A green oasis in the middle of Vic Falls

The staff went above and beyond to look after each guest The location was very convenient for seeing the falls and getting a taxi to town very easy Clean rooms, good food at the restaurant and beautiful garden

There were power cuts but luckily the property has its own generator so it was fixed quickly

Lovely stay in Victoria falls oasis

Staff were very kind and attentive. Space was modern and clean. Even provided mosquito net turndown service.

Excellent- had everything we needed and more.

Staff were all very helpful . Checkin smooth, rooms excellent and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast- service and food was great. Very happy with our choice of hotel. Would happily return.

Could not fault anything. Had an excellent stay.

Home away from home in Africa!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Nkosi Guest Lodge and felt very comfortable in the beautiful ambience. The lodge is tastefully decorated and very well maintained. The service is fantastic.!!!!! We were helped to book all kinds of activities and transfers and everyone was very friendly at all times.

Stayed 3.x nights, in hindsight would have liked to stay a bit longer, all staff were great

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated , along with a beautiful en-suite bathroom

Definitely a lovely place to stay for couples and family. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to

The staff are exceptional, friendly, welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. The food was always delicious and played beautifully. The ambiance was peaceful and comforting.

I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room and possibly a microwave.

Beautiful boutique hotel, close to the Falls

The beautiful gardens, thatched cottages and friendly helpful, knowledgable staff, Chris, Charles and Freedom by the pool and restaurant, the fabulous chef and kitchen team, Tez and Simbi in the office and all the other hard working background staff that made our stay very very special!

Perfekter Start in Victoria-Falls. Nicht abschrecken lassen von den Angaben zur Lage.

- tolles Zimmer (Deluxe-Kategorie) - extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter (besonderen Dank an Mr. Freedom!!!!) - leckeres Essen - toller Garten - Essen/Getränke-Preisleistungsverhältnis top - kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig - Taxi "in die Stadt" lediglich 5 $. Die Stadt hat nicht wirklich etwas zu bieten und daher perfekt - sehr nettes kleines Restaurant "Local Buzz" fußläufig

- Das Zimmer (Deluxe) war toll. Leider ging das Fenster zu einem Gang hinaus und wir hatten nicht die Möglichkeit abends noch davor draußen zu sitzen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

A restful stage in Victoria Falls.

A charming place served by a lush garden and a lovely personnel. We enjoyed the calm and quietness between two hard legs of our journey.

The bathroom may lack ventilation.

Really lovely little lodge in a quiet area just outside of Vic Falls town. Highly recommended

Great place away from the constant noise of planes/helicopters, but still close enough to town.

Location away from the planes and helicopters flying over head, charming grounds and helpful staff.

Nice and cosy

Really nice and helpfull staff :-) Nice garden. Good food. Cosy atmosphere.

Sliding door to the bathroom. No shower curtain (seems to be so in South-east Africa). High trees almost totally preventet sun in the garden. Very cold pool.

Perfect stay for our clients. We made an urgent reservation after a last minute request from our clients. After their stay, the clients gave us only positive feedback and nothing really negative to mention. Our team at Sekanka Safaris is thankful. The communication was awesomely easy. Amazing, highly recommend

The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to be helpful. I forgot my scarf at the boma restaurant and they immediately called and asked them to keep it for me. The place is so calm and beautiful IT HAS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE. We had breakfast and lunch here and both were great

Our room was a little far from the main hub so we had spotty wifi. However, once you went to the main area it was fine. We also sent laundry and i asked multiple times when it would be delivered before i sent it as we had an early morning flight, i was assured it would be returned to us before the end of the shift but When we came back from our sunset cruise it wasn't in the room. we went to ask the front desk and they said they would bring it within 10 min. True to their word it arrived within 5min.

Simply a lovely place with everything for comfort.

Room, great bed, bath, shower, instant HOT water in bathroom. Very clean. Lovely maintained gardens and swimming pool. Friendly staff. Room prep for the evening by staff. Just wonderful.

The food was excellent. The setting was lovely and would be very cool in summer.

The room had all that was required, however was very simple in design, a little too simple for our taste. The shower had the potential to cause slipping on the floor.

Reasonable value

The setting and the buildings are very pretty. The room was comfortable and the voluminous mosquito net around the bed had a clever velcro arrangement which made it easier to navigate than some we have encountered!

Staff at breakfast appeared disinterested and/or in need of more training. To get a “proper” coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant involved an additional charge, but guests weren’t allowed to operate it and no staff seemed willing.

Little support but a pretty setting

The rooms were comfortable, the garden was a nice place to sit and rest, and the food prepared by the chefs was very good.

Our experience was spoilt by a theft. We arranged to do an activity through a company that this hotel works to promote. We had a lot of money stolen during our activity. Despite this unfortunate experience, the manager showed absolutely no empathy, in fact she bordered on condescending and rude. She forced us to pay for the activity despite us being robbed on the experience. Absolutely no compassion and her assistance amounted to an e-mail to the company. I strongly advise any other travelers to not book through either this hotel or the company. Also, the shower was blocked and it flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom after around 3 minutes of flow.
