An amazing and lovely home. It was clean and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. No issue with parking and the street was nice and wide. Jacuzzi was perfect and so close to the property.
We felt like it was our home! Thanks again!

We loved this house. It was perfect for all 9 of us and it had everything that we needed for our weekend.Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was lots of kitchen supplies for us to work with and they had many games for us to play. It is also directly across from the hot tub, which was great! The host was a great communicator and made sure all my questions were answered prior to the stay. I would highly recommend!

Nice Place
Photo and description are very accurate. Great value and good size for 6-8 adults. Very well stocked (except only 2 dish towels!) and organized. Good location for quiet & privacy yet easy access to main thoroughfares. Note: no covered parking (was no problem in the summer). Lots of short flights of stairs. Stairs and a ramp to reach the front door, then 5 (albeit short) flights inside. At 8,000 ft they'll remind you if you're out of shape... The living room featured in the main photo is the 3rd level; kitchen/dining is another level up from there. Minor complaints: A bit dark, dated & worn in spots; most of the mattresses could use updating; some in our party have troublesome backs and some of the old mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Given that, we liked the place, had a great time and would recommend it.

Wonderful condo!
Our family had a great stay at this condo! Love the layout, everything we needed and more. Awesome location, close to walking trail. Fast communication with the property contact person when we had a small issue which was resolved quickly. We have stayed at many different places in Mammoth, and this is definitely one of our favorites! Will be back!

Great spot. Great time.
Awesome spot. Great amount of room for our group of 6 definitely could have fit more. Nice and warm heaters worked great. Water heater didn't work first day but after I hit the reset button in it it worked fine. Hot tub was closed cause of covid but everything else was set up perfect. Thank u! Ans hope we can return in the future.

Very responsive contacts
We were there right as Mammoth ski area shut down for Coronavirus. They were very accommodating as our ski plans changed and let us do a late checkout. Also they were responsive about the hot tub being cool and how to work the sauna, since we spent more time there because we didn’t get to ski. Had a great time anyways. Stay well everyone

Very Nice
We had a great family trip to Mammoth, and this home was perfect to accommodate our group of 10 people - four adults, four kids 7 and under, and two teenagers. We enjoyed the close proximity to Canyon Lodge and to the main village, and our kids had a blast on the large snow covered bank behind the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living room was a great place to lounge. We would stay here again.
Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay three hours past check out time during a storm when we had a broken-down vehicle. We had to wait for a tow truck and rental car, and they were gracious enough to allow us to stay warm until we were able to take care of the issue.
Warning to renters with young kids:
I was glad that there were baby gates available to block off some dangerous areas along the wood railing. Even with plastic built in to guard some of the openings, there were still some areas that were concerning with young kids (our youngest is 4).

Beautiful Home with Lots of Extras
We (3 families with little kids) had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Jeff, the owner was nice, accommodating and responsive. The house was super nice, clean, spacious and warm. We loved the fireplace, games and big, stocked kitchen. There's even a playstation with games, netflix, etc. The loft with bunk beds, games and pinball machine was a fav with the kids. The house was a quick 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge so we drove every day since the shuttle stop is a 9 minute walk and requires a transfer to get to Eagle. There is no covered parking which turned out to be fine except for one morning when we needed salt to get out of our spot.
Like other reviewers we had trouble with locking the front door.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house and renting from Jeff.

Beautiful spacious home
The home was very spacious and up to date. The beds were super comfortable. They provided everything that we needed. The location was also great. It wasn’t too busy which allowed our kids to play outside. The sauna, jacuzzi, and dumpster was across the street from our home which was very convenient. We were cooking ribs in the oven and the fire alarm went off. The owner gave me a call to see if everything was ok. He was very kind. I would definitely stay at this home again!

Clean and neat, few issues
Everything was great and accommodating. Main issue was closing the front door required using the deadbolt as there was no working door knob. This with 1 key and 10 people made for some interesting trips in and out for various reasons.

Spacious, clean, and upkept
This place was actually a bit bigger than I thought it was going to be which ended up being perfect! Slept our group of 10 very easily. 1 Large master downstairs when you walk in and two rooms up the first flight up stairs. Spacious living room w/ an airbed provided. No complaints I could think of. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you !

High-quality townhouse
We were very pleased with our stay; we would rent it again. The townhouse is well-built and quiet. It is a five-star experience. The kitchen and living areas are very user-friendly. Bedrooms are spacious and appointed with quality beds.

Amazing!!!!!
Place inside is just amazing, cozy and very cabin like. All villas are 3 stories and they give you firewood for days already for you. If you are on a little bit of a budget but want a bang for your buck, this is it. Close to many restaurants. As well as Vons, Rite Aid, and even fast food if you are on the budget.
