Cosy unit in central Rotorua

I loved that it was very central, walking distance to restaurant's. Secure and off the road. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Free parking

motel in city central, very easy to get mall, eat street, polynisia spa. my room is very clean, matress is comfortable. we had a good sleeping.

Served its purpose, had a bed and shower for me and my partner. Owner was lovely.

It was cheap, staff was extra help where they could and it was quite close to the centre of city. Where my room was had a good view and in terms of cleanliness it was pretty good. They also had a good heating source which was important.

There was a fridge just left in the middle unplugged, went to plug in and realized it did not work so some food we had spoiled as we had been travelling as well. There was a spider in my bed, but I got him. Car parking was a bit unorganized as parks were number, there was not enough room so I had to create a park as I didn't feel safe with it being left on the street.

double bed in my room. not big room, clean, tidy. has everything. good enough for staying one or two nights. good price. there is no spa, but can walk within 10 min to Polynisia spa. very central location. Thank you for providing the accomondation to us.

Happy with the room and it served its purpose. I would be happy to stay there again.

Staff were amazing, great service! Polite, happy, welcoming and accomodating. Fridge was leaking so they replaced with a new one. Replaced broken toilet roll holder. Bed was comfy and room was clean, central location was a winner for us. Ample parking available.

We stayed for 2 nights and there was no dish washing liquid to clean dishes and no salt or pepper for our meals. There was some German cockroaches that made an appearance after the fridge was replaced but staff were super apologetic. Felt it was a bit over priced for what you got. ($175 per night but that was Booking.coms price)

Very good low cost place to stay and new owners doing a great job doing the place up.

Was good to see the new owners working hard to do the place up. For the price the room was fine, location very good right in the city and close to good food shops beds were great.

Could not use the kitchen but could use the taps for water. I can see they are working hard to get the place all done up and wish the new owners well.
