If you are coming as a couple we have an adorable studio in the same house with a splendid view at a lower price (see photos on homelidays reference 8438547) The location of our house is close to Puerto cruz.

We had a wuderfull stay in the house. Chantal was verry kind and we even had a few drinks with here. We will go back someday if possible.

Bel appartement et hôtes chaleureux
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal et Ernesto, qui se sont occupés de nous comme si nous étions de leur famille !
L’appartement est propre, lumineux, fonctionnel et spacieux. La terrasse est grande et la vue est belle. Le quartier est très calme.
Tout était parfait pendant le séjour grâce aux bons conseils de Chantal et au quesillo d’Ernesto !

Pool not included!
When we arrived the hosts were VERY thorough; here are the plates, knives, forks, fridge, washing machine, washing machine manuel. The tour took 30 mins! When we finallu asked, "where is the pool?", we were told to arrange a time and we could use it. When we did this the next day, we were told it was broken, and broke two days before our arrival. We received no communication prior to check in regarding the pool and the hosts were misleading when we checked in. There is another review from April saying the pool was unavailable too. The property is also listed on Air B'n'B with the pool as the first image. The property owners are misleading in their advertisements as the pool is not included in the property. To the best of our knowledge, guests do not have direct access to the pool.

Gute Basis zur Erkundung der Küste nach Ost und West
Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ich war dort für eine Woche des "Workation". Dank schnellen Internets konnte ich an einigen Tagen meiner Arbeit nachkommen. Es war für mich leicht an anderen Tagen die Insel entlang der nördlichen Küste kennenzulernen. Auch Sonnenuntergänge konnte ich an mehreren schönen Orten betrachten. Die Wohnung hatte alles was ich brauchte und noch mehr, sogar einen Gasgrill hätte ich nutzen können. Für mich alleine hätte sicher die obere Wohnung gereicht, doch die war belegt zu dem Zeitraum. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und konnte entspannt die Zeit verbringen.

Schöner Urlaub in der Casa Magica!
Wir waren für 4 Wochen in der größeren Wohnung, was uns super gefallen hat. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und jegliche Aktivitäten. Alles ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine private Terrasse mit Liegen(sehr bequem) , schön um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir können die Casa Magica nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Unsere Gastgeber Chantal und Ernesto sind sehr liebenswert und herzlich. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals.

Accueil chaleureux, emplacement parfait pour familles
Appartement charmant, calme et bien situé. Supérette, pharmacie et plage à 15 min maximum. Le Wifi fonctionne à merveille ainsi que les autres appareils électroménagers. Les hôtes sont accueillants et prévenants. Le spa est disponible durant une large tranche horaire (10h-18h, négociable)
Bref, on recommande vivement cette location

Appartement confort très bien équipé et hôtes trop « chou »
Chantal et Ernesto sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Tellement serviables et généreux 🥰. L’appartement est très bien équipé : bonne literie, au calme avec le spa que nous utilisions quotidiennement à notre grand bonheur. Nous randonnons beaucoup et les sites de randonnées sont à environ 1h de l’appartement : monts Anaga ou Teide.

Casa accogliente in posizione strategica per girare l'isola.
L'appartamento, grande, si trova in zona tranquilla, soleggiata tutto il giorno, ma fresca la sera.
L'ampia sala e la cucina offrono tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno in una casa di tutti i giorni.
Il doppio bagno comodissimo ,uno dei quali fornito di doccia spaziosa e funzionale per far asciugare le cose giornaliere.
Le camere sono complete di armadio e c'è anche un locale dove riporre le valige, oltre ad uno sgabuzzino con tutto il necessario per riassettare casa giornalmente, detersivi, scopa ecc
Materassi comodissimi e confortevoli, con tanto di piumino in caso di necessità! All'esterno c'è una zona relax con lettini prendisole , compresi di Materassi, su un tappeto d'erba in terra.
È presente un bel tavolo per poter mangiare fuori direttamente davanti al barbecue a gas!
Uscendo dalla via, si trova a 3 min di macchina la strada principale, fornita di tutto, ristorante, supermercato, bar ecc..
Proprietari super disponibili, a tutte le ore, molto accoglienti e pronti a consigliare sulla zona, ospitali come fosse una famiglia!
La casa è magica, quanto i proprietari, consigliata anche per famiglie con bambini, zona e casa sicura!
Sicuramente torneremo con i nostri bambini!
Abbiamo allargato la famiglia con loro! ❤

Tranquille et confortable
Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont accueillants et prévenants. L'emplacement est bien situé pour aller vers les sites principaux et les départs de randonnées.

Eine wunderbare Woche in der Casa Magica!
Wir waren Ende Februar zu zweit zum Wandern auf Teneriffa - zum ersten mal, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal! Es war wunderschön!
Die Casa Magica ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf der gesamten Insel. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden und vor allem die Vermieter Chantal und Ernesto sind von einer unglaublichen Herzlichkeit und haben sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Alle bisherigen positiven Bewertungen für dieses Domizil und seine Vermieter können wir nur bestätigen.
Merci Chantal et Ernesto pour votre gentillesse, pour le Quesillo et le Champagne. Tout etait parfait! Nous reviendrons une autre fois, c`est sure!

