Hartwood Cottage is the ultimate mid-terrace house situated in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The property is set over three floors. It has three bedrooms: one first floor double, one first floor bunk, one second floor double with TV and a second floor family bathroom. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting room. There is roadside parking available for one car. Hartwood Cottage is the perfect property for exploring North Yorkshire. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.The property is over 100 years old and may not be suitable for people with mobility or accessibility issues
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, a small selection of books and games and WiFi. Travel cot and highchair. Scratch card for roadside parking for 1 car opposite property and in surrounding streets (1st come, 1st served basis). Private patio area with table and chairs. One dog is welcome, however, if you would like to bring a second dog, please contact us first. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Due to the age of the property, it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
