Le restaurant agréable mais les plats servis semblait être du surgelé … pas top La salle de bain Les accessoires distributeurs de savon fixes placés trop en hauteur et le miroir grossissant fixé à un endroit impossible à utiliser .

Отель располагается в пяти минутах ходьбы от входа в средневековый город. При отеле есть удобная и безопасная парковка. Номер комфортный, просторный, красиво обставленный, с выходом на террасу с бассейном. Ванная удобная. Персонал вежливый, приятный в общении, особенно девушка из Магриба на ресепшене. Порадовали бесплатный минибар и возможность набирать газированную и обычную воду в ресторане.

Завтрак в целом хороший, но за 18 евро с человека мог бы быть лучше.

카르카손 성벽이 보이는 조용하고 넓은 객실이었습니다. 집처럼 편안하게 하루 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 걸어서 카르카손 성벽 안에 갈 수 있었고요. 성벽 안에서 저녁을 먹고 돌아오기도 가까웠습니다.

조식은 야채와 과일이 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁은 먹어보지 않아 잘 모르지만 많은 사람들이 예약하고 가격도 비교적 저렴해 다음에 도전해보고 싶습니다.

Good hotel, prime location, helpful staff, great parking

Fantastic location next to the Cite. Good car parking, great restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice gardens and a large pool area. Rooms are very clean, staff helpful. I highly recommend

We had a very large room which was very comfortable and the hotel is very close to the old city. The hotel restaurant was excellent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, the hotel felt luxurious for the cost. Lovely furnishing and helpful staff l.

Superb location only a walk through a car park to the old city and a 20 minute walk across the river to the new city.

Gorgeous location and a lovely pool with good food and friendly staff!

The location is perfect. Less than ten minutes’ walk from the Citadel and less than thirty minutes’ walk from the city. The pool is lovely, the food is great and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Although I liked my room, I did find it a bit dark. The corridors get quite hot, but the rooms are a good temperature.

Brilliant location and fasciities for our 3 night stay travelling 🧳 as a four with 2 teenage daughters

The Hotel is so convenient for the castle. It really is 5 minutes walk. Spotless hotel . Low rise with only two floors and very well equipped and modern bathrooms. 89 rooms I think. We didn’t try breakfast but many did ( we liked to try different places within the castle ). There always seemed enough sun beds particularly in the Early afternoon After sightseeing. Pool was nice and had its own pool bar. Mixture of customers - quite diverse from young families to business folk. Dogs are allowed too 🐶😃👍

Wonderful staff very efficient and friendly and lovely facilities

It was really lovely except for the people playing in the swimming pool till 4.00 am in the morning

We arrived at 12.00 as asked to because of road closures and then could not check into the room till way after 4.00pm

Great location, pleasant facilities.

Bathroom amenities were spare -- just a hand gel bolted to the wall, no shampoo, no hooks for towels or clothes. Clearly the designers never tried to actually use the room for a shower.

Lovely relaxing stay

Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the old city. Hotel is a very relaxing place to stay and the quality of food in the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The dinner we had was a match for the best meals we had at any of the restaurants.

I would have given the hotel top marks but for 2 things: 1. the room we were in on the ground floor was quite small - nowhere to sit at a table. 2. It was difficult to find shade in the garden and around the pool - no umbrellas or shades of any kind apart from a blind over the restaurant patio door. This is a comment about Carcassonne rather then the hotel - it is very difficult to find good vegetarian food, and if you are vegan - forget it or really do your research beforehand.

Disappointing

The car park (and parking spaces) are too small. We arrived later than intended and found it very difficult to park as it was full. Several other guests turned up while we were waiting to park and had the same problem.

Super location, really close to the Cité. The grounds are lovely and pool is also v nice (and much needed in the heat of the summer)

The hotel's proximity to the Cite made it easy go during the day, and then return at night.

The hotel is charming, and located an easy walk to the old city. Breakfast was wonderful, and staff was friendly.

Our window was stuck closed, but since we were only there for one night it was not a big problem.
