Clean and location was good

Check in time far too late. I asked to check in at 1pm as my flight arrived at 9am and they said they had no rooms. I believe this was a lie as I hear other staff discussing the cleaned and ready rooms.

Ideal Location! Very modern rooms.

The hotel has had a lovely refurbishment, we had stayed here before and we were very impressed with the renovations in the room! The decor is very modern!

Kann man nicht groß meckern.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell an den wichtigsten Orten in der Stadt. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus, hauptsächlich Aufräumarbeiten stattgefunden haben. Also in allem aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Lovely tidy hotel, close to the heart of Dublin

Location was fine, rooms were nice and clean, bathroom is lovely, restaurant had nice food.

Pints were ordered at the bar were a bit dire. But we were heading out not long after. We had just the one quick pint before going out and the Smithwicks had a bad metallic taste, like it was sitting at the bottom of the keg a while. Also your night porter on Wednesday night got a little ripe with me, apparently I left my finger on the doorbell a little long when we came back to the hotel after 2am. Very concerned about it getting broken! I only left my finger on it for no more than 2 seconds! Bit snipy for his own good.

Parfait !

La chambre était très propre et bien équipée. Nous n'entendions pas la circulation. Le personnel parlait français ce qui nous a été d'une grande aide. La personne de la réception nous a conseillé pour les restaurants et les transports. Merci beaucoup !

Ideal spot in the city center

Room was great for a short stay. Ideally located. Really comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and good water pressure. Restaurant was really nice.

We asked for a couple different items in the bar/restaurant but they were out of stock. Other than that no complaints.

Vi bodde på 5:e våningen och sällan vi har varit med om så ”jobbiga” hissar. Tog lång tid att åka i dem. Fick vänta väldigt länge och de åkte upp och ner utan ngn ordning.

Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns in dem Hotel wohl gefühlt

Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück und genügend Kaffeeautomaten. Gut gelegen und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Einkäufe kann man direkt in der Nähe tätigen und das Restaurant "Kingfisher" auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren nach außen gut schallisoliert und von der Straße war nichts zu hören.

Die Geburtstagsparty am Nachmittag des ersten Tags im Nachbarzimmer war gut zu hören, da die Wände wohl nicht allzu dick sind, danach war es aber ruhig.

Solicité con mucha antelación camas individuales para las dos habitaciones, pero no mi solicitud no se llevó en cuenta.

Muito agradável

O pequeno almoço no 1º dia foi muito bom No 2º, talvez por ser sábado e haver muita gente, a qualidade piorou. Boa localização perto de transportes e centro acessível a pé. Pessoal competente e simpatico. Aliás simpatia e boa educação foi que mais encontramos quer em Dublin, quer em todo o lado por andamos na Irlanda ( Cork e Kinsail )

Difícil apanhar o elevador para o andar do restaurante, de manhã. Muito particular- a falta de uma varanda o rooftop onde pudesse fumar o meu charuto!

Location excellent .very near the Main Street . the transport available if you wished to sightsee was excellent. Could not fault any staff , cleaners, bar staff and 5 stars for reception staff who were very helpful especially the young blonde girl ( wish I got ) her name. Very impressed with the security for the hotel. ( cards needed for elevators and other areas) .

Unfortunately the room we had been allocated had an adjoining door to next room and the occupants were very noisy. I think that if there had not been the door between it would have helped with the noise.

Excelente! Súper recomendable

El hotel esta súper bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados, cafeterías y medios de transporte. Puedes ir a muchas atracciones solo caminando. El personal nos atendió espectacularmente y estuvo atento a nuestros pedidos. Uno de los días tuvimos un inconveniente con el inodoro y nos asistieron de inmediato y lo solucionaron a la brevedad. Confort increíble y todo impecable!

Lo único que me hace no poner un 10 es que se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y, justo durante nuestra estadía, parece que estaban haciendo reparaciones arriba de nosotros y se escuchaban martillazos, golpes y taladros durante el día. Honestamente, no fue grave dado que estábamos bastante fuera, pero volver para descansar y escuchar ruidos por doquier no fue muy agradable. El resto excelente!

