The hotel smells nice when you firstly come in. Spacious room and very nice breakfast. It is easy to visit the main attractions on feet. The restaurant inside the hotel is strongly recomended.

Conforme à ce que nous attendions. Personnel accueillant et gentil. Restaurant bien, personnel super, carte un peu limitée.

Pool and gym were great, fantastic breakfast and very nice staff!

Location was excellent for Bord Gaia Theatre but a bit of a walk to City Centre
Our television wouldn’t work. Had to get staff to room twice ( we only stayed one night). Also there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Only discovered this after I had washed my hair. Bottle hadn’t been re-filled before our stay.

Beside the theatre. City centre wasn’t too far away. Breakfast was delicious & a great variety. Pool & facilities were good.
Bad smell in lower floor.
Very expensive for 1 night. (A big concert weekend)

Breakfast was great and hotel was in a good location for walking to the aviva stadium

The reception staff was great. The staff in the breakfast room was superefficient but smiling back would be nice. We stayed 4 nights and they never smiled once. Breakfast is splendid! Highly recommended! Spa and sauna was great! There are peaks but i had great swims with noone in the pool at all! Rooms on the 4th floor up are spacious and nice. It was all very clean there!
We stayed 4 nights. Paid 244€/night inkl nbreakfast and an option for lunch/dinner. Which is a lot in my eyes. First they gave us a room on the 1st floor streetside. It was terrible. Traffic noise till 2 in the morning. All windows are not noiseisolated. The room was clean and tidy but the cable for the ironboard was missing and the bathroom too small for the Price. As 1st floor has a lot of 3 beds-rooms all neighbours are hen stack partiers. Noise all over. The doors in all rooms can only be shut by slamming them to close. We phoned reception at 2 because of the loud neigbours. Service was superfriendly. Next day after asking several times They upgraded us (!! We paid 244€/night!!) to fourth floor. Better bathroom and the windows were cleaned. Even the doors are a tiny bit less slamming. But still loud. Neighbours ok. But you wonder how on earth they stuck us to the party people on 1st floor as we were an older couple and staying longer than a weekend. Further it seemed that there is a hierachy thing going on, having cleaned windows upper and things.. not so nice. Ruined it all. The noise of the doors were just to much for us. And That could be helped.. sad as the hotel itself is a nice place. The service at reception was also very bery nice. Always! Even with us difficult ones.

I especially enjoyed the comfortable room and the sauna facilities

Great location, easy walk, 20mins to the 3arena
Would have liked hash brown and vegetarian sausage on the breakfast menu, also the toasters only toasted 1 side of the bread and had to go round 3 times to do that

The location.
Very outdated rooms and furniture, pool also outdated and crowded
3.9
Location. Rooms. Friendliness of staff.
They were just so busy. A day of a big match, an American tour and a show, and staff were just run off their feet. As friendly and kind as everyone was, they were just overawed and led to slower service than usually experienced. I felt sorry for them at times as they were pulled from every angle. Everything was fine, and they were apologetic that they couldn't get to everyone. Maybe a booking system could have been introduced for the restaurant so you could limit tables and allow the staff a breather.

The room was clean and the mattress was decent. They were able to get us checked in an hour early and checked our bags for us while we waited. The pool facilities were nice.
Rules around the pool were stringent. Limited hours (closed at 630p on Sunday), have to wear a bathing cap. No A/C and the fan provided was not strong enough to keep the room cool.
3.9
Comfy hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool great for kids .
Missed that there was'nt any complimentary shower gel , shampoo n conditioner , as i hadnt brought any for my 2 night stay. This hotel is a little too far from city centre and shops for walking back forth, and taxi was expensive.
3.9
So close to city centre. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Great breakfast, so much to choose.
3.9
Great pool and jacuzzi. Able to get rooms close together for our group. Room very comfortable and quiet. Mattress nice and firm. Different pillows so you could have soft or medium firm. Central but not in heavy traffic area so actually quiet while still being walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

The bed and room were clean and comfortable.
Room was poorly stocked with towels and no dressing gowns despite ringing down. Bar and restaurant were closed, we ate in the lobby.
3.9
Very Friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you.
Food portions and temperature could be improved, it was served a little cold for my liking.

Everything except below!
The room was very warm during the night and it was too noisy to open the window.