Sehr gutes Quartier und lebevoll fürsorgliche Vermieter
Alle, die das ( große ) Appartement mit sehr guten Bewertungen versehen haben, liegen völlig richtig. Das kleinere Appartement haben wir nur kurz besichtigt. Für eine längere Mietdauer war es uns zu klein. Das große Appartement im Erdgeschoß mit eigener Terrasse bietet ausreichen Fläche. An der Couch sind die besten Plätze zum Fernsehen gut zufinden, da sich dort schon deutliche Mulden gebildet haben. Der TV Empfang über Satelit ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung des Geräts über den separaten Tuner ist umständlich, aber funktioniert an sich gut. Das TV hat drei HDMI Eingänge. WLAN ist durchgängig mit ca 1,6 mb vorhanden. Stream Netflix und Amazon funktioniert gut. Ein Stick oder entsprechendes einschl. Kabbelei muss mitgebracht werden. Zum Heizen steht ein Radiator zur Verfügung, im Duschbad ( mit Toilette) befindet sich ein regulierbares Warmluftgebläse. Es gibt noch eine weitere separate Toilette. Alles funktioniert gut.Der Wasserdruck ist sehr gut. Warmwasser braucht in der Dusche nicht lange. Die Dusche bietet verschiedene Spielereien mit Düsen pp. und arbeitet perfekt. Das Vermieterpaar ist liebenswürdig fürsorglich um seine Gäste bemüht. Zur Konversation braucht es Fränzösich- bzw. Spanischkenntnisse. Deutsch geht nur zur größeren Not. Im relativ hohen Preisgefüge der Unterkünfte auf der Insel liegt das Objekt im Schnittpunkt.

Bueno que voy a decir, me voy encantada con la casa. La casa está muy completa. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos.
Lo recomiendo y en cuanto pueda repito. Esta muy bien ubicada. Te hacen muy bien recibimiento que no lo digo para que sea sorpresa para quien vaya.

Tolle Vermieter, schöne Wohnung mit Teide-Blick und Meerblick
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer steilen Straße in La Guancha. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Im Ort gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und einen Wochenend-Gemüsemarkt (Sa/So).
Bis Puerto sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten, je nach Verkehr auch länger.
Im Haus gibt es 3 Wohnungen. Oben die der Vermieter Ernesto und Chantal, ein kleines aber sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartment. Unten die große Wohnung mit Platz für 4 Leute. 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, 2 Bäder, eines Waschbecken + Toilette, eins zusätzlich mit Dusche. Hier Achtung bei der Einstellung der Düsen und beim Waschbecken den Hebel nicht zu stark aufziehen. ;-)
Das Mobiliar ist teilweise etwas älter, man muss erst mal lüften bei der Ankunft, aber es stört nicht weiter.
Alle nötigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Kaffeemaschine... einzig beim Besteck und Geschirr kann es bei 4 Leuten etwas knapp werden, man muss dann vielleicht mal häufiger spülen.
Die Couch ist etwas durchgesessen, wir haben sie aber eh kaum genutzt. Zu schön ist es draußen, wo man auch super sitzen kann und sowohl Meer als auch den Teide sehen kann. Ein Grill ist auch draußen.
Gelegentlich fällt der Strom aus, dann kann man aber selbst die Sicherung wieder hochstellen und es geht weiter.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, sie sprechen vor allem Französisch und Spanisch, können aber auch etwas Deutsch. Achtung: Englisch hilft nicht weiter, man sollte also am besten Spanisch oder Französisch beherrschen.
Die beiden waren sehr engagiert, haben uns zunächst die Wohnung und alles wichtige dazu erklärt, später sind wir mit ihnen zum Gemüsemarkt und zur Pizzeria (direkt unten beim Alteza-Supermarkt gefahren. Kann man beides sehr empfehlen.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt und wussten, dass wir bei Problemen jederzeit nach oben konnten.

La estancia en este piso en La Guancha es excepcional.
Durante nuestra estancia en la casa Ma.Gi.Ca hemos recibido un trato excelente por parte de los propietarios de la casa, son personas muy amables y que buscan ayudarte en todo lo que pueden en cuanto a la estancia y a la isla. En cuanto a la casa ha sido una estancia muy tranquila, donde se nos ha proporcionado todo lo que se ha prometido en la página ofertada,cumpliendo con creces todos los servicios ofrecidos. Las vistas que tiene la casa son espectaculares, tal y como se menciona en la página, la limpieza excelente, además está ubicada en una zona excepcional ya que tienes cerca restaurantes y comercios, y tienes acceso a todos los municipios de la isla.

Séjour merveilleux
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu chaleureux.
Tout était parfait, rien ne manquait dans la villa et surtout c'était très propre et calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont de bons conseils pour visiter l'île qui est merveilleuse. Plein de sites à voir!
Nous sommes restés une semaine mais nous n'avons pas tout vu. Donc, nous reviendrons une autre fois, c'est sûre!
A votre arrivée, Ernesto et Chantal vous accueille avec une petite surprise (mais chut.....).

A casa lontano da casa..
Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana. Da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'ospitalità dei frizzanti proprietari e' impagabile. La struttura è completa di tutto è molto accogliente. Personalmente la consiglio per chi vuole visitare l'isola è nello stesso tempo appagarsi di relax.

Einfach schön!
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Chantal und Ernesto sind sehr nett und hilfbereit. Es war unser erster Urlaub auf Teneriffa, aber ganz bestimmt nicht unser letzter. Wir kommen wieder!

La casa che cercavamo per la nostra vacanza. Conosciamo abbastanza l'isola e la sua posizione è perfetta (di fronte all'oceano e alle spalle El Teide) per raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi parte di Tenerife. Accueil exceptionnel
Le gite est idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le logement est très propre, et également très bien équipé. Le gite est bien placé car il permet d'accéder assez rapidement aux différents sites du Nord de l'île, du Teide, et est proche de Puerto de la Cruz et de l'aéroport. La vue sur le Teide est superbe, ainsi que sur la mer, même si elle est assez lointaine.
L’accueil est exceptionnel ! Merci à Chantal et Ernesto. Ils se mettent en quatre pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Bref, le séjour a été très plaisant, et nous le conseillons vivement !
