Excelente Ubicación, los niños disfrutaron mucho y en todo momento sientes privacidad, aun para ser temporada alta. Los amaneceres con la vista desde la terraza, realmente genial!

Confortável mas precisa analisar o custo!

O Hotel tem uma estrutura um pouco mais antiga mas é bem conservado. A piscina com borda infinita e o serviço de praia se destacam. A cama é bem confortável a estrutura da suíte atende muito bem.

Ao chegar no hotel a recepção não encontrava minha reserva, feita com mais de 20 dias de antecedência! Inicialmente fui indagado por várias vezes sobre minha reserva e a confirmação sobretudo se era uma reserva nova, a quantos dias eu havia feito, se havio pago a reserva.... As indagações só terminaram quando eu apresentei a reserva impressa (ainda bem que sempre levo todas as reservas impressas e suas confirmações comigo!) e o pagamento da antecipação da diária. Senti-me constrangido pois enquanto estava mostrando a reserva no app booking pareciam duvidar do que eu dizia. Os recepcionistas não foram muito cordiais ou mesmo simpáticos, embora tenham sido rápidos para resolver o problema. Mas o quarto reservado tinha terraço, ferro de passar e secador de cabelos e o que ficamos não tinha essa configuração. A reserva das diárias em dólares foi devidamente extornada, mas penso que para viajantes internacionais pagando em cartão de crédito, tendo em vista que está foi a opção de pagamento ofertada não é legal pois gera IOF e o estorno não compensa essa perda, logo o custo final fica mais caro com IOF da reserva + IOF do pagamento final no cartão. Recomendo calcularem antes para ver se esse impacto não pode ser utilizado em outro hotel de melhor padrão de conforto. Há um valor de caução pago no checkin para cobertura de possíveis dados no valor de $100 USD que diferente das descrições foi aceita em dinheiro, pelo menos, senão seria mais um IOF. Não há Internet no interior dos quartos nem wi-fi nem cabo. Na área comum funciona mas é instável.

good value for money

Fantastic value for money in Cancun. lovely pool and beach and rooms with a lovely ocean view. comfortable rooms with aircon and fridge. oxxo nearby as well as a few restaurants. for what you pay, great time.

bad location, as only a handful of restaurants available in walking distance. towels are not washed or replaced during cleaning. room wi-fi cut out for an entire evening and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed until the morning. main wifi doesn’t work. pool and restaurant close at 9. unforeseen €100 deposit on arrival, which we were told twice initially would be returned on the same day, but seems to actually require 10-15 days. finally, as we were checking in, a large screaming match took place between unhappy guests and members of staff, which included unsavoury language. when this ended, neither member of staff apologised for the outburst we’d witnessed but continued on as if nothing had happened. not acceptable or a good first impression.

Muchas escaleras dentro de apartamento,salía agua por todos los lados ! Sofa muy mal estado …la playa no te puedes meter ,hay muchas piedras ! Tienes que caminar un poco ! Internet va fatal !

It was ok for a last minute change of hotel 😞!!

Pool View and location

The staff was decent but not very welcoming!! The room was ok , the balcony was nasty looking and we had a rusty air conditioner system on the balcony that makes it very hard to hear the waves at night and no space to move around relax . The sliding door couldn’t lock so at night it was heavy whistles from the breeze , very annoying when you’re trying to sleep . The ac unit leak so much in our room that there were puddles under the beds , they didnt offer a new room just called maintenance and they took out bathrooms towels to mop the floor . The bathroom sink smelled like sewage coming up from the sink hole then the was turned on . Also the restaurant staff was very rude especially in the night time .. if you are working in a hotel that caters to Americans as well as Spanish ! Don’t expect everyone knows Spanish!!!!

Very good

The location front beach hotel, the hospitality special front desk Mrs Dolores. She explain the facilities with great customer service and professionalism. This hotel have a mini market, laundry room and a restaurant and essay access to ride the bus to the hotel zone.

Room are small. They don't have a coffee maker.

do not stay here.

the property was very run down. the door to our room was rotten, someone could’ve smashed through it very easily. the room stank of mould. we could hear every movement from the room next door to us. the building looked like it was going to fall down and was not kept to a good standard. we had to pay a £80 deposit before staying in the room and they wouldn’t release it until they’d checked the room even though it was very dirty and mouldy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The view was great, the stairs in the room terrible my handicap son fell 3 times, very narrow, phone did not work had to go to reception for everything, only 1 power connections worked. On the beach I fell my sandal got suck with some cores you have on the beach chairs. I liked that it was isolated from crowds and the view is beautiful, you should put pictures on websites o say something about the stairs, so we can choose something else.

The view from our room was amazing, right over the pool and out to the sea. The staff were very friendly.

The food at the restaurant was overpriced and lackluster. Velveta cheese on the nachos and the burrito was nothing to write home about. Taco Bell would have been better. I would expect better Mexican food in Mexico.
