Location was ok 10 minute walk to good bars and restaurants, lot's of choices and good entertainment day and night

Told on arrival our early check-in that was pre arranged wasn't ready and previous guests in our apartment had broken Large Glass window in living room it was a local bank Holiday and would take few days to repair no alternative accommodation was available communicated with various staff members every day being told different excuses as to why the repairs still hadn't been done had blinds shut throughout our 10 day stay (the views were one of the main reasons we booked)as compensation we were offered a Late check out which I had already requested before arrival only to be asked to leave at 10am normal time..WiFi didn't work most days again apartment's were grubby in need of overhall doors and windows didn't close correctly, not to mention cockroaches Definitely not value for money we were left to stay in a an apartment that can only be described as unsafe and a Huge Health and Safety Risk

First family holiday

The view was excellent & the location was ok.

The first apartment we were given was not the cleanest and it was right at the top of the village where we had to carry our pushchair up 3 flights of stairs. The next day we spoke with Lora who was fantastic and moved us apartment straight away. The second apartment we stayed in for the remainder of our holiday was much cleaner and very spacious for the 3 of us. The apartments could do with attention to detail i.e the small cracks in tiles, flickering lights, shower drain & the cracked woodwork. The wifi wasnt the strongest & kept going on & off.

Haciendas helpful reception staff.

The pool areas were lovely and walking up all the steps to reach all levels certainly keeps you fit, therefore it's not ideal for the disabled. The reception staff, particularly Mena and Dolores were very welcoming and helpful when needed.

We were there for 10 days, the first night our apartment was Infested with cockroaches so next day we moved to another apartment for 2 nights in Haciendas 2, then went back to Haciendas 1V a different apartment for the rest of our holiday.

the only thing we like was terass, kitchen tools, washing machine, grill and the receptionist was really kind and helpfull and the main pool.

really bad organization of complex we can not find the recepcion and we spent half our looking for recepcion. the apartment was wrong situated we had 2 bathroom but one of them was really small and we can not use it and another has enter via bedroom everything was demaged, old and dirty. the beds was bad and on the sofa witch was like another bad was not for 2 person and was so dirty. we had to sleep on the floor. in generaly the apartment was not for 6 person. the fridge was smelling like someone throwup. we had to open all the windows and doors. it was not confortable. we were so dissapointed.

We were able to move to a more appropriate apartment as we had originally requested at the time of original booking. Reception staff were amazingly helpful.

Great location, great views, needs a little upgrading, but that is happening as I write!

Lovely views from our large spacious patio, over to the sea and La Gomera. Sun / shade as needed all day, BBQ, and a lovely large day bed. Nice kitchen and a small wash room with a great washing machine and drying area. Comfy beds, though the sofa bed was not as comfortable. One big shower and one small one, so enough space but things looking tired around the edges, and drawers about to fall apart! We noticed that next door's apartment was just getting a full upgrade, so I think they are working through all of them and improving interior standards. A nice heated pool near reception. Great location to walk to bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and even the beach & waterparks. We love SIAM park and the beaches were so clean and the water was beautiful!

As above, needed work around the complex and in the apartments to bring things back up to a high standard. I think photos are of the newer upgraded ones, so make sure you ask which you are in!

The reception staff , maintenance staff and room attendant, were always polite.

The property was very inconvenient to get into due to the amount of stairs. I struggled to carry my luggage. I bought 2bedrooms and only got one which i think wouldn’t have been mentioned unless i didn’t say something. Also a sewage smell was going into our room from our bathroom was very unpleasant. Difficult to get a taxi after reception closing times which was between 9:30am-5:30pm. ( They have an out of hours number) , which cant be called because I can only call UK numbers not Spanish numbers. Overall i would have rather paid more for a better apartment. The pictures make it look better than it really is.

Room had ants infestation I told staff whose response was to put ant killer all over the room and floors. facilities Were dirty. Broken tiles on floor burnt worktops it would suit young adults on their first holiday

A little disappointed for the price needs a little TLC pity because they are fab size

Appt is very spacious great size bathrooms

To be honest it def is run down since we were last there. Needed a paint touch up and had to ask twice for cleaning. The outside area was over grown and not been look after which was a pity.

Where we were was exhausting, especially with shopping

The location was very challenging, nearly 150 stairs when carrying shopping was very difficult, which resulted in going out once a day as at my husband's age and me suffering from sciatica the stairs/hill were very challenging. The apartment was exceptional in every way, but we did ask to move to a lower level, but were told everywhere was full. The receptionist when we arrived was quite abrupt and the directions for the apartment were 'you can see it from here it took us over 90 minutes to find. But the staff when we asked to stay for 2 hours longer on the day before we left were brilliant, and they sorted the printing of the PLF form for us, and were completely different to the first lady we met on arrival

Terrible start to our holiday.

The apartment was clean enough, spacious and had great views. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment so bear that in mind.

We were not given the correct check in instructions as we were arriving after reception had closed at 5pm. as a result, we walked around trying to get in touch with the emergency number for over 2 hours with our luggage and then when we eventually got in touch with someone we were given further incorrect instructions. if you get a WhatsApp saying it’s apartment number 4 and the key code is 0000, this is not correct, there is no apartment number 4 and after trying EVERY key code, none of them is 0000. Very bad first impression and ruined our first night.

Second time here last time we stayed it was immaculate,no problems whatsoever,bit disappointed

Cleanliness let you down Floors inside and out dirty ,we had black feet as soon as we stepped on!! Kitchen cupboards poor and sofa dirty ,Bar stools rusty ,Underneath lid on toilet not cleaned and finger marks on microwave,fridge freezer,and kitchen cupboards,

It was dirty. tired and noisy! Didn’t see a single cleaner the whole week. The pool was dirty and the grounds were covered in cigarette ends and stickiness. The pool was supposed to close at 9.30 but party’s were still happening around the pool till 3am . Rooms are nothing like the pictures they must have been taken years ago ! They need a good clean and painting.

I was there for a week Not once did I see any staff or cleaners No clean towels or bedding Bathroom smelt of rotting sewers No hand sanitizer anywhere all tho there was sanitizer bottles but they were all empty I’ve been to this place 5 times now And this time was the worst time ever

Great and relaxing, thanks

Spacious villa, clean with good facilities. Good balcony with sun loungers. Plenty of towels with fantastic shower in ensuite bedroom. There were two pools onsite with water falls and great for kids. There is another heated pool at reception. Nice and quiet location although it is post Covid so probably reduced number of people there.

There was a glass window missing in the apartment which was bought to the attention of management. It was not replaced in the two weeks we were there. No air conditioning but portable fans in villa.

Too many steps

Apartment was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had an amazing view of the sea.

This place is beautiful but it is not child friendly as it states on the website. There are steps everywhere and it's exhausting with 2 kids, bags and buggies. Would recommend for couples or friends.
