Excellent location, very clean, well designed space
Very noisy (from other residents on the same floor) in the evenings and into the night: from around 10pm to 2am every night

location was brilliant, just around the corner from King Street. the flat itself was super clean and comfortable.
nothing

We liked the location .
The room was very very noisy. Guests in the 1st room on right on 1st floor was terribly noisy with kids crying and screaming and talking late at night past 9pm. Alot of them slamming doors and very strong cooking smells throughout 6 days.
Fridge in Room 2 cannot be properly closed and was dripping wet. So we could not buy food to store in it. Bathroom toiletries like shower gel bottle was empty upon arrival and we had to call customer service extra to ask for refill.
We suggest to double glazed the windows . Could her traffic pedestrian n brew dog closing up at midnight folding their outdoor furniture n road works.

We would highly recommend the apartment. The location was excellent, the apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Very comfortable. Small elevator to bring us to the top Floor. Excellent communication with host. Thank you

Nice apartment in an old house. Self-serviced check in. The aparment is modern equipped, everything for kitchen is available. Very well located at Bristol Bridge, close to old town, harbour, party zone
everything was fine
4.2
It is very central, it is a short distance to walk to many sights. You have everything you need in the apartment to make a short stay cosy. It is neat and comfortable.
You can hear the noise at night.

Absolutely nothing. The location would have been good if they had not cancelled my booking whilst I was about to fly to Bristol only a few hours before check-in.
They could have not cancelled my booking on the day of check-in. Surely knowing how many rooms you have, how many are occupied and how many are available isn't difficult?\
They left it up to Booking.com to tell me that they could no longer accommodate me.

spacious, well equipped, airy.
freezer broken

The property was lovely and in a great location
parking was a nightmare

location is good.
the apartment is a basement apartment. there is no fresh ventilation in bedroom or bathroom. dark and dingy.

Location and room size
Not the propertys fault but for information - the NCP car park behind the property is closed permanently

Well placed in the city, beautiful clean Appartment.
Stayed for two nights, both of which myself and my mother didn’t sleep at all as the neighbouring flat is either a working brothel or drug dealer, with people arriving and leaving every half an hour throughout the night, knocking/buzzing on the door and slamming it after. I counted 20 visits one night, with the last being at 5.45am. Absolutely awful. we didn’t feel safe whatsoever staying there.
Also the sash window and its cover was stuck open too - the noise from the Brewdog bars outside seating area til midnight on both nights just added to the pain.

Location was fantastic, room was a generous size with high ceilings. Very comfortable stay.
Our only complaint was the fridge.
On its high setting it would part freeze items, on its low setting there would be a puddle of water in the fridge limiting use of the bottom section.
We couldn't find a good medium, unfortunately.
Other than this small issue we found everything else well thought-out and in very good condition.

great location
Communication with the management regarding a requested early checkin was poor and an extra charge was added to the bill despite only being available from 2.30 pm.
The door code was changed whilst we were there and we were not advised and had to make numerous phone calls to get into the apartment building after a day out.
I felt the apartment although clean required maintenance and was overpriced. I have booked through this website many times and this is my first disappointment on Bookings.com

The location is brilliant, in the middle of everything. The studio flat was surprisingly spacious, kitchenette well equipped.
Huge and comfortable bed.
Check-in: Door code provided did not work, had to call assistance who opened remotely. Key safe ok, but card provided did not work on our door. Called assistane on our (German) mobile - waiting time to get a real person on the phone, promised
to provide correct card and opened our door remotely. (Thirsty) husband then had to stay in while I bought some beverages in a nearby supermarket. Still no correct card... After some more waiting, called again on our mobile and
finally a young lady came around giving us the correct card and helped us with the WiFi (wrong code provided).
For a professional renting team, such a performance is poor, especially since other customers have had the same experience!
Shower: This is a high pressure rain forest shower - far from ideal for ladies trying to wash their hair! You get blinded in the
process and groping for a towel is more than difficult - fortunately, my husband was around to hand me one...
Windows/blinds: Since this is an old building, the windows are very tall, so are the blinds obviously. The blind on one
window would open but not the window itself - for the other one, it was the other way round. We didn't mention it at
the time as we only stayed one night but surely a professional team should be aware of such things and put them right?
Lift: Is tiny, just 1 person with baggage at a time but, ok, it's an old building refurbished, so not a big issue.

Good location
Nightmare to check in , staff very rude when they eventually turn up.

The location and decor and furnishings. V well equipped
Nothing it was fabulous

The room was in the almshouses area of Bristol a short 10 minute walk from the harbour. We were on the 2nd floor looking out over a canopy of trees to the Avon below. The canopy provided privacy in a busy restaurant/bar area of the city. A 2 minute walk away was a large outside seated area for approximately 250 people. The room was very clean and had full cooking facilities a seated table area and a large bathroom.
The lift was very slow

lovely spacious room and bathroom. option for
cooking if you want too. good location and clean
not sure how to find or contact staff members if we needed too as there wasn’t a reception area
4.2
Great location but the apartment was cold, noisy from bar next door and it seemed bare. Especially the bedroom
The cold empty bedroom, front door didn’t lock properly.
Just didn’t have a nice feel

well appointed apartment mainly equipped well . central position .
Apartment was very dusty , dado rail , skirting boards etc . on arrival we had no towels , requested them at 5 pm did not receive them until the next day. Not being able to freshen up after a long journey is not acceptable . Neither was the phone call at 11 pm asking if I wanted the towels that evening ???

good location
incredibly poor first impression. no code sent to get in. waited 15 minutes before able to get in from the rain to check emails. the site blamed Booking.com.
when I got to the room at 16:30 it was still being cleaned.
