About this house rental
Large deck on two sides with BBQ. The house is approximately 1500 square feet and sits on a 1/2 acre plot with plenty of parking. Included in the rental are all the amenities of home, dishwasher, washer/dryer, BBQ. All linen needed including towels and beach towels. The house also has lots of board games, movies and books to help you relax on your vacation.
The front and back yards are large enough to accommodate a boat trailer with a 360 degree drive.
The house is just off State Road, so no dirt roads to navigate. One mile south from Chilmark village and Chilmark Chocolates. Rental of house entitles tenant to purchase drive-on beach pass for Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches. A beautiful 10 minute drive to Aquinnah Cliffs and lighthouse, Philbin and Lobsterville beaches.Serviced by the Vineyard Transport Authority you don't have to drive if you don't want to.
A 15 minute walk to Menemsha through the woods(on sand roads), this house is perfectly located for all your vacation needs.
Due to popular demand we are going to continue our Monday to Monday booking. This gives our guests a full weekend on the Vineyard and reduces the stress of Cape traffic. Also ferry travel is not as busy on Mondays.
