Basic but perfect for a night.

We arrived at 7am and we were able to check in straight away - your stay starts 24 hours from when you arrive. This suited us perfectly as we were due to leave at 7am the next morning for a tour. Place is very basic but spotlessly clean and a location where you can walk everywhere.

Couldn’t tell it was a hotel from outside. When we arrived we thought we were in the wrong place because it just looked like a block of flats.

Near to required facilities, such as transport, banking, restaurant, shopping and attraction places.

Its don’t have sign board in English. Without assisted by local people, I can’t spot this hotel.

Персонал очень вежливый, чистота в номере, приятный запах. Номер маленький по квадратуре, но все необходимое имеется

Nice place for a short stopover

I stayed for only one night between flights and was absolutely pleased. The hotel has everything you need to get relaxed - shower, towels, fine beds, TV, fridge. Also, there are a lot of cafes and markets nearby.

Beware that the rooms does not have ac or fan and could be uncomfortable on warm days

Great location, friendly staff.

We booked five nights and had contacted the hotel beforehand that we would arrive at night. During our stay we received a message that we could have only four days, because we skipped the first day. Really frustrating, as we were asked to check out at the same time we checked in. Fortunately the staff was kind and we could book an extra night so we had five nights again, but it was really hard to accomplish, especially because the staff did not speak English.

Pleasant

The location. The price is with the service provided. they have laundry service. Some of the staff doesn't speak English but they try there level best to deliver the information and instructions. The property is very clean.

Nice hotel for reasonable price

- Inexpensive; - Clean room, shower, and bedsheets; - Not far from center; - Checking available 24 hours.

- Charging extra for fan or iron is nonsense. They should be provided for free. That’s how it works even in motels; - You may hear noise at morning time while guests checking out.

The location.

The staff. Dont speak english and not helpful. Not trying to help in some way. Except for the young lady. But the rest of the old women in the desk theyr'e not.

Superb

it was a little difficult to find but no problem. surroundings were good and leafy. the staff was very friendly even if some could not speak English they used the mobile translator which was fine. one lady could speak good English and was extremely friendly. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 100m. also a lot of money changers round the corner.

no lift. but then again not a big problem if you are not too old... not like me!

Superb

Great location with super comfortable beds. I just arrived from a long flight and had one of the best sleeps at this hotel. This place is ideal for backpackers and solo travelers. I would not recommend if you are coming with your partner but for me this was ideal. I would recommend staying here again

Surprisingly nice hotel, clean with good facilities and in a great location with excellent price

The only weird thing is they make you pay one day at a time, which is kind of annoying.

a good location, helpful staff, and clean room. the hotel for one-two nights stay

a very good location. room was clean and comfortable

the region was very cold. there was only one radiator and it doesn’t work. after asking the heater, it was refused. there is not in the room hairdryer. and the bathroom was wet and cold. also, there is no information about check-in and check-out, when we left it was taken extra half price of staying, but we stayed less 24 hours

Good price, good location, friendly staff

No one speaks English. The mattress is not comfortable at all, it's like falling in a black hole. Could be cleaner. During the night it was cold, but I guess the heating is central in the city. Too bright in the morning, no blinders

Good option for a night before your train journey

Excellent location within a walking distance to Almaty 2 train station and public transportation. There is a communal kitchen with a microwave oven and some dish ware, but no stove to cook. Quiet at night to get some good rest.

Very strong smell from the bathroom. We had heavy luggage and the hotel has placed us on the second floor, while there isn’t an elevator, which was quite inconvenient. There aren’t many shops around to buy the stuff you might need.
