Our place has Great views, located in a very quiet neighborhood less than a min to the Beach, 7 min walking to Beachmont Blue line T station, 7 min from the Airport and 15 min to Boston. Lot of pizzeria/sandwich places close by with a delivery option. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers it has 2 Bedrooms, the first one has Queen Bed and second one has 2 twin beds. We will make sure that your stay will be as comfortable as we can.

We had a great time and felt at home. The location was close to the beach, the subway and the airport. It was very nice to find food in the fridge when we arrived.

We were visiting Boston for our anniversary and the hosts were kind enough to leave a cake and wine for us along with everything needed for breakfast. Very thoughtful! Only negative was the airplane noise was quite loud.

Lou is a fantastic host. He was always available to answer question. He refilled the fridge and tye eggs of his own chickens were very fresh.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. Our host, Lou was amazing. He even picked us up from the airport as we didn’t have a rental. The home was spotless and as prescribed a very short walk to the metro. He even left us some small food for the week and the cake was amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and great views this home is for you. Thanks again Lou.

We stayed here for our girls trip. We loved everything about it. It was soooo clean, came into a stocked fridge with eggs and fruit amongst a ton of other things. A perfect get way for the three of us. Lou, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have a beautiful home and family. We will be back.

Property was great. Easy close access to Blue line and some nature trails and parks. Home was cute, clean and deck was amazing. Host stocked frig with fresh eggs from their chickens and juice, fruit, yogurt etc. which was a pleasant surprise. Host was friendly and helpful.

Me and my friends were on a cross country trip of the North East and this was a great stop for us wanting to see Boston. We utilized the T every day and it was quick walk to the station. We appreciated the stocked fridge and the welcoming hosts. Great place to stay and would stay again if I was in the area!

The location was great as a base during my daughter’s graduation from Northeastern. The refrigerator and cupboards were generously stocked with conveniences which was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host Ikram was clear and responsive. Overall a great stay and I’ll definitely be back for my Son’s graduation from MIT. Looking forward to it! Thank you!

Lou & Ikram our hosts, were just wonderful! They were so accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with necessities, and there was a bowl of fresh fruit on the table when we arrived! The view of the ocean from the deck was an added pleasure. Would definitely stay here again! Michele L.

We had a great experience, the hosts are amazing. First, we were coming off a cruise at 9 am in the morning and they let us come in early so we didn’t have to wander around with our suitcases. Then we saw how well stocked the unit was, water, coffee, tea, sugar, utensils, fresh eggs, butter, juice and on and on. And when we didn’t know how to use coffeemaker, Lou came and showed us and then showed us how to use espresso machine. Great hosts, well supplied, good Location for T. Five star experience!!

This was the best vrbo I have ever experienced. The host was easy to communicate with, and our stay could not have been more comfortable. Great location. We visited boston, Salem/rockport, southern Maine, and concord during our short 4 day stay. It was so nice to come back to Lou’s place and have parking and an apartment that truly felt like home. It was stocked with everything you could need, including some staple foods, which was greatly appreciated on our first night. We didn’t pick up dinner, but Lou had stuff to make pasta! Perfect. Very clean. Even had washer and dryer in unit. Beautiful place!! Would definitely recommend

It was so quiet here and we loved our stay! Thanks for all the breakfast items, it made our stay much easier as we came in very late. We loved the Boston area and the Redsox Game. Fenway Park was amazing and we will for sure come back to this beautiful city. The Freedom Trail was on our bucket list and it was great. People like you is what makes us love to book through VRBO. Our family enjoyed our stay while exploring Boston. Very clean and 10 minute walk to the T stop. Enjoyed sitting on deck and looking at the ocean. Lou and Ikram are gracious hosts. We hope to return to stay in the next few years.

Apartment was super clean, loaded with tons of extras, including eggs, milk, bread, coffee, and even wine, beer, and a pint of Ben and Jerry's! Very close to the airport, and watching the passing ships in the ocean was a very nice feature. The host was very attentive when needed. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

A really special place

A really special place

We stayed at Ikram’s place for a few days to be near the beach and have a mini vacation. The location is so convenient from Boston, easily accessible by both driving and the T if you prefer. Revere beach is just a 15 minute walk and there is a great playground down the street if you come with kids. Lou and Ikram are fantastic hosts, they were so welcoming and their home is beautiful. They were so sweet to my toddler and even brought us a gate for the stairs. There were fresh eggs in the fridge from their chickens and lots of fresh fruit and coffee in the kitchen. Lou also shared his home grown pears with us and ghee were delicious! I cannot imagine people more suited to hosting than Lou and Ikram.

This rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Lou was a generous host and even supplied a few groceries, including fresh eggs, until you were able to get more. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for a family of 4. While it was close to everything it is city driving so it did take at least 25 min to get anywhere unless you took advantage of the train system which was a short walk away from the apartment which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was unlike any place I’ve rented. Lou and Ikram are extraordinarily kind people and are gracious and thoughtful hosts. Their home was the perfect jump off for all our exploring if the Boston/New England area and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. Definitely the best rental experience! I will be back!!

The property was a perfect location for my sister and I to experience the Boston area. Every morning we had coffee on the deck enjoying the ocean views. The property Hosts treated us like family. Upon arrival the kitchen was well stocked with food and fresh produce. The beds were unbelievably comfortable which we so appreciated for our ten day stay and many weary nights from sightseeing day trips. The property was very clean, quiet and safe. We were so comfortable here! The property is easy to access from public transportation. It was less than 10 minutes to the T that takes you to Boston, and right around the corner from a bus stop. (We didn't have a car and got along fine.) We walked to the beach every night after eating dinner on the porch with that amazing view. Lou and his family are amazing hosts! We've never had better! I love that the staples are there in case you get in late and have to improvise for breakfast. My husband loved making espresso in the morning with the cool espresso maker. Two tips for future guests: 1. If you're going into Boston for more than one day, just get the one week unlimited pass on the T. 2. There is a ton of light in the unit, so if you like a dark room when you're sleeping, bring an eye mask.
