Our stay at Paradise Cove Resort in Fiji was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.
The rooms were stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and traditional Fijian touches. The double beachside bungalow was an extraordinary experience, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the beach, shared bathroom, but also seperate front doors so you don't wake each other up.
The staff at Paradise Cove Resort went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lo, Alfie, and Emma really looked after our every need, especially taking care of my parents.
The resort is perfectly situated on a pristine beach with crystal-clear waters. Snorkeling straight onto the reef was an extraordinary experience, with vibrant marine life just a few steps from our bungalow.
The pools were nice for a dip. Great private loungers, hammocks and chairs in the shade. The small, modern gym and games room with pool and table tennis was a nice treat.
The food and dinner were unequivocally the best in the region. The Japanese restaurant option was extraordinary, offering a unique and delicious dining experience. I think one night we had a 13 course meal. Not one dish a dud!
The spa treatments were amazing, providing a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate during our stay.
Paradise Cove Resort offers a variety of unique activities that made our stay even more special. We enjoyed snorkeling over vibrant coral reefs right off the beach and participating in a traditional Fijian kava ceremony. The dive staff, Abbo, Inosi (voice of an angel), and Leps, made us feel especially welcome, letting us chill and enjoy their Kava ceremony and tunes. Even signing a few requests. ABSOLUTE LEGENDS. The resort also offers handline fishing, village visits, and Fijian cooking lessons.
No complaints. Anything we didn't like was quickly fixed or changed. The service was amazing.

PC is in a beautiful location. The food was exceptional and very good value. The staff were amazing. We totally loved our stay and I highly recommend it.
We were very satisfied at the resort. The Octopus /PC shuttle was uncomfortable in the choppy seas and PC changed our return to the mainland on the Ferry which was a better option for us.

Extremely polite staff, perfect location, top food (set menu mostly), vegetarian, gluten and lactose free options, a Japanese restaurant next to their main restaurant, nice and clean rooms, pool and superb beach. I would definitely suggest it!

The food was amazing and so much you couldn't eat it all, a great variety.
The beach is beautiful, with lots of coal and fish life, also very safe for the children.
Nothing, just had to leave.

Sandy beaches, cristal clear water, the most incredible reef to snorkel
The compulsory expensive meal plan, the extras you have to pay for, the greedy attitude

EVERYTHING! from arrival to departure we were looked after, everyone ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was amazing at every meal, only slight suggestion would be to have smaller options available sometimes.

If you visualise an image of a tropical sun drenched paradise, then Paradise Cove will match that and more. We felt the warmth of the staff from our arrival by fast ferry and loved the comfortable bungalows that were less than 100m from the main facilities. The pool and restaurant area was spotless and while busy at times never felt crowded.
the food experience was exceptional - other than a little disappointment that 1-2 of the dishes on the menu were unavailable ( a consequence of island life perhaps) every meal and dish was first class.
It wasn't surprising therefore when we met several returning guests, particularly those with young families who highly praised the kids club and the whole resort experience. If it wasn't so far away from us we would be back again and again.

We were unaware that there was a compulsory meal plan on top of the accommodation costs

The food was amazing - cooked breakfast from a menu alongside continental breakfast also, lunch from a menu, and the dinners were outstanding with a six course meal on most nights (or a buffet one night). The beach was gorgeous and the water was clear and full of sea life. They catered very well to our twin 2 year old daughters also.
There was very little I didn't like during my stay. The cocktails were quite expensive but were generally just OK and could be modernised/updated/improved I suppose. Our air conditioning unit was fixed to 22 degrees but definitely didn't get the room down to 22 degrees (it was more like 26 degrees). But I am just nitpicking, these are not big issues.

Staffs are very kind and entertaining . Rooms are very clean. There are lots of activities. Food is great!
The activities options are different everyday, so if you want to try a specific activity, you have to check the date.

Location outstanding, food brilliant, and staff amazing.

The facilities are fantastic. The staff are lovely. The meals are sensational - up in the ballpark of fine dining at times. I've dived all over the world both as a professional and for leisure: the snorkelling just three metres from the shore of the resort is some of the best I've seen. The life is thriving - the colours in the coral, with minimal bleaching, is breath-taking and the varieties of fish make for hours of fun for all.
Nothing really! The only thing we had to ask for was our room to be cleaned one day, however this may have been a result of some wet weather. Other than that, it was a spectacular time.

I would have preferred a room not directly on the walk way by the kitchen

Secluded cove provided perfect beach conditions regardless of the weather. The food is genuinely world class - the equal of 3 hat restaurants in Melbourne. The service from management, bar, restaurant, activities and house keeping staff is excellent. The staff are genuine, friendly and exceptionally well trained.
The snorkeling immediately in front of the resort is brilliant.
At this price point, non alcoholic drinks and morning barista coffee should be included in the compulsory food plan.
No problem paying for alcoholic beverages which are very fairly priced. A beer or bottle of wine or cocktail is less than an equivalent restaurant in Australia.

gorgeous beach in paradise, great snorkeling right off shore.

Everything was excellent - the best view and the beach with the best food.
The staff were amiable and helpful, and they do care about the customers! The Una was best, looking after all of us just like we have a friend from Fiji.
Bitten by mosquitoes everyday.

I like this property , but it’s really disappointed me , coz while I was there , I really enjoyed , the activities as well , but they charged me more money, and I let them to refund to my account , they said will have surcharge, i said shouldn’t be , as it’s not my fault , it’s the facilities charged me more money, they shouldn’t charge me the fees while return back to my account , then they agreed , but my trip was last year mid of November, until now I still haven’t received my refund ! I really wish they can improve this point! otherwise it will affect their reputations! coz our customers will share our experiences to other social medial account or friends , so I wish they can pay attention to this issue! thx very much !
