A fabulous barn conversion with outstanding views, this property offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 14 people.
This barn conversion has breathtaking views and is situated on a 17th Century farm in Meerbrook. The honeystone building has been skilfully converted and has the all conveniences of modern day living yet retains a wealth of character. There are six opulent bedrooms, two with en-suites and two of the rooms share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There is a further lavish shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and boasts a range cooker and large dining area, which leads to the warm and inviting sitting room with its exposed beams and open fire. Outside is a lawned area with furniture and a barbecue. This is a special property and makes the perfect base for a holiday in this wonderful area.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and open fire. Electric range cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Private lawned garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Ample off road parking.
