Location is perfect for sure. Room big enough.

I can't say the breakfast is good. The bread is stale, the cheese is very little. Coffee is also very limited. No one asks if you want anything. And there is a huge problem. You don't have the chance to order any food to the room. There is only one Chinese restaurant that they say is very tasteless and overpriced. The shower is faulty, the room is too hot. TV is not working. Only location is good to stay. The facility was undergoing renovations while I was staying. and the last time I stayed I couldn't get comfortable at all.

Понравилось: приветливость персонала, чистота, внимание к деталям, очень вкусные завтраки. Удобное расположение в центре города, рядом парк, Арбат.

Нужна москитные сетки на окнах, хочется проветривать комнату.

One of the best choices with reasonable price in Almaty city

Wonderful staff , very clean hotel and exceptional location Big thanks to the very helpful front desck staff

1-They close the backyard access to panfiloc st. @ 9pm for security reason but still not big issue as you can use other good alternatives 😑 2- small lobby

Decent hotel for the money. Friendly staff.

Decent location near Panfilov park. Very friendly staff.

A simple, well located hotel in Almaty

Hotel voyage is well located in Almaty. It is a simple and efficient hotel. The breakfast is a very good value for money. The bed was comfortable.

Drunk Russian people made a lot of noise in the room next to ours. The personnel was informed of it, in the middle of the night but did nothing.

Very central to everything, a gem of a find for a hotel with excellent friendly staff

The location was superb, very central to the shopping centre, museums were all within easy reach, excellent selection of restaurants and cafes nearby, visiting the nearby mountains was very easy, by bus, metro, lots of taxis immediately available if required, rooms with superb mountain views

There was a Chinese restaurant connected to the hotel and they had no English Menus, it was all by pictures but no complaints really, everything was great

Everything was good, nothing to complaint about.

Very good location, everything in walking distance. Room was clean, comfy and had everything. Overall enjoyed our stay and would return back.

Good stay in great location

Fantastic location ! Very big , clean room with comfy bed and nice desk. Good value for money. Helpful staff .

No breakfast at 7.00 in the morning despite staff reassurance that it will be served on time. Overall breakfast (if there) rather disappointing for Almaty hotels standards.

Nice breakfast, clean room with a balcony. Quiet & nice neighborhood, walking distance to nearby sights. Bus system for further places easy to use.
