Great hotel in central location, close to everything

Great location, hard to beat with a short walk to underground and buses. Staff were really fantastic and helpful.

Like alot of London hotels, the room size was very small.

Bon séjour

Bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement . Notre fille habite dans la rue.

Nous aurions voulu un grand lit double, et non un petit lit simple plus un petit lit double. Par ailleurs notre chambre donnait sur cour, avec le bruit de la chaufferie extérieure. J’aurais préfèré une chambre sur rue.

Worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at

First night: Quite a lot of mould in the bathroom ceiling (and a mouldy smell). Second day: Got a new room. During the night, the first time I tried to flush, the entire flushing module went all the way in, so not possible to flush. Talked to night receptionist who told me it would be fixed tomorrow. Third day: Morning receptionist told me it would be fixed during the day or they would give me a new room. I came home during the night and nothing is fixed. Had to use the toilet by the reception for the majority of my stay. The breakfast was not particularly good either (cheapest juice and toast bread you can get). Overall terrible experience.

Tasteful modern comfort right in the heart of Marylebone

Room immediately felt welcoming -bright modern comfort right in the heart of Marylebone, close to the wonderful High St with its chic shops and restaurants. A small but very adequate twin with a good sized bathroom. Slept very well and loved having a Nespresso machine -a lovely touch!

Really nice place in Baker Street area. Close to all transportation. But be sure #30 has hot water!

We liked room #30 because it was quiet and a little removed from the other rooms. We loved the exterior door to the fire escape - we could let lots of fresh air in. Antonio at the front desk was really great! Nice choices for breakfast and the kitchen staff was so great.

The room was small but that's probably normal for London's older buildings. The breakfast could have used a little more variety; after four days it was good but a bit boring. Biggest problem was the hot water in room 30. First day it was ok. Little or no hot water next three days. They got it fixed while we had breakfast day 2. Day 4 I took a cold shower. My wife was offered a working shower in another room where the guests had just checked out. That worked but kind of creepy. Hope it's finally all fixed.

Great location and staff, but not a 4 star hotel

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and location was perfect for us

Beds very hard and lumpy, bathroom needed lots of renovation- shower head not properly mounted, grout missing, bath chipped and sink tap too small that water just poured over counter not into sink! Also got moved to triple room instead of twin and was very small could barely move as room was very narrow

Comfortable stay

Very decent Bed and Breakfast. I didn’t pay for breakfast. But the staff was very professional. He was very helpful and make sure I am not going to lack out of the chance of the breakfast. And the bed is comfortable.

Generous Host

Everything about this property was just amazing. The location, the staff, Aparna, everything was worth staying at. Thank you for your hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. The personnel went over and beyond their job requirements in assisting my solo trip to the city. My stay was very relaxing.

Hotel is in desperate need of a Fix Up!

I’ve been staying here for over 14 years during summer months — the location is great and staff is friendly

Unfortunately, it is now very TIRED and in desperate need of a makeover. The bed was so uncomfortable with buttons and other things sticking through the mattress and the sheets were very scratchy. The AC made terrible noise all night and the bathroom was totally over used! The toilet barely flushed and the bathtub had so much calk around it the rooms are extremely small and can barely fit a suitcase. I’ll have to find another place to stay. I do wish they’d renovate. For the price— it’s just not worth it. It makes a Motel 6 look great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and will definitely book again

The staff were polite and welcoming and my room was comfy and clean and my bed was very comfortable

The breakfast plates were cold so my English breakfast was cold The cups were too small for my tea and the toaster didn’t work properly it only toasted one side of the bread!

I would not recommend. For this price or a little more, you can find a nicer place.

The location is excellent

The location is excellent, but unfortunately the rest is less. The staff is really unprofessional except for the hotel employee Aparna, who was attentive to my request. I had to order a taxi to the field alone, I asked for another towel, and I'm still waiting for it (I'm already at home), and the whole experience was not one of the best I've experienced.

Superb

We just stayed at Blandford Hotel for 3 nights, and enjoyed the welcoming athmosphere that Aparna and the team provided. The Hotel was placed in a very nice area, very close to public transportation and sights. We will highly recommend others to book a room here for their stay in London.

Friendly staff in a good location

Comfortable bed and good location

The standard double room is quite small. All looking a bit tired and needs some work done in the bathroom - shower door / grouting etc.

Couldn't have chosen better!

The location is awesome, next to an underground station and bus stops, but at the same way is a quiet place, perfect to rest after a long walking day! The receptionists were super nice, and the bedroom very comfortable!

great location - near subways and buses that lead easily around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood

room wasn't really clean, there were lots of stains around it. Elevator wasn't working well, waited for almost 5 mins then gave up and did the stairs!

The asian man on reception the afternoon I arrived, couldnt care less. He was actually unhelpful. Didn't know where Marylebone High street was( it's close to hotel) and didnt offer to look it up. By contrast the following morning there was a French? Italian man ? perhaps on reception who was so kind and helpful.he provided good information on a locaion i wanted to find, googled it and advised the best way to get there. When I went back for my luggage after lunch, he phoned taxi for me, went out to meet it and carried by bags into the taxi.

Good location. Ideal with public transportation.

The location is very central. The rooms are a little small. My room has window looking into the back yard. Overall quite a pleasant stay. Would recommend to friends, but get a bigger room.

The room size a little too small for single. Not able to fully open the luggage.
