Our stay at Blue Lagoon Resort was nothing short of magical. Highly recommend.

A Slice of Paradise at Blue Lagoon Resort You can't go wrong staying at Blue Lagoon Resort in Fiji. An unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, great singing and exceptional hospitality. It's a comfortable place to bring a families of all ages. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and traditional Fijian touches. The beachside bungalow was an extraordinary experience, offering stunning views and direct access to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The resort is perfectly situated on a pristine beach with crystal-clear waters. Snorkeling straight onto the reef is an extraordinary experience, with vibrant marine life just a few steps from our bungalow. Tropical underwater paradise was accessible for even my parents in their 70s. The staff at Blue Lagoon Resort went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Cesare, the manager, going out of his way to be two steps ahead of weather and tricky connections, and helping us out with a medical emergency. Tiki was also an absolute legend — should be a TV Host, big character, all-around lovely guy, and a great quizmaster too. His activities were a giggle. In the restaurant, the menu is diverse and the portions overly generous. Ana, Mel, Naomi, and Ema looked after us so well in the restaurant. Tam and Bill on the boats and at the dive shack were great guys and very informative. My family really really felt the love. The pool was nice for a dip, and the beaches and local walks were epic and achievable.

Tropical Paradise

Everything about it ...the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was amazing and there were plenty of activities to choose from. Our accommodation was amazing as we had a beach villa and our views were spectacular. The snorkelling was fantastic.

Good water and location. Pristine beaches. The staff was the best!

Food was good but limited. Our orders do not come as we like (requests). Friendly staff make up for it.

So, let me start by saying that this place is top-notch! The service here is seriously exceptional, like, mind-blowing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was all over us, making sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful, like seriously, they went above and beyond. And let's talk about the location, man. It couldn't be better. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and breathtaking views. It was like paradise, you know? Oh, and the food! absolutely delicious. Again the staff, they're just the sweetest. They even surprised us by singing for our anniversary. It was such a heartwarming gesture, and I wanna give them a big shoutout and thank them for making our stay even more special. Overall, we had an amazing time at this resort. The combination of exceptional service, stunning location, amazingly helpful staff, and great food made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to kick back, relax, and enjoy yourself, this is definitely the spot to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing resort, good staff but poor management and booking experience.

Location was absolutely amazing! Hotel staff were really lovely and the food was good. Our time was very enjoyable

I disliked the food meal plans which weren't clearly advertised in the initial booking costs. Felt a little disingenuous and a bit of a cash grab.

Exceptional

The staff at Blue lagoon are exceptional, a special mention to the band , Posh, Mike, Rick, you all made our stay memorable. Blue lagoon is lucky to have such wonderful staff. the food was amazing.

Shared unisex bathroom made me a little uncomfortable at first as is not something i am use to. Also not enough wet weather or alternative activities for when tours are cancelled etc. would be good to have options for when weather is bad , possibly add items like pool table and table tennis as wll as basketball hoop.

Great stay with the best diving experience

It was a great stay at this peaceful island of Nacula away from the city life. We took a course at the diving shop in the resort and met with the best diving instructor Hannah. The whole experience was amazing and we both got the certifications on our last day:) The restaurant of the resort is the highlight with a wide selection of yummy food. There are also lots of activities happening everyday - our favorite is the cave trip, which we would definitely recommend!

The weather was volatile as it was the rain season.

staff were excellent and very attentive. really clean, fresh towels every day. catered well for vegan options. food was excellent

Exceptional

Everything! Location is outstanding. Water was crystal clear, so snorkelling was awesome, I saw a turtle not far from the shore! Our villa was super lovely, amazing bathroom with an outdoor shower. Food was exceptional!!! Staff very lovely, accommodating and helpful. Hotel provides a lot of activities, we enjoyed snorkeling and cave trip. Life music every evening during the dinner and these guys were just superb! The island itself offers enjoyable hikes, the view from the top is just breathtaking. Highly recommended!!! We enjoyed every moment and would have stayed longer if not the next booking we’ve had booked.

Best island resort in Fiji that we stayed in.

Wonderful resort. Rooms are cleaned regularly throughout the day and the staff all-round fantastic. The food is top class with a wide range of choice and big portions - excellent value.

Some of the activities didn’t run that were timetabled.
