Hôtel correct pour un petit séjour

L'emplacement est parfait! A côté du terminus du tram qui va à l'aéroport et tout est accessible à pied facilement. J'avais une chambre qui donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc calme. La literie était confortable.

La poubelle n'était pas vidée à mon arrivée. L'état de la salle de bain, c'était moyen. Il y avait des joints noirs de moisissures dans la douche et les boutons du mitigeur étaient cassés (restés enfoncés). Une bouilloire est mise à disposition, j'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait 2-3 sachets de thés avec!

Cozy place in beautiful Bergen

Good location and all spots were just in walking distance… very nice

Check in progress is not so simple and smart. For foreigners, it’s not easy to receive the pin with SMS. I had to walk to another hotel to collect my keycard within a specific time.

Prefers hotel to be a bit more organized

Dreadful place!

Nothing at all - would recommend anyone to avoid this place. Would have given this place 0 if it was possible.

No reception at this hotel and no access arrangements received, so could not get into room on arrival. I provided the hotel with our contact details, as requested by them, in order to then receive a text from them with the access code and entry arrangements etc, but never received anything, so could not enter our rooms. I tried to phone a number given but the line was engaged all the time, so we ended up having to go to their partner hotel to get a physical key card, which meant trailing luggage across town in pouring rain to go to the other hotel and then back again to the hotel we'd booked. Someone else arriving at the same time as us had not received any access instructions either. Their system is completely useless. Another point is the lack of security. When we entered the hallway of our floor, someone who had been waiting outside the door (which required the mobile phone key to open) came in behind us - have no idea if they really had a room or not.......so basically any member of the public can get onto the floor of the hotel where only guests should be. You only have to wait for someone to come along with the mobile phone key, then slip in behind them. This is a big security issue, especially for solo travellers.

Situation centrale.

Le Magic Hotel Xhibition ne dispose pas de réception. L'accueil se fait à 300 m de l'hôtel au sein du Magic Hotel Korskirken. La personne à la réception le jour de notre s'est avérée très froide. Elle nous a remis les clés de notre chambre et nous a très vaguement indiqué l'itinéraire dans la ville pour nous y rendre. Etant donné que nous étions très chargés en bagages, les 300 m à parcourir dans les rues pavées de Bergen ont été exténuants. A l'arrivée, les clés que l'on nous avez remises ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons du attendre près d'une demi heure avant qu'une personne daigne se déplacer pour nous attribuer une nouvelle chambre. Cet hôtel ne disposant d'aucun personnel sur place, vous êtes littéralement livré à vous même lorsqu'il y a le moindre problème.

Could be a nice hotel with a few key issues ironed out. Probably more a 6.5

- Great location except for if you have a room facing away from the street on the nights the club below is active. - Bathroom and bedding seemed clean. - The staff from the reception over at the other hotel did their best to assist with several problems I experienced.

- Staff being located two blocks away in a different hotel makes for a frustrating experience. Within 3 nights I made 6 trips over. 3 of which were for the same problem. My TV remote didn't work, to which the solution was to provide a whole new room, however with the strange key app for the old room and physical keys from reception for the new one I was alternatingly locked out of new rooms and old rooms. I was also locked out of the entire building on one occasion as I hadn't been informed there was a door code to get in., so another trip to find out how to get in. All would have been solved far easier if they at least installed phones to reception within the rooms if they don't want to have an actual person on site. - Kettle provided in the room along with an empty paper cup. I did not use these as buying my own coffee and tea etc to use in the paper cup seems silly. Might as well just buy a coffee in a coffee shop and have them make it for me too.

Good very central hotel in Bergen

A small room but it does the job for a few nights on a business trip. The location is really good in the center of Bergen. The staff was really reactive on the chat for any questions.

A smell was coming up from the bathroom but not enough to be a nuisance during the night.

Genialt hotell for en billig penge.

Veldig sentralt med buss i nærheten i tillegg til et kjøpesenter i samme bygg. Man befinner seg virkelig i hjertet av Bergen.

Skjønte ikke hvordan jeg kom meg inn i bygget etter at kjøpesenteret var stengt, så ringte resepsjonisten som satt på annet hotelllokalet for å spørre. Han virket veldig irritert for at jeg ringte.

Blod på laken!!

Meget bra beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Kort vei til det meste. Rimelig opphold.

