We had a great time and if we come back to Hanoi, we’d repeat for sure

Location was perfect. Very centric but still, in a quiet street which is very much appreciated for a good rest at night. Staff were very very friendly and helpful all the time. On our arrival they explained everything with many detail (which not always happens), had the room ready with the AC on (which not always happens either) and got a free upgrade without asking. They also helped us book our train a Sapa and make sure we got there right. Breakfast had many options, Vietnamese and non Vietnamese, and was delicious. We used the laundry service and it was very fast and we also enjoyed a massage.

Great staff and accommodation.

The best part was the friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They worked well as a team and tried their best to accede to requests. An excellent and professional staff!

The road outside the hotel is very busy and sometimes it’s difficult to cross the road. But this is true for most roads in Hanoi.

An exceptional hotel in the centre of Hanoi

The Acoustic is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was flawlessly clean, had fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful, accommodating and polite, and who all spoke very good English. The room was large and immaculately presented, with an extremely comfortable bed and superb en-suite. The restaurant was excellent, fantastic food quality at a good price, well presented and with awesome views over the city - something the roof top bar can also boast! The breakfast was great, with lots of choice. My only disappointment is that we could only stay for one night.

Wonderful and lovely hotel

The staff is very friendly and marvelous. I could have upgraded room and reception lady took me the room to check it. This is the 1st time for me with such kind service. If I stay in Hanoi in near future, I like to stay this hotel. Also breakfast was delicious.

Air conditioning system is a little poor.

Lovely property and staff! Great location for shopping and food options! We love our stay and the welcoming fruits and bed decorations for my birthday trip celebration! We enjoy the breakfast on the 11th floor with many options! Especially the omelets. Interesting style! Thank you for your hospitality we definitely be back for our next visit to Hanoi!

Two nights in Hanoi

Great location near the famous train street, comfortable beds and pillows.

The rooms are not as big as they look on pictures. Our deluxe with King size bed barely allowed us any space to have two suitcases opened at the same time. Also the breakfast area is very small and you might have to wait for a table.

The staff was nice and helpful.

We had the feeling the hotel had lived for a while as some of the details were showing signs of wear and tear: shower mat was stained, towel hook wasn’t fixed properly on the door, slippers were old etc etc

Unbedingt einplanen!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Hotel während unserer Reise und liebten es jedes Mal zurückzukommen. Das Personal war extrem bemüht, freundlich, engagiert. Die Lage ist ideal im Old Quarter. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade zu einer Junior Suite bekommen und waren sehr happy und dankbar. Das Personal hat sich nach unserer erneuten Rückkehr an uns erinnert und auch sehr gefreut uns wieder zu sehen. Wir haben zum Abschied sogar ein Geschenk (Kaffee) erhalten. Insgesamt bester Service während unserer gesamten 4-wöchigen Reise

didnt want to leave and cant wait to come back, staff deserve all the praise in the world

staff were exceptional, so helpful for my dad when he arrived on his own for his first day in hanoi from london, nothing was too much trouble for them! they were constantly offering us umbrellas if we went out walking, or offering to sort a taxi for us if we said we were going further afield, they were happy to offer any assistance! really personable and remembered us too which is always obviously so appreciated:) in terms of the hotel itself its perfectly located between hoan kiem lake with the cafes, markets, shopping, and the museums like hao lo prison and the war museum. the beds were sO comfortable and the rooms have been previously reviewed as too small but honestly we had a twin room and it was the perfect size for us! rooftop bar with great views really topped it off! honestly we were actually so sad to leave!!

Beautiful stay, close to everything you need and just what’s you need to spend some time after a long trip

Omg. The staff is so nice 😊 and the hotel is exceptional in everything. Very luxurious and comfortable and also o stayed In the deluxe suite which was so beautiful. 10 stars 🌟 for everyone working in there, 10 stars for reception girls who are very nice and friendly and 10 stars for the restaurant. I will be back for sure.

The best staff you could ever ask for, highly recommended for everyone to stay here

The staff at this place is INCREDIBLE I was amazed how well they take care of their guests - they helped us to organise all our travels, transportation, and made us feel so welcome every single day. We are traveling with a 9 month old baby, and the reception even helped us to make him baby friendly meals and booked a doctor when our son was sick. We are so thankful for all the help and guidance, definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you want to feel like at home. (Also location and breakfast are good 😁)

Welcoming helpful and very nice staff. Our room with balcony was clean and spacious. Attention to details and our requests from the personal. Great location close to attractions and good restaurants. Good breakfast with a great mix of different options. Nice roof terrass. Can warmly recommend Acoustic Hotel. Affordable, good value for the money. Will come back.

