St. Mark's Basilica - around 350 yards walking from the apartment. San Marco is a great choice for travelers interested in museums, history and romance. It is also very close to the first shopping area of Venice. And the vaparetto stop (water buses) is only two blocks away!
Is has a beautiful unobstructed canal from both bedrooms (and both bathrooms!) which is a big plus to soak in the Venetian atmosphere.
Apartment is on 4th floor and building has a lift ... a rarity for Venice!
The apartment has undergone a full refurbishment recently with all furniture and fittings brand new. It has only recently been available.
It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It includes bidets. The kitchen is available to take care of dishes while you explore the city!). A 55-inch UHD LED TV.
There are no bridges between the water bus stop and you can not miss your luggages over the many bridges in Venice, a typical challenge for travelers to the romantic city!
All the modern requirements are met Wifi and USB charging facility. Beyond the dishwasher, the apartment includes the main electrical appliance, you will need the automated washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge / freezer and hair dryer. The apartment has remote controlled Air-conditioned / Central heating. Coffee & tea making equipment and facilities are provided.
Tourist tax is a part 4 € / night / guest for a maximum of 5 night - 10 to 16 years old id 2,00 € / night.

Great 2 bedroom modern apartment with elevator and A/C! Location is super convenient-in between San Marco Sq and Rialto Bridge. Irene was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and very comfortable. AC worked great, hot water, laundry all good. Best location ever!!! Close to everything and on a canal. Canal can be noisy with traffic late at night/early morning but we were so tired, it didn’t matter. Used shutters to keep sun out early. Elevator was a bonus! Best stay ever!

This was our first time in Venice and first experience in Italy. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. It is on the highest floor of the building and has an elevator. The elevator is a little tight with luggage but easy to make 2 trips. Irene was an amazing host. Detailed picture instruction of how to get from the Vaporetto to the apartment. Although we did not need a lot, she was very helpful with my questions. We walked all over Venice and the apartment was in a great central location that was always active during the day and much quieter at night. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This flat is very clean. Communication was top notch once I had the What’s app. Irene and Francesca have a super safe spot and it’s so close to everything. Irene helped us navigate through taxis to get to the flat and we were within 2 min of the stop which was so nice with all of our bags. Instructions were very simple. 5/5 star rating. It was excellent in every aspect!

The apartment is wonderful. Great location, wonderful host, easy to find, no bridges to cross with luggage on arrival. Elevator to apartment. Two bathrooms which are very well appointed. Would definately recommend. In the heart of canals, restaurants shopping.. sensational

The property was clean and practically laid out. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing. Had a little trouble communicating with Irene until i realized she was using whatsapp, which i never use. But then everything was wonderful. She went out of her way to meet us at the boat taxi dock and take us to the condo. She also prearranged the water taxi for our arrival and also our departure. Didn't have the correct adapter but luckily she had one in the condo and also 1 blow dryer. Thank you Irene for a great experience and a great 2/2 to stay in with friends.

This is the perfect place for two couples visiting Venice. It is ideally located between the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We could walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, neat and uncluttered with modern appliances--everything we needed. And there is an elevator! It was easy for us to walk to the apartment from the water taxi at the Rialto Bridge. Our Venice host, Irene, was very available and helped us arrange our water taxis, provided useful information about restaurants and was very accommodating. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. I am recommending this place to all my friends who visit Venice.

Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of four.
Irene was very helpful when the lift broke down and came to help us with the bags.
Only trouble it is noisy at night. Busy area. In the morning when the gulls start cackling and the boats start it’s very noisy! But a very enjoyable stay nevertheless!

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our visit to Venice. Very easy access from the water taxi, no stairs to climb and right at the base of the Rialto bridge. Convenient location to excellent restaurants and sightseeing. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely stay here!

