Staff very helpful
Not enough staff during service time in the bar and restaurant.
4.0
The location was excellent and room amenities good. The restaurant was acceptable.
It did open the doors until the dot of midday, so it was not possible to drop bags off to explore the area. Check-in is at 3.00pm, not a second before, which is inflexible and non helpful. Staff are not helpful at any stage

Our rooms were spacious, very clean comfortable and quiet. Room temperature could be easily contolled, so just right. Lovely large TV with FreeView. Very reasonable price for room only. So, would certainly recommend it for a short stay
Checking in a bit iffy - had to wait with luggage in the bar area until bar staff were free to sort us out. Restaurant service was slow. Had been waiting some time before being told that some things we had ordered were not available. It was Sunday evening and felt that the Sunday Roast offering had been sitting in the warming cabinet for some time. The breakfast menu was a la carte, including drinks which meant that even a light breakfast was pricey. However, these things did not spoil our stay.

Location beautiful, overlooking the Broads. Big room very well decorated - lovely chairs, decor, clean carpet, very clean throughout, comfortable bed (although would have preferred at least a kingsize bed). Big bathroom with huge shower. Tea/coffee making facilities with plenty of tea, coffee, milk available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent - we ate an evening meal and had breakfast. Both meals very tasty and good value. Nice selection of wine, gins and beer! Overall a very enjoyable stay!
Hair drier was a bit feeble in power. Although the Double bed was very comfortable, we would have preferred at least a kingsize bed - the room was big enough to take a larger bed.

excellent location, free parking, superb breakfast
needs a little TLC

Excellent location on the waterside. Lovely big room with views over the broads. Room well decorated. The lady serving breakfast was lovely and was helpful about places to visit in the area.
Unfortunately there was no heating in the room as the boiler was broken, someone did ring us that morning to advise us of this and electric heaters were provided (although not for the bathroom, which was cold). We were there for 2 nights and the room wasn’t serviced while we were there, although this does happen post covid we were not advised of this. On arrival to check in (at the bar at 4.30 pm) we waited over 10 minutes for someone serving at the bar to check us in.

We probably had one of the best rooms in the place for views. It was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and the staff excellent. Had a health issue arise and the staff were very kind. Parking was in a paying car park but this was also covered by the Inn.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Food was very good; things couldn't have gone any better

Location was excellent and quite
Rooms clean and tidy.
Accommodation was clean and good facilities.
Lady who welcomed me and served breakfast was very friendly, chatty and welcoming
Serving staff in the bar and restaurant in the evening could bearly raise a smile and seemed to focus their attention on "locals" and not other paying customers. Perhaps this was because there was only 2 people managing the bar, taking orders and serving food and drink?
Evening meal staff experience let's the hotel/pub down.

Welcoming from staff and very polite throughout. The food was very good and was no need to leave the premises. Value for money was exceptional.
The bed was a bit hard but the pillows and duvet made up for the slightly hard bed. Had a comfortable night sleep irresspective

Bed a little hard for my personal liking

Plenty of car parking despite the location and great views over the broads. Looking forward to going back in the Summer and not depths of winter so can sit outside.
Rooms were lovely and comfy, spotlessly clean as well. Plenty of sockets as well. Food in bar was good standard and not unreasonable ( I saw a couple of people use vouchers as well).
All the staff I met were keen and friendly
I paid £59 in January so very pleased value wise.
If you stay in room 6 watch out for the beams , I'm not a tall man and nearly came a cropper a few times.

The pub was a gorgeous building, the staff were very professional and friendly from the start to the end of our trip, nothing was too much trouble. The room was really spacious and had everything you needed. The view from our room looked right across the water, it was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was included and we eat lunch as well as here, the fire was lit and it was very idlic.
There wasn’t anything.

Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was too hard.

Location /view was lovely looking out at the river and boats .
Short staffed , not very friendly on arrival tried to check at the agreed time 3pm was told by quite a unfriendly member of staff that he would get to us but not sure when could be a while not really what you expect for £165 for one night .although he did apologise later it was not a welcoming we enjoyed as a family . Front view lovely , back window view awful , guttering looks like it’s never been cleaned saw dead pigeons and mold around the windows

good location. nice bath room
very expensive. stayed at two other properties during this week and this was twice the price and not close to twice the value. TV 90 degrees to the bed, awkward to watch. nice staff but understaffed.

The property was located next to a river and our room had a beautiful river view. The weather was freezing but the room was lovely and warm. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The room was clean with a large TV and had tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was large and modern with a powerful shower. We didn't have breakfast and so I cannot comment.
Everything was fine
3.5
The room was nice and clean. Lovely view of the river both night and day. Bathroom very clean. Toiletries available. Hair dryer and tv with tea and coffee. No hot chocolate.
Breakfast was not the best just warm with cold beans sausages were not the best quality. Not much juice left and wasn’t refilled due to it being 9,45 as breakfast finished at 10. Don’t like tea or coffee but would have liked the option of hot chocolate. But I did request some.
Would have liked an extra blanket in the room as the weather was very cold that night
