Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, this modern condo located in the prestigious Victoria building is steps away from the Yampa river, the free shuttle bus, many restaurants and shops.

The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and a large TV. It opens to a huge private deck with a grill, firepit, and heated tile to melt away the snow.

The sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity, with sheets and pillows stored in the master closet.

The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinets and is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, stove top; including dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. Perfect for skiers, and hikers who want to be in the heart of town. There is a heated garage and a storage area for ski equipment.

We loved staying at the Victoria location! Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. Staying downtown was so nice for all the local amenities. Shopping, restaurants and hiking trails were all a short walk away! That and having a huge balcony with a fire pit was what truly sold us. We had the best time at this SkyRun location and recommend staying here to everyone we know!

So, even with a higher-end property such as this, VRBO insists on extorting free advertising copy from customers. It would be nice to be able to separate the owner/operator of such properties from this practice by the agency.

Very clean, slight odor of sewer gas when we first got there but it went away. Enjoyed the patio, didn't use the steam shower or soaking tub. Very central, good for the summer. We did have a little trouble fitting our large pickup truck in the parking garage, but most cars should be fine.

Property is very clean and nice. We really enjoyed it. Close to everything you want to do in downtown Steamboat. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops easily from the location. The only negative thing I can say is that we were only given two wash cloths for the two of us for a week. We were however given four bath towels. When I texted them about additional wash cloths I received this reply: “We are glad you’re loving the rental unit! We stock our units enough basic supplies to get you going, but do not offer restocks. You can find anything g else you need at our local Safeway, City Market, or Walmart. We hope you are enjoying this beautiful morning!” I understand with items such as laundry detergent and paper towels, but I have never stayed anywhere that expected me to provide my own wash cloths. It wasn’t a deal breaker just unexpected.

The location is outstanding, and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. I’ll echo the comments on the soaker tub regarding the hot water and the need for a dresser or other storage but is only a slight inconvenience. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and just as described. The property management team was great about providing information before, during, and after our stay. The only negative was there wasn’t hot water to fill the beautiful bathtub. I followed the instructions to fill half way and wait for the hot water to regenerate, but it didn’t work. If you don’t want a bath, then no worries!

We came to Steamboat for both work & pleasure. This place has great views,comfy king bed,very comfortable & inviting.The only downside to the condo is the hot water heater. It takes over an hour to fill the large awesome soaking tub with hot water.It really should be upgraded.

We had a wonderful time visiting Steamboat Springs. We could not have picked a better location and place to stay. Right downtown, yet very peaceful at night. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Communication with the company was stellar!

We've been going to Steamboat for years and actually own a space at the Grand. After a day on the slopes, getting back in the car, heading downtown, & trying to find parking wasn't very appealing, so we decided to give the Victoria a try and it was perfect. Just a short walk to all of the shops and resturants and no hassle trying to park with the dedicated underground parking space provided. We'll definitely being doing this again.

This is a very nice property in a great location. However, it suffer from 2 issues, one very serious. First issue is a fairly small but important oversite: lack of a dresser/chest, or shelving in the bedroom closet to store clothing. This may seem like a small point, but having little to no space to conveniently organize and store your clothing is very annoying (especially if you have a lot of ski gear/clothing like I do). A small investment in a dresser or some basic shelving in the closet (or both) would easily solve this issue. The second issue is more serious and relates to a horrible sewage smell that emanates from the laundry closet and permeates the kitchen and living room area. Management is aware of this issue and said it was a result of "building design"...whatever that means. They recommended we use some deodorant (already on hand in the laundry closet) to help with the smell. This did help mask the smell for a few hours, but invariably the smell would come back. As a result, I would not stay at this property again unless the smell issue is corrected. In summary, I'm lower 1 star for lack of shelving/drawers and 2 more stars for the horrible smell...and sadly have to give this lovely property only 2 stars.

The location was perfect for us, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and a ski location without the prices of a resort. Home was great, clean and comfortable. I would easily recommend this property to others. We plan to come back soon.

We traveled to Steamboat in late January and had a last minute cancellation and scrambled to find a place. We happened upon this rental and made last minute plans to stay at The Victoria. The unit far exceeded expectations; high build quality, spacious, and a lovely outdoor patio with a fire pit and Mountain Views. The parking was below the building and temperature controlled. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Ill definitely be booking this unit again when Im steamboat!!

What a beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay and were always steps away from great restaurants, breweries and shopping in downtown. The condo was beautiful, clean and much better stocked than most properties. Also great bonus was the nice steam shower. We will definitely stay here again! Management company was very responsive and check in process was a breeze.

This property surpassed our expectations. Beautifully appointed, just as photos suggest. Very spacious for a one-bedroom. Perfect location for us since we needed to be in town. Totally walkable with shops and restaurants galore nearby. A short block from the bike trail. Yet quiet and private inside. (Generally well stocked, only no coffee pot filters provided. An oversight, perhaps?) We will come back.

This was a great space to stay in. It was very clean/spacious and lived up to the pictures and description. We really loved the location within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants and shops as well as within walking distance to a shuttle stop to take us to the Steamboat skiing resort. Just a note for the owner, the hot water heater made some very loud, clunky noises from time to time that caught us off guard that someone might want to look into.

The condo is in a perfect location and is walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants and shops! There’s a park district ski slope behind the building (Howelsen Hill) that is great for a beginner skier and is significantly cheaper then the Steamboat Ski resort. They even have a few black diamond slopes and they are open late! I highly recommend staying at this condo, it’s large enough for a family of 4 and it’s clean. The property owners are very quick to respond in the event you have questions or need help. We loved our time in Steamboat and we can’t wait to return next season!

Me and my now husband stayed here during our wedding as we wanted a central location to walk to everything. The property was the perfect size and we loved the fireplaces. We found it a bit odd that there wasn’t a dresser or any drawers in the bedroom to unpack your bags (only a large closet with hanging space) so we had to keep all of our clothes for 5 days in our suitcases. Not a huge deal, but I the closest was big enough that I feel that they should add some drawer space for guests. The overall building is a bit weird too and there were people wandering the parking garage and hallways late at night which made me feel uneasy- but the condo itself was nice and I would consider staying again!
