First, just like the title say, the view is crazy folks. They aren't lieing when they say to have your camera ready, my wife and I took so many pictures of the Seattle cityscape that we hadly took any that included the two of us. The rooms are spacious enough to have a group of 4 but still perfect for 2. The proximity to the ferry made it a no brainer for us since it drops you of right at pier 50 downtown.

Amazing view!!! Condo very clean and sufficiently equipped. Beds comfortable. Only complaint would be it would be nice to have screens on the windows. Got a little hot

Excellent location with a spectacular view; quiet neighborhood overlooking Elliot Bay; easy-to-find off-street parking, and plenty of amenities within walking distance, including the water taxi to downtown. Totally agree with the top rating for this location and the experience. Highly recommend. It’s a perfect location to use as a base of operations while visiting the area.

Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Nicely decorated with everything you need. The king size bed is very comfortable. A glass of wine on the front porch while gazing at the Seattle skyline is perfect. Enjoyed our stay so much!

We had a very enjoyable time during our stay in Seattle. Roger makes himself very accessible and answers all inquiries promptly. The property is very nice with beautiful views of the harbour and the Seattle city skyline. My only wish would be air conditioning. We arrived during a heat wave and the bedroom was very warm. I would highly recommend this property.

Did not want to leave this place. It was clean, affordable, well-furnished and close to the beach. We felt very safe in this area.
We will hopefully stay here on our next trip to Seattle.

This place is definitely a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful home with wonderful views of Downtown Seattle! Great quiet neighborhood that is close to many restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Alki Beach and the water taxi to downtown Seattle. House is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Will definitely be back to stay here!!

Excellent place with outstanding views of the city and ships in the sound. Strongly recommended.

We loved our stay at this property. The view is better than in the photos, and you can even see it while laying in the comfortable beds. The radiant heat floors kept the rooms comfortable even though the nights were in the 30s.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk to the water taxi is about 20 minutes but is on a steep hill.
We are already thinking about our next trip to Seattle and we know exactly where we want to stay!

I almost don’t want to write a good review to keep this place a secret.
This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful location, and a great host. The apartment was perfect for a short stay. My family loved the view and it was very comfortable. Easy access to the south west Seattle ferry that takes you to downtown.

The neighborhood was lovely for walking around, and the view of Seattle was all that it was promised to be. We had a comfortable stay. The property is very quiet, well kept and modern.
The living room area was a little small and there wasn’t much comfortable seating, so we wound up, not using it much. A lamp would help for readers.
We appreciated the very comfortable beds and bathroom . The kitchen needs a few more cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. The owner seems perfectly nice.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Firstly Roger is a gracious host and so helpful. The apartment is stunning and has a view of the Seattle skyline. It is a 15 minute drive to the city and we did that every day with no problem. Seattle is an easy city to drive in and we parked in the city every day as well. Super experience. There the market parking garage another garage on the corner of Seneca near Post Alley Pizza as well as a garage near the space needle.
The neighborhood is white collar, quiet and very safe. Also it was nice to be able to drive ourselves everywhere so we could go and come as we please. We parked right in front of the apartment every day no problem. Also you get the added bonus of the gorgeous Alki Beach town just minutes from the apartment.
The furnishings are modern with an urban twist and very comfortable. Full kitchen washer dryer everything you need to have a wonderful and comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this location and Roger is a five star host!

The views were as pictured, which was one of the main reason we booked the property. It was very nice having some basic items supplied for us, especially after a long day of traveling and changing time zones. Stores and restaurants are nearby. We'd definitely stay at this rental again if we return to the area.

We spent 2 nights here before departing on a cruise to Alaska. This rental is fabulous! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the VIEW!!! In fact, my teenager asked if we could cancel our cruise and just stay here for a week. Thank you, Roger!

The apartment is in a wonderful location and has a gorgeous view of the city. Street parking was easy, the neighborhood was beautiful, safe and quiet. It’s a short downhill walk to the West Seattle water taxi and a quick ride back on the free neighborhood shuttle. The unit itself is well cared for. There is no A/C (which is typical for Seattle) so we used the fans and opened the windows. There are no screens so we did have deal with mosquitoes. Also the fans were quite dusty and we had to brush them off. The reason we took one star off was cleanliness. The Keurig coffee maker water reservoir was dirty. It had brown residue clinging to the inside of the reservoir. I did not call the owner because it seemed ridiculous to ask him to send someone to clean it. Also there was mildew in the front load washer. I realize that in a rental unit that visitors may not know the door needs to be propped open to prevent this. Overall the unit was very nice and the location cannot be beat. We did enjoy our stay.

This stay was absolutely amazing. Such a nice change of pace from the busy life of southern California. It was very easy to get across to downtown, and west Seattle itself had some great treasures hidden amongst the beautiful residential streets.
The local market was top notch and has everything you could possibly need, and is also open late. The view was unreal and you truly get perhaps the best possible view of the city to wake up to and fall asleep with. Can’t recommend this stay enough, very blessed to have had the experience.

The amazing view is as advertised. You see the entire Seattle skyline unobstructed. Also proximity to water taxi makes it possible to go downtown without driving. Highly recommended!

Other than some problems getting the TV up and running this was a great stay. The view is it's biggest asset. We were able to visit other sights in the West Seattle area. I grew up and went to school in West Seattle so it was a real coming home experience.

We rented this unit to do some scuba diving in the Alki area. Wonderful unit, quiet, with amazing views of downtown Seattle across Elliot Bay. with the water taxi at the bottom of the hill, this is a perfect location for couples looking to visit the Seattle area without having to stay in Seattle. Recommend it highly.

Rogers home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the city. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and Roger was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. The location is excellent with tons of great restaurants and attractions close by. Plenty of street parking available and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would love to stay here again in the future, thanks for a wonderful experience!

I know it’s been said but The View is amazing. We were here fir 11 days visiting our daughter & SIL. It was a great local. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores. Location, parking & communication with Roger were made this very smooth trip.

The place was wonderful. Exactly as described. Very clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable and nothing can beat the view of the Seattle skyline while laying in bed. Definitely plan on staying again. The place would be exquisite in warmer weather. Many restaurants and grocery are in walking distance. Also, loved the heated floors.
