingpool than one you can swim in
