Sehr schön und Zentrumsnah

Das Apartment war riesig. Zwei Schlafzimmer. Es gab eine Küche und der Ausblick nach draußen war sehr schön in den Innenhof.

Absolutely not worth the price, location is good though

The location is really good, close to many sights even on foot, and the metro is close. Some really great cafes are just around the corner.

Compared to the pictures the actual flat looked somewhat different in a bad way. Just a couple noteworthy issues: only used shower gel available, not enough towels and toilet paper. Bed sheets were dirty.

Fijne mooie ruimte! Leuke binnenplaats en vriendelijk personeel

Geen normale stoel/tafel om aan te zitten. Bank is erg laag en stoelen aan het raam juist weer hoog. Niet handig voor iets minder mobiele mensen/ouderen

Muy correcto

La ubicación es muy correcta, en 20 minutos estas en el centro de la ciudad. El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, el personal muy amable y los muebles son muy nuevos y la cama cómoda. Estuvimos muy a gusto!

Faltaría un microondas o un horno para cocinar mejor.

Feeling at home in Berlin!

Besides the great room and facilities. We are impressed by how attentive and careful the staff was with us. Daniel and Federico, specially, are very efficient and polite with fluent English and Spanish which made us feel very welcome. We did have a problem with the warm water on our last day but Daniel dealt with it without any hesitation making sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

Cosy apartment, fab staff and great location!

Spacious apartment with plenty of built in storage. Quirky interior, with small kitchenette and fridge. Powerful shower and large bathroom. Plenty of plugs and lighting (particularly good in the bathroom). Staff (Daniel) couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in assisting us, even printing football tickets for us. Location is fab between two U/S Bahn with a 20 minute walk to DDR museum and similar, 20 minute walk to east side gallery and plenty of bars/pubs surrounding the area too. Would readily stay here again.

Small note, new toilet seat to our apartment would be beneficial. Outer door to apartment often left open by other residents but your main area of stay is secured by two further locked fob access doors, so no security concerns!

An sich super, gerne wieder.

Unkompliziert Check-in, zentrale Lage, vergleichbar preiswert. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Nachts war es diesmal super laut. Um 3:00 hat irgendwer gesägt (Metallsäge?). Nach paar Minuten sind ständig Leute hin und her gerannt. Fand ich nachts sehr beunruhigend... Morgens bin ich vor der Tür im Innenhof in Kotze getreten.

Comodo e tranquillo

la location è il pezzo forte di questi appartamenti, tutto è a due passi a piedi: locali, metro, supermercati e bar; non serve spostarsi più di tanto per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, il muro è a circa 40min a piedi, oppure in 5min ci si arriva in metro. davanti al residence c'è anche un pacchetto carino e tranquillo. a livello di servizi, offrono il deposito bagagli che trovo sempre una cosa molto comoda e gentile, wifi e acqua calda a parte, ci tornerei volentieri!

per quanto riguarda la location in generale, l'entrata dell'hotel è abbastanza confusionaria, sono 3 appartamenti tutti collegati tra loro e se sbagli una porta ti ritrovi nell'appartamento di fianco. per quanto riguarda la camera, purtroppo avere l'acqua calda nella doccia era un terno al lotto, nonostante fosse la prima doccia della giornata della durata di 5min. il WIFI è inesistente, nel senso che neanche riesci a collegarti.

Love Berlin and have stayed in lots of places this has been the worst for the price

Location is grate! pretty rooms

Heating very poor You can't let yourself into the building (you need to be buzzed in by reception and wait for them to come and get you) No Bins all rubbish stays in the rooms until you leave not ideal for long stays Uncomfortable bedding Not ideal for anyone who smokes (as you have to walk all the way to the front of the building to do so and buz back in :D)

Im Zimmer gab es leider Ungeziefer - Papierfische. Wir haben daraufhin ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Leider war im neuen Zimmer der Ventilator defekt und sehr laut … der Ventiltor konnte um 02.00 Uhr Morgens natürlich nicht repariert werden.

Heerlijk appartementje op top toplocatie!

De ligging is top, vlakbij verschillende metrostations. Leuk appartement met klein keukenblokje, goed koffiezetapparaat. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mocht ik ooit weer naar Berlijn gaan dan zou ik deze accomodatie zeker weer boeken.

Geen airco op de kamer. Er stond wel een ventilator maar of dat voldoende is op echt warme dagen vraag ik me af. Voor de periode dat wij er waren (eind september) was het echt meer dan prima.

Das Bad ist schon ein klein wenig „abgerockt“, geht aber noch so. Küche mit Minimalst-Austattung (1 Tafelmesser, 2 Löffel…: warum dann überhaupt eine Spülmaschine???), aber man kann weiteres an der Rezeption erbitten

Me toco el departamento 001 y estaba a la entrada del edificio por lo que cada vez que entraba o salía alguien nos despertaban los portazos y las conversaciones. Además las camas eran muy delgadas e incómodas

Great location walking distance from the very center, nice lofty building and studio. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Great value for money

The rooms are located on the ground floor inside an apartment building occupied by residents. Our room (and I think most) had a garden view. We felt safe with windows/doors wide open (anyone could enter the room from the garden) The apartment is quiet, clean, and modern-looking. The host Stefan is excellent and helpful.

Modern industrial style studios

We got the 2 "bedroom" apartment which was rally big although the layout is a bit odd. Beautiful space. Close to S-bahn that goes all the way to airport.

There were a few good eateries nearby but needed to walk 15-25 mins to get to busier areas

Superb

The hotel staff is amazing! Daniel is just a sweet man! My wife is seven months pregnant, we arrived much earlier than the check-in time to put our bags. Daniel asked us to wait and did everything for us to enter early. He upgraded us to the big apartment and we enjoyed every moment! thank you very much.

Great location, awkward arrangements, an overall poor experience

Location is excellent, U-bahn and S-bahn stations within walking distance, nearby park, lots of amenities nearby, shops, cafes, restaurants. Bathroom was well cleaned. Written communication from staff is great and quick to respond.

Access to the apartment is quite convoluted, and not very accessible, there are several single step obstacles along the way, it isn't suitable to haul heavy luggage across. The unit is situated within private apartments so house rules apply, yet people living there can be quite noisy, especially in the mornings. There is no air conditioning, only a fan is provided, still it was only possible to sleep with the windows open, and since the unit overlooks an internal courtyard, you can only choose between noise and light, or lack of fresh air and heat for the night. The apartment is of good size but furniture is worn and quite uncomfortable, especially the sofa and the bed. Bathroom fittings are not ergonomic at all. Hot water comes and goes, often at the worst of times. The kitchen unit was equipped with a single spoon only – I guess small items disappear over time but they never bothered to replace them. Staff communication and attentiveness were rather lacking, and quite unprofessional. On arrival we were promised a free cleaning which we requested in advance but only happened a day later after requesting it again. Also be warned if you check out on a Sunday, there is only a rather rude security person on site, who does not speak any English, and could not be talked to, he would just twist the keycards out of your hands and say nothing if you let him. So we left with a sour taste in the mouth, quite unwilling to return in the future.
