Value for money. Owner is great to talk with

The caretaker tries hard but difficult to communicate with. Some switches weren't working. Curtain was defective

Located in an accessible location, close to ISB and Gachibowli. The room was clean. The care takers of the place are attentive and always eager to help. The dedicated parking is a plus.

The road in front of the place was dug up for repair.

I stayed there for a day and staff were friendly and room was lovely perfect to stay with kids too . I would like to go back again with my kids and all of us together

Location was ideal for us. Premises were clean with all facilities and most of all the caretaker Praveen provided prompt service with a smile

The whole villa has 3 rooms to rent with a common kitchen and refrigerator. Place is close to ISB and that was useful as we were attending our son's convocation. Air conditioning was good and the mattress very comfortable. 5* The owner was helpful and quick to respond. The caretaker was helpful otherwise and is available 24x7 within the villa.

Breakfast could have been better and I would give it a 2*. It was basic southindian breakfast of idli or dosa which is ordered from a restaurant nearby. The quality could have been better. The caretaker never asked us our preference. Plenty of ants so I would recommend pest control.

For me room 103 alloted which is at 2 nd Floor Lift is not available,i was 55 unable to go 2 floor without Lift.service is very poor ,paid fr breakfast but it was restricted not up to the Standard.Shame to Book.com.Dont show this hotel next time. ThanQ.

I liked the breakfast, which was a vegetarian option and always very fresh, healthy and tasty. It would be good if some coffee, tea/ tea sachets were provided as well to compliment the breakfast. Another aspect I liked about the room, which was airy, spacious and opened to a view overlooking a small lake, is that Mr. Dasarath, the house-owner had though of all possible comforts, especially with lounge chairs. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lighting arrangements both inside the room and out on the balcony which were relaxing and thoughtfully done. Misty Lake is ideally located not very far from the financial and IT hubs within walking distance to banks, restaurants, coffee shops and easy access to pharmacies, eateries, bakeries, confectioners, grocers etc.

Hardly anything to dislike as it was a very comfortable stay. The only suggestions are, to provide more comfy pillows and to change the electric kettle, to a better quality one, please.