Great hotel

The location was great, the staff were lovely and let us check in early. The security of the hotel was very good.

The rain shower looked great but it was disappointing as the water pressure was very low.

Ideal location, helpful staff.

Ideal location. Room could do with a bit of updating but really appreciated the lower bathtub than the norm which I believe is extremely helpful for elderly guests as it’s less of a safety hazard. Bed was extremely comfortable. A call out to Antonio Chavez who also assisted in having a lost item returned to me - Antonio made the process extremely easy and made sure I had everything I needed to arrange and kept me updated throughout. I really really appreciate his help! 10/10

Cleaning staff were lovely and very friendly however did attempt to come in to clean the room before check out while I was about to change (partly my fault as I didn’t hear them knock at first) - maybe just a bit more care in this area.

Bon hôtel mais séjour gâcher à cause du nettoyage et des difficultés de prendre l’ascenseur

Sa position, proche du centre ville et le petit déjeuner était très bon

La propreté a faire EXTREMENT attention. Notre chambre n’a pas était faite. Ils y avaient des bouteilles de bière dans la chambre, la poubelle était pleine et le lit n’était pas fait.Mais aussi la carte, impossible de prendre l’ascenseur et devoir systématiquement demander à quelqu’un de nous aider. C’est usant à force et surtout aux prix de la réservation.

Good location, comfortable room, but guest services need improvement

The location is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the executive room is very spacious.

Several problems: Upon check-in I needed to return downstairs to reception 3x because the keys they programmed didn’t work. My phone in my room didn’t work well and I asked for it it be repaired but there was no follow-up. My safe also didn’t work and the repairman didn’t fix it properly so again he needed to come. There were several moths in the room throughout the stay, the housekeeping never cleaned the crumbs on my desk. And the biggesr issue of all: the reception missed my wake-up call. I usee to work in a hotel and do hotel secret shopping and missing a guest’s wake-up call is one of the biggest mistakes a hotel can do. That unfortnately I have to report as a major mistake. I asked for a follow-up from the manager about that and no follow-up happened.

Qualité de la literie Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle, aucune serviette dans la chambre à l arrivée, douche très difficile à régler et inconfortable Les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnent pas bien, surtout pour prendre l ascenseur J ai déjà séjourné 3 fois dans cet hôtel avant qu il ne change de nom, la qualité n est plus la même

I'll be back!

Everything was amazing. Specially the reception staff (Ricardo, Antonio, Mateo and Sol). They are such amazing and kind people. Just for them, the experience worth it. Also the room was big enough and very cleaned.

The lift have some problems reading the room key, but they were fixing it.

Terrific stay

We just loved everything about our stay especially the friendly staff and very clean facilities. The ventilation in the bathroom was the best I'd ever experienced.

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til de store seværdigheder og tæt på shopping. Værelserne var i god stand og har en god størrelse. Hotellets morgenmad var rigtig god og masser af forskelligt udvalg. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse! Her vil vi gerne bo en anden gang

Kein veganes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels. Abends vor die Tür gehen war nicht so toll. Sehr viele Bettler und alkoholisierte und drogenberauschte Menschen. Kann aber natürlich das Hotel nichts für.

Ubicación perfecta, al lado de todo para ir andando, rodeado de supermercados, ATM, restaurantes. Te dejan café soluble , te y leche cada día, cama extra grande y comodisima. Perdonal muy amable en recepción, muchos hablan español q se agradece

central location. great facilities where there were vending machines, breakfast was to die for. Plenty to eat. there was a menu in the bar and restaurant. bar was open until 1.30am for residents.

the windows were emitting a lot of cold air through and it was quite noisy on the rooms facing the busy road as you can hear the trams. there was no background music in the bar area.

Mejorable para el precio y estrellas que tiene

La ubicación era bastante buena y el personal amable.

La cama era pequeña para dos personas, la calefacción no funcionaba bien y la solución fue ponernos una estufa, aunque al menos calentaba mucho. En el cuarto de baño había un ruido de fondo constante, cerrando la puerta no se escuchaba dentro de la habitación. No es un hotel con instalaciones de 4 estrellas.