Super nice staff, room was better than expected.

The staff upgraded me to a new room (i think the first time it was used) located in their new tower at no additional cost. The staff were helpful in getting me a ride to the airport and answering questions like, "where is the best sushi restaurant in Hanoi?"

小さな点を改善すれば、もっと良くなるホテル

総じて良かったと思います。ホアンキエム湖から少し離れているので、喧騒感はなく静かです。スタッフもフレンドリーで対応して頂きました。近くに有名なチョコレート屋があるので、歩いて行ける。

日本のホテル水準を望むのは難しいのですが、枕の種類が少なく僕に合う枕が無かったです。少し高さが高すぎたし、更に低反発タイプだったので、合いませんでした。朝食は普通ですが、他のホテルに比べて少し種類が少ない気がしました。

Personnel charmant - literie au top

L’accueil, le personnel adorable et très attentif , qui organise tout pour nous simplifier le séjour. Personnel délicat et près à rendre service . La literie, la décoration du hall, le restaurant tout en haut.

Rien . Il est vrai que l’on entend un peu sur le palier les voisins si ils sont devant la porte . Mais le soir tout le monde respecte le voisinage. On dort très bien.

Sehr entspannt

Sehr gute Lage. Bis zum See sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. An Essenslokale fehlte es nicht in der Umgebung. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und haben uns immer gegrüßt.

Unsere Zimmerseite war früh immer sehr laut durch die städtische Nachrichtensage über Lautsprecher. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster war es laut.

Für den Zweck den gesamten Tag durch Hanoi zu laufen war der Aufenthalt ideal.

Lage super, direkt an der Altstadt. man ist in 15min am See Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man zur Straße heraus schläft, dann wird man morgens von den Lautsprechern der Regierung geweckt. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns aber den Wechsel auf die Rückseite des Hotels gewährt, dort war es ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Gym / Fitness ist eher eine Abstellkammer, man kann etwas Sport machen, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Bar oben auf dem Dach ist etwas lieblos. Frühstück war ok, es wird nicht so wirklich nachgefüllt und das Personal ist sehr darauf bedacht pünktlich um 10.30 Uhr jeglichen Service einzustellen.

Conveniently situated with welcoming and friendly staff.

The Acoustic Hotel and Spa staff are amazing! So eager to ensure your stay is pleasant and hassle free. We stayed in an Executive Suite and the bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet. This hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to restaurants, bars, night markets and most popular attractions. Every time we returned to the hotel we were greeted by a friendly staff member opening the lobby door for us, nothing was too much trouble.

Delightful accommodation in the Old Quarter - fantastic vibe and centrally located!!

Acoustic Hotel has an excellent location - walking distance to the Old Quarter, Train Street, NGOC Sun Temple and the amazing cafes and other attractions. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished and has a warm, inviting and classy vibe. The buffet breakfast is amazing and the wide selection of local and western options to choose from. But most of all, and above everything else, is the staff. They are professional, warm, knowledgeable, very polite and willing to help - booking tours, recommending places to eat, sights to see and extremely . It was a pleasure staying at Acoustic!! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi 👍

Hotel centrale ed elegante. Staff eccezionale

Hotel elegante in pieno centro storico, camere moderne e spaziose, ottima colazione a buffet (orario 6:30-10:00). Staff SUPER, estremamente cordiale e sorridente. Mi hanno accolto con drink di benvenuto e stuzzichini e cambiato euro in Dong. Sky Bar all'ultimo piano con terrazza panoramica per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la caotica Hanoi. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend

Very good location, staff is professional, so helpful and nice. They speak very good English! It is very hard to find a good accommodation in Hanoi even if the pictures and rating is good (trust me, I learned it the hard way), but acoustic is the way to go. Bed is very comfortable. Water is provided everyday.

Definitely would be more comfortable if part of the breakfast wasn’t with table service. I know you want to do good, but if I already take some of the food and get to my table then my food either gets cold or I already finish and then I wait for the eggs to arrive. Once I even didn’t get to order, because there was so many people. Live queue would make much more sense. Also - it’s not really nice to beg for a 10 point review, not when I’m there and also not through email. That is one of the reasons I didn’t give you 10 points. I give you fair reviews based on my experience, which was overall very nice.

It was central to everything

The architecture of the lobby and the rooms captured my gaze. The staff were extremely friendly and shared recommendations for restaurants, tours and tips on how to cross the road in Vietnam. Having staff members that were warm really makes a difference on a solo trip,

I didn’t have any faults with the hotel. However, I did notice that it’s not accessible friendly. I feel that if they changed that, it would be more inclusive.
