Quiet, cozy, beautiful, clean, and loved the tub and shower!
No table to mix a drink on or prepare food on or just set things.

I loved that it was secluded but only 10 minute drive to major Eureka Springs attractions
There was no WIFI

The location was private with a nice view of the surrounding hills and the cabin itself felt spacious and comfortable.

The location was great and had great views. My family with me had never stayed in a cabin. They were exceptionally pleased with the cabin and totally want to come back. My Aunt is in question of the larger cabin how big it is and cost.

The Bird Clan cabin is close to the heart of the city while being secluded enough to provide a relaxing and scenic view that is stunning. The owners were very kind and ensured we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend the property and will be returning ourselves on our next trip to Eureka Springs!
No complaints.

The location was easily accessible and had the convenience of being approximately 8-10 minutes to Eureka Springs for site seeing. Yet it also provided the seclusion of nature when you just wanted to unwind and relax. The unit was nicely decorated. The bed was very soft/comfortable with plenty of blankets and multiple pillows (8 to be exact) on the bed.
The owners thought of almost everything (wine glasses, water glasses/plates, silverware, dish soap/towels, trash bags, bottled water x 2, sweet rolls/snack cakes, salt/pepper shakers, microwave, coffee maker, clean towels/wash clothes, extra hangers, iron/ironing board, small wooden tables x 2, radio, television (flat screen), personal ice maker, complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body lotions that smelled wonderful. The unit was clean and accommodating for Celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Overall we would highly recommend staying here. And we look forward to returning in the near future.
We were advised by Pat the caretaker of the property upon our arrival (After 5 pm) “The jacuzzi tub was not working properly. It keeps causing the breaker to kick off.” “I have tried to get an electrician out to fix it. Until then there is an extension cord run to an outlet on one side of the bed.” “That way you can still use the tub w/o the jets.” “It should not be a problem.” Pat was very pleasant and apologetic regarding the jacuzzi tub and not having it repaired before we got there. Overall this was not a big deal breaker for us.

The cabin the views everything was excellent it is the most beautiful place ever I highly recommend it being the convenience to Eureka Springs yet the convenience of being out and away from all the traffic She went above and beyond Pat she was so wonderful we needed a blanket she actually went out and bought us one now how awesome is that!
If you like a firm bed it's perfect but I don't neither does my husband

Area was beautiful.
Our duplex cabin could use some comfortable seating.

We really enjoyed the place. It was clean, quiet, great decor. The rustic look, and the garden tub, and shower were incredible. I was allowed to check in early, and experienced no problem with having to wait, or an unclean room. The only drawback was the room wasn't advertised as a duplex style cabin that I read. We will more than likely use this place again, as we visit Eureka at least once a year, but the next time we will be sure to get one of the single cabins. To be honest, we never heard anything from the other room, which was great. So the rooms must be well insulated. We loved how it was outside of town, but only minutes away. My fiancee loved all the decor.
I wasn't aware I would be in a duplex style cabin

The cozy feel and how it's close to downtown Eureka Springs, yet far enough away to be secluded!
The sun shined through the big window was really bright at 6 am and shined in our faces.

Could have used a few more towels since we used the tub a lot!

It was clean, romantic and cozy. Just wanted to relax in a quiet place. It exceeded my expectations. Had items that weren't even mentioned for room. Location was great.
I wish this cabin had more pictures on sites. There were pluses that you couldn't see online. It would attract more people to this room. I didn't realize that it was a duplex cabin.

Is was the best place I have thus far ever stayed, so peaceful and relaxing.
I don’t have one complaint about this property. It will definitely be the place we stay on every trip to Eureka.

We were not impressed at all.
Our list is pretty long but when we first got here, we found our envelope but no information inside on how to get into our cabin. We finally found a man that was shirtless and he said he forgot we were coming and that he would move the van parked in front of our cabin. We drove over and actually met him coming out of our room with his PlayStation….is my room even clean?! We called the number and she assured me the room was ready for us but her sons TV wasn’t working so he was using ours! I was under the understanding that we would have a private hot tub. nope. We did have a jacuzzi tub. However, I’m sure it was put in when the cabin was built and we didn’t feel safe to use it. It has cracks all over it and doesn’t look very clean at all. Unfortunately, we paid for two days when we made our reservation. We were finally able to get the combination for our door and before we could get it shut, a strange woman, that when she tried to push our door open, smelled like she just left a brewery! She was the same one that almost drove into us when she came piling into the driveway! I told the owner about this and she thought it sounded like an old housekeeper and informed us we should keep the latch lock locked because she knows what our code is!! The next morning, we got up and left for most of the day. When we arrived again, the front door was standing wide open and so was the closet doors right inside the front door! This is where all the cleaning products are kept. Again, I told the owner as we still hadn’t been told what the Wi-Fi password was either, and she said it must have been her son as he was probably looking for something and is horrible about shutting doors. I wanted to tell her that her son is going to put her out of business! Our bed is not comfortable at all and honestly, the room isn’t very clean either. I know she tried and means well but this was not a good experience for our anniversary at all!

We loved the private and secluded feel of the location. Even though there is more than one cabin on the property, our cabin (Deer Clan) faced away from the others, giving it a complete private feel and incredible views. The cabin was clean and lovely and decorated nice. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the cabin was stocked with coffee! It was absolutely perfect.