Had everything except for shampoo and conditioner. Hairblower didn’t work in bathroom and air conditioner was in the hallway not in bedroom. Also very very very loud to keep window open while we slept. Wasn’t good

The apartment was just as listed, great location easy to get to everywhere in Venice.
Irene was super helpful with directions and helping book private taxi.

We highly recommend staying here in Venice. The views from the windows were ideal capturing Venice life with the waterways and gondolas passing by. Stepping out of the appartement into the charming narrow streets with fragranced restaurants, stores, and lovely people. Here we experienced all the comforts of our home in the USA including a clean and fresh environment. Although we did not meet Irene & Francesca, we communicated well via WhatsApp. We had a lovely stay and thank you for all the recommendations!

Thought we were a little concerned about getting to the unit, having never been in Venice before, we found it fairly easlity to access. It is a bright, clean, and modern unit is well suited for two couples to stay in. The view of the water is terrific and the large kitchen and sitting area made it easy to get together before heading out to the city.

Fantastic apartment and great hosts. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give everyone enough space for a comfortable stay. Could not ask for a better location. I watched other tourists pulling luggage down alleys, over bridges, up staircases….none of that with this apartment! It’s a very easy 4-5 minute walk from the vaporetto stop right next to the Rialto Bridge. And it has an elevator! No carrying bags upstairs! Irene and Francesca were great hosts. Easy communication. Francesca even sent screen shot photos of exactly how to find the apartment. It is very clean and an easy walk to the Rialto area and St. Mark’s Square.

This property is great! It's been newly remodeled and everything is super clean. Our host Irene was friendly and very responsive to communication via WhatsApp. She met us when we came in on the boat and personally escorted us to the property and made sure we vere familiarized with everything. There was a comprehensive book on the kitchen table outlining all of the local amenities as well as local regulations, etc. We recommend highly!

We are two couples travel Italy which began in Venice. I booked this place in the Spring of 2022. It’s located in a convenient place in the city a short 4 min walk from Rialto Bridge. Our host gave us great instructions plus photos which made it so easy to find. It was as beautiful in person as online; we all loved it! Each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom giving us privacy. There were restaurants and stores close by. We especially enjoyed a little cafe less than minute from our door where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Venice surprised us all and we want to return someday. Irene n Francesca are great. If you want to experience Venice this is the perfect location.

I traveled to Venice for the first time this month with my husband, his cousin & her husband. We arrived late in the evening & our amazing host, Irene, arranged for a water taxi to meet us at the airport & bring us directly to the Rialto Bridge. It was magical & worth every penny!
Irene was in constant contact with us, met us at the bridge and led us through the streets & alleys to our home for 4 days. She even stayed to orient us with the apartment, review a Venice map with us & provide us with wonderful recommendations.
The apartment was exactly as described! It was great to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for our party. There was scaffolding outside the bedroom windows (common for Venice), but that didn’t make a big difference for us. The garbage boats each morning do make some noise, but we got used to this, also. Great, central location & great, comfortable apartment. We would definitely stay here again & can’t thank Irene enough for her kind expertise!

Beautiful Modern Apartment
This apartment was very nice and in a perfect location for exploring the city. Irene was great to work with and very responsive. We had an Amazing time in Venice and staying so close to St Marks Basilica, shopping and great restaurants

Amazing
This apartment is amazing. It is in the heart of everything. The house managers were second to none. They arranged EVERYTHING for us. They even arranged a private boat tour of the city in the evening. It was absolutely magical. This was followed with a dinner at sunset. It ended with a trip to most amazing gelato and back to the apartment. I don't know if I'll ever have the opportunity to go back to this magical place but if I did this would be the place I would stay.

A wonderful and lovely modern apartment
Irene was terrific. She met us at the boat and had food waiting for us. Irene also arranged for the private boat for us which was helpful. The apartment is modern with good wifi. The location is close to San Marco (lot's of tourist traffic) but really easy to get around the city. The bedrooms were clean and neat and identical. Also the bathrooms were identical. We would definitely return to this wonderful spot in Venice.
