Close to bus stop and downtown!
Nice place very close to where we wanted to be and a bus stop. Everything was comfortable.
Bathroom was fair and we almost ran out of toilet paper with none to be found as a back up.

Not recommended for 4. Best for 2 and okay-ish for 3
Shower was not working and after a complaint owner fixed it quickly.
It's a bit conjusting room with 1 queen bed and one sofa bed. We booked for 4 and the 4th one slept on the floor. We reported the same and the owner replied harshly that we are open to book another room. On the sudden, where can we book a room in an unknown City? Also there is no availability. We booked the room for a comfortable and peaceful stay but this seems to be a headache to carry all this nonsense and bit sad on the trip. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO CHECK COUPLE OF TIMES AND BOOK THIS ROOM.

Lots of potential to be a wonderful stay- needs some (basic) attention.
well situated. close proximity to the town centre- walkable. Beautiful area of Bergen. Lots of potential. Would rent accommodation again- though would be better with some fine adjustments.
There were a few issues that with some consideration and thoughtfulness could be swiftly sorted. There were no instructions as to how to use the cooker though staff responded to the phone call and gave a guide. The toilet seat was loose. The light above the cooker needed replacing- cooking in darkness. No toilet rolls- though this was sorted after a few messages. No tin opener. Chipped crockery. Extraction fan in bathroom not working. Not able to lock the bathroom window. No towel provided to stand on post shower- slippery marble flooring. No tv. Access to microwave poor - badly situated. All if not most issues could be readily resolved in a very short time. The bed was very comfy. The oil filled radiators (2) worked well to dry clothing. Wasn’t convinced by ‘underfloor heating’ - unable to locate any warmth from the flooring- the oil filled radiators were the main source of heat - and they were good.

do not book this apartment, it is a disaster!
The Apartment is close to the city center, and looks like it could be nice and cozy from the outside.
Where do I start? - Mold in the Bathroom - shower-head holder broken - only one medium sized bath towel provided for 6 days - no towel rack - unidentifiable stains on the walls, the ceiling, and the bed - sweat(?)-stains on the duvet - the shower-curtain rail is hanging on by a thread, it will come out off the wall soon - the kettle had a hole where I suppose the "open lid" button used to be - unsafe-looking electrical DIY - the oven tray was dirty - the stove was dirty - the cooker hood looked nasty, I did not test for functionality - the provided furniture was very unstable (and I weigh a reasonable 78kg) - the double bed was two bed or somesuch put together, but once you moved, the driftet apart; they were also a slightly different height, so if you wanted to sleep in the middle, back pain was a guarantee. - Even when I avoided that, the beds were very uncomfortable, and very noisy, considering I barely moved - You cannot open the windows, as the kitchen tops are simply in the way (at least not with regular to normal arms at a height of 1.80m / about 5 feet 11). The only solution I can see to this is to climb onto the countertops, but considering the state of the rest of the apartment, I refrained from that option - Because everything in there was so nasty I did not cook one meal in this place, despite planning on this to keep the cost down. Instead I ate out, every night, costing me a small fortune. - I'm sure there was something I have forgotten by now, but you get the picture I booked a Deluxe Apartment, I got a hole. It Is remarkable that I desperately want to return to Norway despite this. This is a testament to Norway, it's nature, and it's people.

Overall a very nice stay
Excellent central location, cute original Norwegian home.
The place per se is lovely and authentic, but plenty of little forgotten details. Stained couch, broken kitchen cupboards, flickering soffit lights... I am sure owners mean well, but they must be very busy people...
