I don't recommend this place if you need to check-in late at night

Great weekend with the grandson. Could relax when eating and having a drink knowing he was safe in the play area

Wonderful staff,polite, helpful & cheerful.restaurant & bar area were family friendly.

Food was excellent.served hot.layout of breakfast table was easy to follow. Wide section of cereal & fruit juices.

Hugely Spacious Room

The size of the room was extremely spacious, modern and inviting. The bed was super comfy, had a great night's sleep. The value for the room was exceptional

Excellent stay in good location.

Large comfortably room, plenty of tea & coffee, lovely shower. Very helpful & friendly staff. Good value stay & tasty meals at good prices. Good location & large car park.

a lovely stay for the family!

lovely family room. very spacious and well decorated. plugs next to the bed, good size bathroom-honestly couldn’t fault the room!

we arrived in the dark, and the outside of the property was not well lit, or sign posted. We didn’t really know where to park either.

it was ok as a base to sleep over but wouldn't choose it again.

The lady checking us in was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, very comfy for a family of four and lovely and clean.

Where to go and the process to check in was unclear and bar staff a bit dismissive when we asked for help. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality. The rooms were away from the main building and my mother had to carry her suitcase upstairs which she struggled with. There weren't enough towels with the room.

We have just booked again for the 14th October on our way south.

The Manager and her were excellent during a very hot and busy time.

The attitude of some residents towards staff who were trying their best to get food out.

Comfy, satisfied just down side food slight on service and not informed of function

Rooms were clean Park for kids The manager on shift was very hard working and worked every shift due to shortage on staff.

Breakfast was undercooked first day Had to wait an hrs for puddings Function on 2nd night not warned at time of booking got young children very loud music till late and base not really needed. Unpleasant volume.

Generally very good, better than expected. Will certainly use again .

Size of the room was brilliant. Staff were really helpful. Location very peaceful. My friend was most unwell the night before leaving & the staff were lovely & allowed us the room for as long as we needed - as it wasn’t booked out.

We felt the breakfast was quite poor for the money. There was supposed to be berries & fruit, & there were none. We were also charged for a cup of tea, despite the menu stating it was included in price !!

I did not eat in on the evening as i was out at an event elsewhere. I called in for breakfast the following morning to be told "we dont open until 7.30" it was 7.20. I gave the gentleman my room key and left

Breakfast, 7.30am is too late to start