Det var blodflekker på laken i sengen og ingen fjernkontroll til TV. Fikk raskt et nytt rom, men her var det heller ingen fjernkontroll og lukten fra badet enda verre. Heldigvis ingen blod her. Stusset litt over tilbakemelding jeg fikk da jeg ringte "Oi.. det rommet skulle egentlig ikke leies ut" Siden det stinket kloakk fra badet, og måtte dermed sove med vinduet åpent. Det viser seg at det er en nattklubb i etasjen ovenfor og det føltes ut som jeg var på nattklubb hele natten og fikk dermed ikke sove. Har ALDRI hatt en verre hotellopplevelse før. Veldig kjedelig siden jeg skulle tidlig i studio og gledet meg til et bra opphold i Bergen den helgen! Reiste sørover igjen med en veldig dårlig følelse!

Spennande og behageleg.

Eg syntes at rommet var veldig dekorativt med flotte fargar, glasbord og stilige lamper. Eg likte spesielt veggene på badet, og at det var mykje glas (dør og vegg).

Me hadde litt problem med å finne ut å få nøkkel på mobilen. Eg ville ikkje kunne ha gjort det. Men dotra mi kunne heldigvis.

Skulle ønske det var mer «trygt» å komme inn på hotellet, at det ikke er åpent for «alle» i ytterdøren. Veldig ekkelt at det tydelig var et oppholdssted for «nattemennesker» i trappen oppover etasjene på hotellet, da det stod ølbokser i «hver sving» og tydelige vann dammer fra sko som hadde oppholdt seg i trappeoppgangen for å søke seg varme. Heisen virket heller ikke, slik at du måtte gå den utrygge trappeoppgangen.

Buono ma sconsigliato ai tecnofobici, agli anziani e alle persone con mobilità limitata

Posizione centrale, vicino alla linea della metropolitana di superfice e alla stazione dei treni, buon prezzo per essere in Norvegia (costosissima) vicino al centro ed ai servizi. Camera pulita, bagno pulito ma un pò scomodo

E' all'interno di un centro commerciale multipiano il che rende difficile da individuare dove siano le camere. Non c'è reception ma nemmeno indicazioni chiare di come arrivarci alle camere, specie se si arriva dopo l'orario di chiusura dei negozi non si ha nessuno cui chiedere. Ci sono tre porte di ingresso al centro commerciale ma non è chiaro quale si deve usare e due sono comunque chiuse dopo l'orario dei negozi. Per accedere all'ascensore che porta alle camere si deve aprire una porta che fa accedere anche al centro medico "UNILAB" premendo un pulsante nascosto nel buio sul muro a sinistra della porta, e comunque l'ascensore non funzionava quindi 5 piani a piedi con le valige (tre per arrivare alla porta "segreta" e due per arrivare al corridoio delle camere) salendo le scale del centro commerciale e sono lerce da far schifo (lattine, bicchieri di carta, cartacce abbandonate), per non farsi mancare nulla sulle scale piove dentro quindi c'è il rischio di scivolare con il peso delle valige. Sconsigliatissimo ai tecnofobici, persone anziane e con mobilità limitata e a chi non si sa arrangiare/adattare o deve starci più di una notte.

God beliggenhet

Nøkkel på app virket ikke når vi skulle inn sendt om kvelden/natta i, måtte gå opp til magic korskirken i regnvær å få nøkkelkort.

Was a good stay still

Location is great! Nice beds, clean

1. The hotel's IT system was not work. So mobile electronic key was useless. We had to wait staff to let us in. There are was not any sofas or benches to sit. So you have to stand and wait. 2. Very noisy. Next to hotels was disco till 2am every day so we could not sleep. 3. Shower was brocken in our room.

Renhold av gulvet var synlig ikke bra nok, fant diverse gjenstander på gulvet. TV sluttet å virke etter en stund. Det kikk ikke å sjekke ut, så vi gikk bort til Korskirken hvor de sa at dette skjedde automatisk, dette kunne det vært informert om bedre.

Very good

Good use of smallish space in room and bathroom. Very good location.

I wasn't able to download the app to access the property. Luckily a sister hotel is nearby so got a "real" key from them.

Not clean, room was not very comfortable. It’s all automated so it’s not easy to check in or get anyone to help you with anything.. I would not return.
