Location lovely. Would not recommend staying here.

It was a nice location to see the island. Didn't use them but seems to have good bus access.

Arrived at check in time and it appeared that our booking was not there and was constantly delayed. We were put into a different chalet than what we paid for. Chalet was very tired looking and not very clean. Dirty sofa cushions, dirty sides, broken wardrobe handle, all kitchen utensils etc had to be washed before use. Main bedroom bed pushed against the window and curtains making it difficult to have the window open and kept pulling on the curtains. Lack of plug sockets around and none in any bedrooms. Front door has a large window and no way of covering this to block out sunlight when needed. Rat waking us up at 4:30am chewing through bin bags. Food that was not ours found on the floor seemed to of come from under or the side of the sofa. No heaters in bedrooms so could be cold overnight. Toilet needs a serious clean and update as does not work very well. Sofa itself rock solid and not comfortable to sit on for a long period of time. Bar on site super expensive. There is no specific parking near the chalet (there is spaces a walk away at the back) so parking on grass which is not ideal in wet weather.

Beautiful setting, easy to walk down to the beach and nice outside patio area. The microwave, oven and fridge all looked new and we loved the decor & colours of the chalet.

A little snug if you had 4 people staying there and we expected towels to be included for a superior chalet. Would also have liked eggcups .

Clean, tidy, well looked after holiday park

The chalet was clean, warm (when we first got there one of the radiators was cold and wouldn't warm up, but we saw guest services who came and sorted it within an hour), tidy, excellent value for money!

The location was ideal for a walking holiday

The chalet was perfectly adequate for me, travelling alone

The chalet was not wonderfully clean, two of the four heaters didnt work, the kitchen lights and top oven were also inoperable. But... the staff were apologetic when this was explained to them. Beware the small print where linen is listed, but towels are not and are charged. check , if you need peace and quiet if your chalet is adjoining another as there is zero soundproofing!! - Please provide an oven glove if you are going to provide an oven !

Friendly staff, comfy accommodation.

Lovely welcome, and really appreciated the doggy box for our assistance dog! Staff were friendly and helpful. It's close to the beach, and has great views!

The grass was waterlogged, so getting to the beach was muddy! Sadly, as it's winter, none of the facilities was open, which we knew and it wasn't a disaster, just would have been amazing! The hut was small but warm and cosy, beds were very comfortable.

Site good location, beach close chalet good location....

Reception not very helpful ; 😕 Asked for the nearest toilet and was told all closed as it was November. Then they carried on their conversation. Tried to interrupt them and got ignored..... Walked out, and then I came back in , asked if we could check in, and was told Chalet wasn't ready until 4 ... When we got the chalet, we found the cleaning sheet, and it was dated 15th November, so 3 days ago it lasted cleaning, meaning that it was ready at 2 when we arrived......

Location and cleanliness and the doggy welcome box was lovely and made him feel part of the holiday too!

It's a shame not even the bar was open but we understand why that was and it was communicated to us in advance of our stay

Amazing stay

We were supposed to be in a chalet but got put in a new caravan instead was lovely. Was quiet around the caravan not loud like you get on some parks

No cleaning supplies or binbags left, as we were only there for a weekend it didn't seem right going out and buying these simple things

Don’t bother if you have mobility issues

Quiet, we were put so far away from any facilities that there was no noise pollution.park maintenance staff were very efficient, had an issue with a tap that was stuck on full, customer services were useless so 1.5 hours after reporting it we took matters into our own hands and collared one of the staff directly, was fixed in no time by replacing the tap. Going home and leaving the park was also a highlight.

Took my 90 year old mum, Holliday park were informed months in advance, was offered a caravan that needed to be walked to over uneven ground that would have been dangerous for my mum, after complaining and persisting I was offered an alternative to view from the outside, parking was next to the caravan, which was a plus but absolutely nowhere near any of the amenities, effectively making my mum a prisoner of the location, hills were too steep for my mum to walk with a walking frame. So went back to customer services to tell them so. Was told that there were no more caravan’s available, so was lied to when I was told to see if it suited as there was no alternative. Caravan was not the bast equipped, fridge was far too small for an eight birth, carpets and furniture were stained, beds were incredibly uncomfortable with every spring being felt. The oven had a try that was too small making it dangerous and to top it off the seating area smelt of BO when the sun came out and it got hot. My wife found black human hair oh the underside of her pillow. Every time I tried to complain to customer services there was an excuse why I couldn’t. Complained to head office online 1st day (not using their wifi as it was awful and not usable) still waiting for a reply after being back a week. All in all not a pleasant experience at all, smiling faces full of platitudes did nothing to calm me down, my mum felt like a burden all week as she could not do anything without me because of the location, she now says it was her last holiday as she doesn’t want to spoil our future holidays by holding us back. Thank you whitecliff holiday park for forcing home to my mum how old she is

Peaceful and quiet, no major noise Good facilities on site The caravan we stayed in had everything we needed

Would have preferred to have been on the same side as the facilities (swimming pools, clubhouse etc.) but not a major issue. Would have liked the indoor pool to be open for slightly longer. Bit disappointed to find out it closes at 12 as wanted to take my 2 year old in there

We really enjoyed our stay.

Location of our chalet was very good. Whitecliff Bay holiday park is a great location (for access to the sea and the close by Bus Stop). It was lovely to have ice-cream onsite and the very well stocked shop.

Beds were too short. Some curtains were showing signs of wear and tear. Facilities okay but the oven was not clean.
