The location of the hotel suited me perfectly as it was about halfway between the station and King's College where I needed to be. The room had all I needed with its own shower room and was a good temperature with a comfortable bed.

Close to venue for a gig, and also restaurants etc nearby.
If you're over 5 feet tall beware , the stairs have a low ceiling and the small, single room has the toilet crammed in between at the end of the bath and the wall(could just about sit down).

Great location
Front desk staff not well-trained in customer service; kitchen staff very friendly.
Room very small, no desk.

Nothing stood out
Tv didn’t work, bed was really uncomfortable, window blind let in a lot of light, fell over on the step near room 133, no signage or anything to warn you

The Room was Ok although the air conditioning was not affective and didn't keep us cool, the windows could not be left open as when we tried the window just closed again. The Breakfast as a continental was good but it would have been nice to have a hot option !
The bed ! it was hard and ever time one of us turned over it squeaked. The noise from the corridor was disturbing perhaps a notice asking people to respect others and a thicker carpet might have been nice in the corridor to muffle people returning after midnight. We could hear the music in the basement from our room which also disturbed us !

Great location to all we wanted to get out to. Well appointed suite. Everything we needed. Plenty of space and enjoyed our short break.
Our rain shower head was broken but the other shower head was fine. Minor thing.

Everything. This hotel is a winner in every respect.

Excellent location. Very clean. Welcoming staff.

Great location close to the centre. Friendly staff and good value for money.
The hotel is on a busy road so if you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room at the back of the hotel.

Location
The website stated that carpark is available but they should say spaces are limited, the thrash from previous stay was never cleared, no hot water, unresponsive and rude staff, when I complained there is no hot water one lady on the Frontdesk replied annoyingly, “it’s ok, don’t really need a bath in the evening, just take a bath in the morning”.

Location was excellent
Staff helpful
Good self service continental breakfast
Definitely would stay again
Good value for the amount paid

The room was immediately underneath the reception lobby which had a hard wooden floor. Meaning every step taken by every guest reverberated through our room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location with parking. Perfect for visiting centre of cambridge on foot.

The location was perfect.
The bathroom was so small and the sink in the bathroom something you normally see in an under the stairs cupboard bathroom. When I put the tap on the sink was so small the water spilled out the other side and soaked my clothes. The breakfast was ok but would have been improved with warm eggs.

Room was fairly small but well-ventilated (window that opened), and quiet with comfortable beds. This hotel does not have dining facilities, but staff were happy for us to bring in a takeaway. Very pleasant service, including bags storage during the day after checkout.
Earl Grey and mint teabags in the room would have been a bonus, but to be fair, we could have asked!

The hotel was lovely: great location (walking distance from the train station, the city center and the universities). The staff was nice and available for any question. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet even if located on the ground floor, with view on the street. There is a comfortable desk and free Wifi available to work.
I didn't have any breakfast.
Everything was great!

Check in/out was easy, staff is very competent and my stay was smooth in general.
Good value for money, location is fine too.
The room could have been a little bit more clean.
The reception is not attended at night, which is not an issue but maybe should have been said in the listing.

Good location for what we wanted to visit. Room at rear of hotel was reasonably quiet.
We found the bed very uncomfortable and the bathroom was inconveniently laid out. Also there were no tissues in the room and when we asked for some, they were not available. It felt like corners were being cut. The window could not be opened as well - it would have been nice to get some fresh air occasionally.

Location....walking distance to eatery places and city centre.

Great location.
The room was very small (for example one has to sit sideways on the toilet because there is no space for the legs) and not particularly clean (there was hair in the bathroom and on the sheets, and the towel looked used and had a big yellow stain on it). The bathroom has a big window with just a sheer curtain so that at night when the light is on, neighboring houses can see right through.

Great location, quiet, friendly staff
Bathroom very small when you sat on the toilet you were right against the wall if you were left handed I think you would of had trouble wiping. Extractor fan full of dust. The door to bathroom had windows of frosted glass but you could still see what you were doing in there and needed a little more attention to detail with cleaning. Curtains tied back with string could of found something a little better I thought. Couldn't open door to the room without banging the wall.

Good location. Convenient for getting into centre of town. Happy to store luggage after check out. The member of staff on the front desk when we checked out was very friendly and helpful.
Limited parking spaces which were all full whilst we were there. Some road noise as we were on a room on the front and the windows only seemed to be single glazed. No communal space/ lounge/ bar etc although it did say there was one in the handbook in the room. Nothing to put it above a Travelodge.

Room spacious and clean, modern bathroom, very quiet.
Staff friendly and very helpful.
Close to city centre, shops and restaurants.

Location great, staff very friendly
The room (in the basement) was unbearably hot! The heating was off but we still had to leave the fan on (in February!)
Also, on the website it advertises complimentary breakfast for all guests but this was not the case when we arrived.

Breakfast good, staff very friendly, rooms clean.
Only 5 spaces for car and because full took 1hr to find parking. Rooms far to hot and couldn't turn off. There was an air conditioning unit but seemed a waste to use it when by turning radiator off would have saved on energy. We had a standard room but was small.

Room close to the street. Noisy
