This place is AMAZING!
Yes, it does take some time to drive there and it is bumpy but what a beautiful drive it is and so worth it.
You will be far from the tourist madness, deconnected from the world in a dreamy place. The views are breathtaking, the staff is so nice and caring, the glamping pods have plugs, are super comfy and clean (like seriously, I have no idea how they manage to clean the sand away so well, it was so clean). You fall asleep with the waves and wake up with the birds singing. The food was very fresh and delicious, especially their agua frescas.
Of course do not expect super high pressure showers etc. It is remote and still a glamping, not a hotel.
But do go, and stay 2-3 nights, we regretted only having one.

Obiekt polozony bezposrednio nad morzem i panował fajny vibe. Obsludze nalezą się szczegolne podziękowania.

Przepiękna miejscówka na odcięcie się od świata. Totalnie rozwaliło nas to miejsce jeśli chodzi o urodę. Wokół hamaki, leżaki, miejsca.do siedzenia.
Namiot wygodny, choć troszkę w nocy zmarzlismy bo padało. Przydały by się dodatkowe koce.
Bardzo ładnie pachnące kosmetyki.
Pod jednym prysznicem ciepła woda
Drugi raczej na spłukanie się po kąpieli w oceanie.
Toalety czyste
Jedzenie w barze dobre- choć nieco drogie.

A beautiful place to go and rest.
It is isolated and beautiful (which means it is hard to get to)

A little piece of paradise
Unfortunately a good 2.5h car drive to get there (for 43 km) from Tulum because of the bumpy dust road winding through the nature reserve. We went there in July and couldn’t enter the water because of the tons of seaweed they have. Might be worth going in winter time but not during summer.

Could be a little paradise and would go back if there was changes in the property maintenance and better wi-fi.
We all know sargassum is a problem in the Mexican Riviera, but to leave it accumulate for days on the beach until the tides and wind takes it away is not the best for your guests. The property could use some maintenance on a daily basis lots of work to be done on the upkeep, All the staff was extremely friendly but it they were my employees, instead of spending there days surfing the web, I would have them doing maintenance that is needed. The guest wifi service was poor, I had a hard time connecting to download messages and email and could not understand that the employees could download and listen to video didn't make any sense at all.

Incredible location. Just lovely access to the beach, water, hammocks, tables, etc. I also liked my glamping tent. Is was the perfect size. And the outdoor bathroom and shower facilities were great too. The food was fine and sometimes good, and the staff helpful.
My tent was close to the restaurant, so I was awakened to music every morning at 8 a.m. and in the evening it went until at least 10:00. Unfortunately, the evening music choice was club music, so not all the vibe I was looking for when paying for the experience to be away from people, sleep on the beach, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. This was by far the worst aspect of my stay. Also, rowdy people at the restaurant partied until past three a.m. one night.

Egg and sausage breakfast was good.
Shower facilities were only adequate.

Wow what didn't we like!! THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN.
This place was absolutely amazing. The glamping pods on the beach were incredible, sunrise and moonrise were so special. The food was delightful, reasonably priced. We got obsessed with the cocktails... Best pina colada we have ever had. The service couldn't have been better. Lots of food options in the town open during the day. The boat tour that was organised was fantastic - we saw turtles and dolphins - def recommend.
We were soooooo sad to leave.
Really there was nothing to be complained about here !!!
Only small thing that was slightly annoying was the facilities - low water pressure in the shower and perhaps a few water issues they had but nothing was their fault.
Another flag and this isnt to do with the hotel at all, but the journey from the gates to the reserve to the hotel was mental. We had read reviews but didnt believe it could be as bad as it said... 3 hours straight from the reserve entrance of 10mph pot holes. We did this in a normal small car. We heard that you can actually leave your car in Tulum and get a boat there .. i would 100% recommend this if you can.

The mold in our tent.

Secluded property right on the beach a short walk from Punta Allen
there were tents everywhere, and you had to navigate around the stakes and lines to get around the property. the bathroom facilities were extremely rustic and not kept very clean.

This place is a bit of Paradise!
As they say: "Difficult roads often lead to pretty places" :) (30km - 3 hours - horrible road)

Excellent location far away from the busy streets of Cancún for absolut relaxation in a tropical paradise. Drinking a mojito during the rise of the full moon over the ocean after sunset is a dramatic and truely magical experience (if you happen to be there at the right time) and the night sky is spectacular. The breakfast and lunch/dinner at the hotel bar as well as in the local restaurants in the nearby fishing village is excellent. If you like dogs, there are a few in the village that might follow you to the hotel area if you interact with them (they are well socialised and have a home and are healthy). They are very friendly and playful and might accompany you on a hike up the beach or to the lighthouse. The locals are friendly and help you out in case you don't find the path to the lighthouse that you can reach by foot or by renting some bikes in the hotel. The hotel has 24/7 electricity using a generator that you don't hear around the cabanas and tents and only very faint as the ocean and the wind through the palms is creating a calming natural noise that also makes you sleep well. Wifi is surprisingly fast and available in the reception area. The mattresses in the cabana we stayed in are very comfy and the cabana itself is rather luxurious (wide bed, mosquito nets everywhere, mostly natural building materials, the water in the shower comes out of a conch) given that it is a far away location. There is a barrier reef in the bay which you can reach with one of the locals' tour boats. You might also spot some dolphins and tortugas on the way around the mangrove-lined coastline.
I do not have anything to complain about. There is however a visible hint of the global trash problem which you will experience first hand when exploring the shorelines of the peninsula which are covered in plastic trash. The water itself is very clean though so you can swim and the hotel cleans its own beachfront and does so very thoroughly. Please support their efforts in preserving the pristine nature by not bringing any waste to the national park in the first place and taking everything with you when you leave. They also gladly offer you some garbage bags in case you wanna help :).

We stayed in a bell tent on the beach. Pretty basic as you'd expect, but wow, what a place. Such a wonderfully relaxed vibe, plenty of space on the beach to chill. Good food, excellent smoothies and very helpful staff. They helped us arrange the boat tour that most people go on. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing beach front location with beautiful sunset and sunrise. Staff is super friendly. Room was clean and good price/value. The drive from Tulum to get to the hotel will take approximately 2 hours but is definitely worth it. The town is very close (to buy food and drinks). I would recommend to do a boat tour to see dolphins and turtles :)
