Suite familiale au top.

Emplacement idéal, hôtel calme, propre et bien entretenu, et même si on entend le métro, ce n'était pas très dérangeant au 3eme étage. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne literie. Aucune allergie malgré la moquette grâce au ménage complet quotidien.

Tout était très bien.

המיקום נחמד , החדרים בסדר.

פקידת קבלה שהתעללה בנו, במשך שעה וחצי , הגענו משדה התעופה באמצע הלילה ליהיות במלון ל5 שעות כי ב6 בבוקר היינו צריכים לצאת לטיסת המשך. משפחה עם ילדים ותינוק, ופקידת קבלה שראתה את זה שאנחנו עייפים וממהרים ושהילדים כבר נרדמים בעמידה, וממש עשתה הכל כדי להקשות עלינו להפריע לנו, אפילו באיזה שלב שלחה אותנו לחפש מלון אחר. אנחנו מצידינו לא עשינו כלום שאינו ראוי.

Unbeatable in this price range.

Excellent value for money with quality that outshines most budget hotels. Huge room comfy beds and large luxury shower room. Great location highly recommend in price range .

A dreadful experience.

It was disappointing.

It was very difficult to sleep. The noise and vibrations from the passing trains were like thunder. I’ve stayed in many hotels in central London and I’ve never experienced anything as uncomfortable as this. Avoid!

We came to London to attend a performance at the London Palladium and Astor court proved to be the perfect place to stay

The staff were very polite and helpful. A clean and comfortable room. We will definitely stay again when in London.

Not a good option if you are a light sleeper.

Staff was very nice and polite.

We couldn’t sleep well because we could really hear the room next to us and the tube. Really bad.

Great stay and nice staff

The staff was great and rooms comfy and clean. The location is great and no noise from outside.

Nothing really. You could hear the train underneath the hotel but that was something that you should expect on this location. But this did not bother us. There were earplugs into the nightstand but I didn't need them because the train didn't bother me.

Very bad experience, i would not recommend at all this place if you plan to sleep

The room is located just above the metro line and this metro line is running the full night. It is impossible to sleep because you can feel everything vibrating and hear the metro. The staff is not lying also because we called 30 minute before booking to ask if the room was quiet, he said very quiet. other room might be ok but his room should not be allowed to be rented as a bedroom.

The location of the hotel and the room is excellent.

The room lacked air conditioning, which surprised me as it was boiling. Besides that, the room and hotel facilities were excellent. Also, the staff was amiable and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff in a comfortable hotel which was in a very handy location.

It was super clean and very well appointed. Great shower and spacious bathroom. The lift was a bonus as we had a lot of baggage. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Must mention Amit who couldn’t do enough for us when we checked in. Great location, close to Oxford Street and within walking distance to many attractions.

It was a bit noisy at times.

Highly recommended stay in a central location for your trip to London!

We, a group of 3, stayed for one night in a family room in the Astour Court Hotel. We even got an upgraded family room in comparison to our booking! We arrived early and could have check-in early as well, which would have come with a reasonable extra amount to pay. But we decided to leave our luggage in the extra room especially for this purpose and came back later. The complete staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our family room and bathroom was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall, the room was quite. Yes, you can feel the metro going under the hotel, but this was nothing that bothered us in anyway. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great for a short or longer stay in London. Oxford street, Picadilly circus and Soho are all in walking distance.

You only get this and a cheap yoghurt. Large room for improvement, especially nowadays with all the hotels air bnb etc etc

Clean , close by walking , Very helpful staffs expectilaly at The Reception . He always help and suggest us for everything that he can. If we will come back again This guy is the reason why we choose this hotel . You can meet him all days .

Exceptional hotel, incredible staff

The reception staff were incredibly accomodating and very friendly. Wonderful hotel with great amenities. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit London.

It was all great, I only wish I had more annual leave to stay there.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Room was large, nice bathroom and whole hotel very clean. Good location.

No air conditioning, had a fan but little effect as rooms face the incoming sun, even with curtains closed in day and fan constantly on it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast in a grab paper bag, was disappointing, croissants clearly had been frozen, one end was soggy and rest dry.
