Direi che è tutto perfetto: colazione super, ottima pulizia delle camere, posizione comodissima per tutto
Nulla

Location
Breakfast: not very organized, a lot of servers walking around, but not very efficient (improperly trained?). If the lady 'boss' is not around, it becomes sort of chaotic and slow
Toiletries: very small containers, lid had to be taken off to use every time (no pump), inconvenient. Shower only had a small soap holder (without drainage), so little bottles sat cramped in a pool of water. Poor design

Excellent hotel with a history
a bit noisy as our windows were towards the square, but we slept with open windows and noise was only 1 weekend night

Beautiful building and lobby. Great staff. Comfortable bed. We had an early departure on train, so couldn’t stay for the breakfast; they packed us a tasty lunch to go!
I accidentally booked the wrong night and changed it later but the price went from $200 to $300.

Its a really nice and cozy boutique hotel with a home like feel. Each and every staff tries their best to make you comfortable which is great
Maybe the mattress could have a firm option for people with back issues and a little more light in the room but otherwise its great

Everything, extremely kind and supportive staff, wonderful building in the center of Bergen. The hotel is a very special place, it is a monumental building, full of history, the property is managed by the family of Edward Grieg. We arrived a little earlier than the regular check in time, we were taken care of the waiting time, we had a beautiful room with a view of the city, breakfast was served in an amazing restaurant, big choice of food, everything delicious,. The hotel even has a small museum with Edward Grieg's memory that is so unique and creates a very special atmosphere. This hotel combines the heritage of one of Norway's greatest composers with modern, comfort and world-class service. Many thanks for amazing stay, we will definitely come back.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Not much
The room was incredibly cramped, yet, states accommodates 4 adults (we were a family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 children). The room was so intolerably HOT! There was no way to reduce the temp, yet, advertised “air conditioning “, which is a lie. The front desk governs the air regulation, and they admit there is no air conditioning! I literally showed them their own website claim, to which they acted surprised. We roasted the entire time and could not sleep, regardless of windows open or not. It was uncomfortable and awful! We completely despised our stay, except for housekeeping-they were generously spirited and kind. Most of the staff was unpleasant, and other than the location, completely not worth the cost nor star rating. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied.

I had a chance to stay in 2 different hotels during my staying in Bergen: Opus XVI and Hotel Norge by Scandic. And I can confirm that Opus XVI has a better room and also service. I’d come back for sure!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful historic building and interior. Comfortable rooms.
Parking is a bit complicated.

Breakfast is not buffet but served personally at your table from a great menu….. so civilised from the vulgarity of competing with other guests at a buffet in most other hotels. Historic building with loads of character and the staff are really helpful. Fabulous location in the heart of the city.
Timber floor in the bedroom as I prefer carpet.

perfect location, beautiful old building , great friendly staff, really good breakfast included in the rate, the only negative is that the room was smaller than expected for the price we paid/ otherwise I’d give it 5 stars
size of the room

Amazing hotel centrally placed so that it was easy to get to all of the cities attractions. Breakfast catered for dietary requirements very well. Had a very enjoyable stay.
The safe was locked when I arrived late at night, and was told this could not be fixed until the next morning, the following morning I was taking with me the items to breakfast, however I took them out for the day and was not advised the safe would time out and lock again if I did not set up a combination. I decided to just carry the items with me or lock them in my suitcase which was inconvenient. I would of preferred to use the room safe.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is like a fairytale. The a La carte breakfast is exceptional and you feel so special staying there. Would recommend it to everybody. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.
Absolutely Nothing.

Grand, cozy and comfortable room. Great location near to wharf and shops. Superb ala carte breakfast.
The rooms and reception are a bit dark. No clear sign board to indicate the entrance from outside the hotel. The path leading to the hotel is not luggage friendly. Very bumpy and hard to pull or push luggages

Opus 16 is right in the old town near all the main sights and very quiet and convenient.
Staff very friendly. The beds were very comfortable
The restaurant was closed for several days and it was very difficult to book a table. Unusual in a hotel of this standard that guests cannot dine in when wanted. I would also create a simple room service meal option for those who simply want to snack rather than have a gourmet meal. A couple of little issues like the room safe not working and the plug missing in the bathroom sink.

Beautiful building, very central location and really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Nothing!

The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly
Small details regarding the room preparation. We found a used vanity kit in our room (they did not replace with new one). The toilet paper was rolled in such a way that it looked like the previous guest just left. The shower water temperature was also extremely difficult to control- it was either scalding hot or cold.
The new years dinner was nice but did not feel luxurious enough for the price point (the way the buffet was laid out, dinner service).

This was our second visit to Bergen (a beautiful city), but our first to the Opus 16 hotel.
We stayed for two nights, had breakfast both days and dinner on the first night and it was absolutely excellent. As our stay was in December 2022, the hotel was suitably decorated with a stunning Christmas tree and various ornaments, all done in a very tasteful style to complement the amazing interior of this outstanding hotel.
The staff were excellent – friendly, efficient, professional and regularly going “the extra mile“ to provide a great customer experience. A couple of examples would be when we were talking to the waitress at breakfast one morning and we mentioned we were about to take a 3 hour fjord trip which we were looking forward to and she offered to put some pain au chocolate & croissants into a bag for us to take on the tour. The following day, one of her colleagues was touring the corridors early evening with bottles of champagne and strawberries dipped into chocolate to offer to the guests.
The food was outstanding in terms of quality, taste, and the variety of options to suit everyone - I won’t be telling his grandchildren, but my partner thoroughly enjoyed his reindeer carpaccio starter!
When we write reviews of the places we’ve stayed at, we always like to offer some “constructive criticism“ to help improve the guest experience, but it is a sign of this establishment that my partner and I couldn’t think of anything!!
We will definitely be back.
Nothing - everything was superb!

Excellent central location, easy walking within central Bergen and to the galleries. Great breakfast and very comfortable room.
Service at breakfast could be very good, but on two occasions several items arrived at once. Yoghurt with fruit and the full English.
