About this cottage rental
We had been in the business for the past 5 years and meet a lots wonderful people around the world. We just renovated and added 2 picture windows, updated kitchen, updated master bedroom with ocean view, and fresh paint. The water filter through out the entire house and refreshed linens, towels, kitchen supplied. (We’re sorry no early check-in) no annoying chores.
We just Renovated our Pier House, We have decided to add a huge picture window, but will double the ocean view in the upstairs bedroom and do the same thing for the downstairs bedroom. We are re-carpeting and installing granite in the kitchen. We are also eliminating a necessary walk-in closet and creating more living space in the upstairs bedroom. We will be a living room upstairs and a bedroom suite with master bath and Jacuzzi, also repaint the entire units. These plans have been years in the making, and we feel are important to do to reward our guests. We have been very successful due to all of you!

This house is absolutely amazing. Perfect location, gorgeous views lovely neighbors that are very helpful on places to go and places to eat.
We will most certainly be returning to this lovely home and quaint little town of Revere.

Stayed here for a few days in August. The photos show the cottage well (think quirky cottage, vs. a fancy beach house.) It is kind of a duplex with another cottage, but we never heard the neighbors. Cottage was very clean and well stocked. For the first floor two rooms, you have to walk through one room to get to the other. Our young adult sons were in those rooms, so that didn't bother them. The upstairs is kind of one big area with a bed, bathroom, living room area and some couches and the door to the outdoor patio. Beach is near, but the cottage isn't right at the water's edge. The cottage is tucked in close with a bunch of other small homes. Two train stations within pretty easy walking distance (although I'm not sure I'd want to walk it in freezing cold/rain). Not much shopping/eating within walking distance. Communication was good and the owners did us a nice favor by sending something back to us that we left there. That was very much appreciated.

Quiet, great view, and easily accessible to the transit system.

The house was very clean and was a comfortable stay for my family of 5. The back second floor patio has a nice view of the water and a nice place to have coffee. The location is within a 10 min walk to the blue line train to Boston's tourist attractons, such as the Aquarium, Duckboat tours and Freedom trail. I would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

We loved our stay! The house perfect for our family of 5 and was a short walk to the beach as well as the Blue Line. We loved exploring the area and got so lucky the sand castle competition was taking place during our stay!

Good location! Took the subway to Boston. Close to Salem (my favorite!) the beach is walkable we were there for the sandcastle festival (very cool!). The house was clean. Nice view of the water! I would recommend this property.

The house is large and well-equipped with many amenities. We were visiting several places, from Salem to Providence, and wanted a house outside of Boston proper; this fit the bill.

We had an absolute great trip to the area during 4th of July week.
My mom (82) has always wanted to return to Boston since she was there in college so we decided to make it happen this year. We enjoyed a lot of things in Boston and Salem and just had a great trip. One of the highlights was the house we stayed in, it was very cozy and clean, had a great view and we were really able to relax there in the evenings after busy days in town. Highly recommended and the host was always available when we had a question. Looking for a great place to stay around the Boston area…stay here!

This vacation rental was perfect for week-long trip to Boston with a family of 5. Everyone had a place to unwind after each daily excursion into Boston, and the view from the deck made for a great setting for meals. We also enjoyed how close the rental was to Revere beach. The property owners were very accommodating. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Boston.

Wonderful house on the water with super responsive and kind hosts.
We used public transport our entire visit (you can purchase Charlie cards at the airport – unlimited use of all trains, buses, ferries, etc.) The walk along the beach from the Revere Beach station is amazing and we had fun deciding which nearby restaurants to choose from (they were all great.)
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Charming place. Everything you could possibly need. Especially love the upstairs space. Worth it for the vibes and views from the beautiful deck alone. Couldn’t have been a better spot for our adventures in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hBNB and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay.
The location of the BNB is simply fantastic. Tucked away in a serene neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet it's conveniently close to Boston
I can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore the area, this place exceeds expectations in every way.

The accommodation is situated in a beautiful area near the beach. You have a direct view of the coast. The location is perfect if you travel by car or by public transport like me. You are in the center of Boston within 15 minutes from the station Beachmont.
In the house you find everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. You find all things you need for cooking, baking and more. You have two bathrooms, one downstairs ad one upstairs. One sleeping room downstairs and the sleeping room upstairs have a gorgeous view of the beach.
The owners of the accommodation live next door and are just lovely. If you have any questions or need recommendations, they will help you. They answers very quickly which makes communication so easy. I can highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Our stay at this beautiful coastal property was an absolute delight. The owner's availability and helpfulness stood out, making every aspect of our experience seamless, from gaining access to the property to settling in.
The accommodations were superb and the home exuded comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our family. This has been, without a doubt, the best vacation stay for us so far.
What truly set this trip apart was the deck overlooking the ocean. It provided an idyllic setting that made our stay incredibly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a truly exceptional coastal getaway. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay here! Was a bit tight with 6 adults, but we made it work. It’s a nice walk down the beach in the evening, and the view from the back deck is great! Convenient to 2 train stations, so getting into Boston was a breeze.

Even though the weather was not the best. This location has a nice view of the beach. We really enjoyed the stay. Only issue is the location is in the flight path to the airport.

We had a wonderful time at this residence. It was perfectly located right outside of Boston. Very clean.
Loved the view from the balcony. The host was so kind and offered a ton of recommendations for places to see. Will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Boston.

This gem completed our vacation to Boston. It provided the private, quiet mornings and nights we craved after full days in the city. Perfect location, gorgeous view, great vibe, clean, nice neighbors. And nice, unexpected touches, such as games we played as a family. We didn’t expect to use the hot tub, but got plenty of time in because the nights were on the cool side. I’d recommend to anyone, but especially couples and families.

My girlfriend’s and I stayed here for a getaway and were very happy with the property. We were comfortable, had plenty of room, and made good use of the upstairs lounge area for movies and cards. Easily accessible to the T (I recommend the Revere Beach station) to get to Boston for everything.
The property manager was great to work with. And his daughter (? I think ?) who was next door was very helpful. She even got me a special gift as I was celebrating my birthday - so thoughtful and totally unexpected!

We decided last minute for a quick mid week getaway to experience Boston with the kids. We found this property and felt it was ideal to suit our needs. Plenty of room. Write up and reviews were pretty accurate. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The owner was super accommodating. Only downfall is the area was so secluded that we werent many local options for early morning eats at other than a local airport diner. Would recommend.
10.0 / 10.0
The property is what we envisioned for Boston... it gave us the feel for sure, and that is what we wanted most. My daughter had one request.. a hot tub.. and this one had one. We turned on the hot water and it ran to about 5 inches of water and then an unbelievable siren or sorts went off scaring the bejeezus out of us. We figured out that it must have been something related to the hot water tank or boiler or steamer or something but then we were afraid to fill the tub so we did not get to use the hot tub at all and that was disappointing. There were some beers in the fridge but it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge to choose from. Other than those two issues.. the house is great and comfy, the scenery is beautiful, the Uber price wasn't bad. The house was perfect for us so we rate 9 out of 10! We would stay here again!

I loved the set-up with the more private room upstairs with the deck overlooking the water! Everything was clean and basic necessities were provided. If you aren’t a fan of airplanes this might not be the place for you,I enjoyed watching them from the deck. Salem and Boston are a short drive away. I would definitely recommend and am hoping to come back!
