Very well built guesthouse with luxury furnitures, specially upstairs gathering room.
This is the only guesthouse without a shared kitchen. Fortunately we ate a pizza before I got there, I am not complaining, just read carefully description of property or beware there is no kitchen.

Best breakfast that I ever had in Iceland. The lounge with style en view over the land. The room was perfect.

We booked the 2 cottages which are basically containers. However, once inside you forget about it as it seems cozy and modern.
It was very cleaned and there was a lot of heaters so it quickly became warm. Kitchen has basic equipment enough to prepare simple things, I particularly appreciated that there was a dishwasher.
The stables were the best part of the experience, so many horses, some of them let you get close to them, loved it!
Some small maintenance is maybe needed in cottage 2, nothing major. Mattresses could be improved.
Although it is written that stables can be visited anytime, it is really hard to find the entrance. I would have appreciated more instructions and also maybe some guidelines on how to behave with the horses as some people might be bothering the animals.
Feels a bit hard to reach out to someone as we didn't see any of the staff. They still quickly get back to you via message though.

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht, der Zugang komplett ohne Personal geregelt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist es aber allemal gut. Frühstück kann man im Haupthaus gegen Gebühr bekommen.

Perfect spot, appartement was complete and big enough for our family with two young adults.

The guesthouse is situated on an attractive horse farm. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
There was no mini fridge to keep personal drinks cool/or ice available. The breakfast was rather limited for the money. There are two ways to approach the guesthouse. One way is on a short gravel road. The other way is at least 6km. A useful piece of information when in a small rental car. Unfortunately we took the long way to get there.

Very clean and comfortable
Limited restaurants opened, brochure in the rooms need to be updated

It’s exceptionally clean. Very good & comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Room has enough space. Scenery was lovely. There is 2 bathrooms are shared with 6 rooms which is pretty great.
You could find coffee machine, kettle with some complementaries. There is also a fridge there.
Breakfast starts a bit late at 08:00. We were early starters in general. So we missed it.

I stayed in Cottage #1 with two friends, and it was a perfect base of operations for some exploration in the southern parts of Iceland. The setting is lovely and quiet, the cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We made use of the kitchen in the cottage, so did not purchase the breakfast that was available in the guesthouse, but it was nice to have that option.

The breakfast was excellent. The room size was good, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. There was an attractive lounge. It was fun to see the horses.
I was unhappy with the cleanliness of the floors and the bathtub. There was dust and even hairs from former occupants. I had to use a towel to sweep up and even then I didn't want to be barefoot in the room or the bathroom.

The views were beautiful and it was a plus we could visit the stables to see the horses whenever we wanted!

Nice place, nice and comfortable room, good breakfast.
Water drainage in the shower is very bad and requires you a cleaning job.

The small cottage is superbly located in the South. Very comfortable and clean. All facilities you need and there is even á possibility to go look at the stables on the farm.😀

Honestly, completely flawless stay. This property is BEAUTIFUL — located on a horse farm, with sprawling fields, yet still very close to two towns for food/groceries. I only wish we had stayed longer. The communal space overlooking the pasture was simply beautiful too. Excellent Wi-Fi. 100/10.
There was nothing at all to dislike!

This was a little gem -slightly off the beaten track but worth it for all horse lovers. We had the garden apartment which was very comfortable and everything we needed for 1 night stay. In the morning we were allowed - as are all guests - to go and explore their Icelandic horse stables. Such a highlight for horse/animal lovers as we were able to pat and get to know their gorgeous Icelandic horses - you can also do horse rides which I would have loved to have done but we didn't have time. We cooked our own breakfast and dinner. Recommend this amazing place.
